This is a uniquely small burger joint with outdoor seating only, so just about every order is prepared to go. The upside? The prices are excellent. My wife and I both ordered The Original JB and made it a combo meal. The burgers were flavorful, and the fries, ordered extra crispy, came out exactly the way we like them. After we received our meal in a to-go bag, we headed outside to one of the picnic tables. It quickly became obvious that Just Burgers is really designed for takeout. On a pleasant spring or fall day, eating outside would be enjoyable. In the middle of an Oklahoma summer, it was less comfortable. We also experienced an unusual situation when my wife's container had an unexpected visitor--a cricket. Fortunately, the burger itself was still wrapped, so I didn't feel our food had been compromised. Rather than make a scene, I quietly spoke with the manager outside to let her know what had happened. My intent wasn't to complain or seek compensation, only to make her aware so it wouldn't happen again. Despite that incident, the burger was very good, the fries were excellent, and the staff was friendly. I'd gladly return for another burger--I'd probably just take it home next time.

I ordered the 3 piece catfish and fries plate about $15.00. Noticed a sign saying no refills, not even for dine in. My husband ordered chicken wings in 2 different flavors and fries. For the two of us the receipt was about $35.00. We waited a bit. I went to the restroom and the trash was over flowing with trash and paper towels. There was no toilet paper and there was feces on the toilet seat. The floors are dirty throughout the restaurant. The food was ready when I returned. The fries did not even have a sprinkle of salt on them. The catfish crush/breading was burnt, extra extra crispy. The first piece was over cooked. The second piece wasn't cooked all the way and had a salt water weird taste. The fish was visibly transparent, so raw. My husband and I looked at it was like no thank you and we left it on the plate. All in all, I would not come back here, but hey you may have better luck.

I do not say this lightly as Braums is a family staple and my annual Braums bill is/was a part of my budget. Yesterday afternoon my family went through the drive through as our child started crying and asking for water. Normally we would order food but we asked if we could just get a water. We were told over the speaker it was free and to pull around. When we got to the window we were told we had to buy something to get water and to move. We would have glady paid for the water. But felt a lack of humanity was shown to us with the way the interaction was handled. Again we would have glady paid, or bought something had we been informed at the speaker or given the option at the window to pay. After this we pulled in the parking lot. I went inside and asked for a cup. I explained why and the young woman at the counter gave me one. I'm not proud that I took about 10 straws with me in a moment of weakness; the pink straws are the main thing my kid ask for when we go to Braums for food and icecream. While I'm not proud about taking them, I will be able to use them while I shop for and buy similar straws from elsewhere. If you're reading this understand that I don't write this review lightly. But I feel it is needed for the slim chance it has some impact. If the young man working the window sees this I hope you understand one day that no one ask for just water when they are not in need. It shows a disturbing lack of humanity when an anyone turns someone asking for water down. It shows a lack of logic when that occurs without any solution such as payment for the water or the cup.
