How much do y'all get paid? Like honestly... idk how y'all deal with it. I'm not from here. Actually been here less than a month.. in all my life I have never seen such a cult-like following of a fast food joint. Double car line, around the entire building, through the carport, and almost into the street. YALL TRIPPIN. CHIK FIL A IS NOT THAT SERIOUS. But damn, y'all must take like 2 hour lunch breaks and still be late for work. I don't go here too often because the large amount of cars and people gives me anxiety, but the times I do go (to this specific location) I am never disappointed. My food is always hot and correct. Fries are fresh every time. And even though the staff are running around like chickens with no heads, they are still polite and friendly. Employees and managers have no ability to correct an easy situation. Their mistake not only ruined the evening, the manager was absolutely one of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use the mobile drive-through at this Chick-fil-A! I was in a rush so I thought that the quickest thing to do would be to use the Chick-fil-A mobile ordering system BOY was I wrong the drive-through line moved through about three times and we waited for almost 30 minutes then once we finally get to the front they tell us to pull around and go park in a designated area. The guy then walks up to our car and tells us that they ran out of grilled chicken nuggets after we already waited 30 minutes. I was astonished because how do you run out of grilled nuggets I was just trying to be healthy today. So he offered to get me breaded nuggets when I just want to be skinny so I said yeah that's fine expecting him to offer me a gift card or a refund for not having what I ordered, but he didn't so after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-through I had to suffer and eat breaded nuggets. Not happy with a customer service here and it needs to be improved I am very disappointed in Chick-fil-A and disappointed in their customer service. read more

What used to be a very well managed company has turned into a dysfunctional mess. There were over 15 cars in the normal drive thru lane and zero in the lane that they are trying to force customers to use their stupid app. So what was over a 15 minute wait should have been no more than a five minute wait. 3.5/5 Overall a clean establishment with friendly staff. Went around noon time on Valentine's to buy a 30count chicken nuggets plate and a strawberry frosted lemonade. Did not receive a heart shape plate for the chicken but got the food alright. Had an interaction with Manager Craig where after I order my frosted lemonade I had noticed a seasonal key lime flavor frosted lemonade on the screen after I had already ordered and was curtly told I couldn't switch it as he quickly walked by to continue his duties (I was originally talking to the cashier before his 2¢). Today we made a special detour to go to Chick-fil-A drive-through for lunch. We ordered for my family and drove home but when I got home, I realized my sandwich was left out. I called and let them know and they told me to come on back, but did not apologize and then I went there to get my sandwich and did not get an apology from anyone. It wasn't that big of a deal and a know mistakes happen but I wish they had taken ownership. It'll be awhile before we go back to the one on main in Norman. I placed a mobile order at this location at 10:15 am for breakfast while in line with only 4 cars ahead of me where you scan the QR code. They don't make your meal until you have scanned the code and with 4 cars in front should have been quick. I was in line for 20 minutes before I could even scan the QR code, meanwhile the other line has 2 workers walking up the whole line taking orders and at least 10 cars have cycled through. The QR code needs to me moved more towards the entrance of the line so food can be made earlier that way cars can cycle through just as fast as the other line. The current set up is very inefficient. I spoke to several people in the store about it even the manager Casen and their only reply is I'm sorry and have a blessed day. Which is a good response but please take this recommendation into great consideration. read more

Literally the only thing I wanted this morning and the only thing getting me through exams was the fact that I would be rewarded with a 10 count chicken mini at chick fil a to eat on my way home. I get in line at 10:14 and get in the "mobile thru" lane which I notice is shorter but not moving at all compared to the regular drive through lane. This is extremely anxiety inducing and stressful because I am now late to getting back on the road and am scared my order won't get in. The people in the drive thru line are getting their orders in with the team member while I have to wait to scan the stupid QR code that's 30 feet away. I continue to scream in my car out of frustration. An establishment I've trusted for years is unable to move the lines equally and efficiently. I then continue to move forward in the chick fil a line and a team member greets me asking if I have checked in yet. I say no and give my name as he chooses my order. He then says "I'm sorry we are out of chicken minis". I begin to cry. I have to order a stupid chicken biscuit when all I wanted to eat was a 10 count chicken mini with 5 packets on honey, a side of hashbrowns, and a medium sweet tea. I literally want to die and cry. This has set my morning off on the wrong foot and I fear I will continue to cry my entire 7 hour drive home. I am incredibly disappointed in the Norman chick fil a on west Main Street as Chick-fil-A as a chain has always been an establishment I can trust and rely on. I don't know if I will support this franchise in the future and I will not be recommending it to any of my friends. I am truly sad. It's also been like 5 minutes since I started writing this and I continue to watch the regular drive thru line cruise past as I am stuck in the same spot. I'm going to explode. Very disappointed. The management has to be better here. Ordered on the mobile app WENT INSIDE BECAUSE THERES NO CURBSIDE AT THIS LOCATION. Waited at least 15 minutes as there were also at least 10 other people waiting for their food. A worker finally asked me the name and they didn't even have my order. He came back and literally said to me, "I don't see your name." Because he looked young no biggie but obviously that's not something I want to hear and if I'm hearing it then fix the problem. He looked at me like he wanted me to fix the problem. Anywho he finally went back and after a couple minutes came back with my order and the fries were over cooked. This location is too slow, something has to change. Also I saw no one who looked like a manager working. Everyone looks like they are in high school. Kind of scared to come back to this location. Last time I was there I found long hair in my Mac n cheese. It crushed my soul, because they have the best! This also happened during the pandemic, which is pretty bad. Aside from the hair, they forgot my items I've ordered multiple times. I'm not quite sure what is going on at this location but for the last 2 weeks I have been having unwelcoming experiences with the staff at this location. One of the first interactions I had was after waiting 7 minutes for an online order that never went through. During my wait, at least 4 different staff members walked past me and never greeted me or checked in on me. Other occasions have been with individuals taking my order that are rushing me and not being very polite. I am very disappointed by my experiences at this Chick-fil-a. I decided to place a mobile order to grab some quick food before a meeting that I had. I only ordered a five count nugget, an eight count nugget, and a cookie. I waited for over 40 minutes to get my order. I watched other people that placed their orders way after me with a lot more food get their order way before I did. I ended up having to cancel my meeting because of how long my food took. Another thing that made my experience worse was the workers bagging didn't wear gloves, but I know that at other Chick Fil A's they wear gloves. What really put the icing on the cake is that the entire time I kept on seeing a girl that was bagging the food picking wedgies (I think her name is Haili) . I am disappointed in the time that it took to get my food, and disgusted in the cross contamination from the girl bagging. read more

I'm writing this in the drive thru line, where I've been for 25 minutes and counting. There are no employees outside taking orders, and the wait is ridiculous. Line is barely moving and because of the way it's built, I can't pull out and go somewhere else. If Chick-fil-a is making changes to run like every other drive through, then they can't serve the TONS of people that come here specifically because they can usually churn through orders quickly because of the fact that they (used to?) employ lots more staff than their competitors. Steer clear of this place! Better to go to another fast food place with a normal sized line than assume this place is going to work as efficiently as it used to. read more

My most recent visit a chicken biscuit meal was completely left out of the bag. I called to tell them it's happened multiple times at this location and she said they would send a chicken biscuit coupon to my app to compensate for them forgetting it. I never did receive it. I have always been very impressed with the way this chain is run, and this particular location is no exception. They have always been very efficient, especially when the line at drive-thru is ridiculously long. You are always greeted when you arrive, they have staff walking around providing refills, and it is always very clean. Very impressed with this restaurant. read more

The most inefficient chick-fil-a to ever exist. Don't get me wrong, food is fine but I have never waited this long for any place that claims to be fast food. Let alone a Chick-fil-a! I am 30 minutes into my wait at 8:30pm, PM! There are no outside order takers, or order givers. It splits into two lanes and then for some reason goes back down to one lane after you order. I have seen no other Chick-fil-a that is this badly built. And if you want to park and eat you have to try and squeeze past the line that wraps around the building. This Chick-Fil-A has always been the fastest, friendliest, and efficient location I've ever visited! The employees are always EXTREMELY nice, there was a girl with a long braid working on the iPad/outside ordering thing and she was so so sweet! I can't get over how fast they are, and they have NEVER messed up an order. Not once. Plus, they "support my Chick-Fil-A sauce addiction" as one drive thru employee joked with me. It's true, that sauce is so so so so so good. SO good. I could put it on a shoe and eat it. For real. Now if only they could get up to date with some non-food related topics.
