Food was disgusting. I went inside to order and ordered whataburger jr with mayo,lettuce,tomato,pickles, and onions with small order of fries and a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce and tomatoes. BBoth the buns were burned and smashed, the hamburger meat was disgusting like it had been cooked yesterday, the grilled chicken was spicy and I ordered regular, The fries were cold and nasty. The managers were having a good time on their phones and the employee who took my order gave me too much change and I pointed it out and he just shrugged. read more

Did 2 orders. 1 order in the app and 1 order at counter. Received my second order first and about 5 minutes later received the first order. Both orders were correct and food was hot and freshly cooked. This is one of my go to places for hamburgers. Seems like they are trying to improve the quality of food and service. read more

Abysmal customer experience. You're looking at a 20-30 minute wait (with a full kitchen). You'd think that ordering ahead would help them get your food to you in a timely manner; unfortunately, that's not the case! Even with you ordering ahead in the app, pulling up to your spot at the assigned time, and waiting 15+ minutes, they have the audacity to look at you like you're inconveniencing them for going in to get your food (you have to wait a few more!). read more

I wish I could recommend this store because I love Whataburger. However, there's not been 1 time the food hasn't been cold. The fries feel and taste like they were cooked hours ago and I always have to microwave the patty too. We were at the store 10 minutes before time it said it'd be ready to go. I only live a mile away. So, it didn't get cold on way home. So, make sure you really want Whataburger and don't mind cold food if ordering from this store. What a damn joke, when your mobile order takes 5-10 minutes to be done should be done in that time. No, this place needs you to stay up at the registers to babysit your own food and make sure it gets done. If I could give this 0 stars? Consider it done. Not only did they give me my order without a bag (number 13... literally just the box) they were also "out of sweet tea". My wife and I received our orders and hers was cold, mine was wrong. Didn't get to enjoy the experience with the kids, and out remade burgers were given to us in bags. Called for a doordash and had to get sent to a supervisor because he "didn't want to talk to me" then had to order 20$ worth of food I already paid for to arrive to me with people that didn't want to make my sandwhich.. Have been to this location 3 times now. Burgers were terrific each time. Sad to see the green chili burger go tho. Staff was great, particularly the manager who was simply amazing when I had breakfast there yesterday. High 5 to you brother. This is absolutely the worst Whataburger around and I've given them way too many chances. Whoever owns it either doesn't care about it or needs to fire their GM and line out their business. No more. 2021 things haven't changed much and still have agonizingly slow service with stale fries and cold hamburger by the time you get to the window. We ordered an online pick up order and have been in line for 30 minutes waiting. we figured maybe it would be easier to go inside, so our food wasn't cold, we go to the door and it's locked?? Everyone on the inside was just looking out and laughing. After that we got back in the line and proceed to almost get hit five seperate times, due to the customers who were previously inside. At this point we just wanted to make a refund request and leave but we couldn't figure out how other than to call. Of course no one answered the phone. I travel for work all the time, so fast food companies and workers are something I've had a lot of experience with. When I say this is the worst experience I've ever had it's not comparable. With only two cars in the drive through the wait ended up taking a total of forty five minutes. The staff had their mics active allowing customers in the drive through to over hear workplace conversations while they waited to order. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my meal they read me someone else's order and informed me that my meal had never actually been put into their system, so I had to reorder and wait for it to be made which included repeating what I wanted to the staff member multiple times before getting the correct item asked for. Maybe it was a rough night for them, but overall the staff gave an unprofessional and chaotic representation of a chain I normally have great experiences with. This location though is not one I have plans to return to. read more

Food, delicious. Timeliness, poor. Requested pickup between 1:05-1:10. Arrived at 1:13 and food was brought to car at 1:24. Accuracy, on point. Friendly faces, you bet! However, in these times I want know that your team is doing all the recommended procedures to keep me and my family- most importantly- safe. Twice in my travels over the last two weeks, I have come here for an online order. Masks are worn around the chin or not at all. No gloves. Multiple interactions between customers exchanging money and cards without hand washing. I am a Texan and LOVE Whataburger (and supporting Texas based businesses). I just won't be enjoying it from this location any longer. Please do better. We need you to do better. read more

Don't let the bad reviews discourage you, I was there yesterday and my hamburger was great and the fries were fresh!

Despite the reviews we decided to give this place a try. No problems except overcharged for part of our order. We just wanted two burgers and one large fries. The cashier rung up one of the burgers as a meal not sandwich by itself. Luckily we caught the mistake. Manager promptly refunded back money for extra fries and drink. No hassle. It was obvious we didnt want the meals since we received no cups. Over all the food was made to order and hot when served to go. Food was what you expect from whataburger. Whataburger reputation in food taste and experince was upheld. Overall good experience except for the over charge. I just think it was a miscommunication and was hard to hear wearing those mask. The cashier was polite and friendly the entire time a apologized for the mistake. We will eat here again if in the area. read more

My wife picked up a chicken strip meal for me recently at Whatash*thole and the meal was a lot different this time. I didn't get my drink that was supposed to come with it, the fries were missing, and the chicken had a different texture and taste to it this time. Maybe Whatash*thole is getting their chicken from a different food service now, but whatever they're doing, it's definitely different and it's not good. The chicken meat had a texture more like something that had been chewed up and put back together and it was really gross. Never going back to this Whatash*thole again because they not only owe me a soft drink and fries, but they're the slowest Whatash*thole around. read more
