This place has been awesome 50 out of 50 times ive been there. Food is fresh and portions are decent

Placed my order on the app when I got home I was missing one of the meats. We finally locate a number and call them. It says nobody's available to take your call and hangs up on you. I live 20 minutes from there. Don't want to spend an hour driving back-and-forth to get a correction when my order should be done right first time. How do you miss giving someone 1/2 their entree? read more

Food was good... lots of veggies in the lo mein. My order was online and I put 2 sweet and sour packets and only received 1 with a sticker with my name on it to go with the cream cheese rangoons... is there a limit ? read more

Just green beans no chicken. Definitely disappointing. I would've just ordered something else if I knew I was just going to get a side of green beans. read more

I went here Saturday and was very surprise how great it was. Been there before- and was disappointed with the consumer service, but most importantly, the food quality. This time- the portions were adequate-- and fresh. I felt well taken care of read more

ALWAYS out of something! This time: out of steamed white rice, then the Kung p. The window guy was too busy talking to someone to even take my order correctly, he didn't even have a name in his name tag, Hispanic guy, may 1st, 2025 9:47 pm. read more

Ordered a bigger plate just got a plate and sent in my way.i could barely understand the woman over the intercom but at least she was nice.

I was going to call the restaurant and complain, but looking at the reviews a big part of the issue here is most likely due to poor management. Went through the drive thru and was told noodles were 5 min wait. That's fine. I was thinking well that's okay they'll just be more fresh. Food was finally brought out to me and the employee nearly threw the food at me. I realized it was missing an item so I tried to tell her. She hurried away even as I'm trying to get her attention. Go inside and see a pretty full kitchen looking to be adequately staffed, but still absolute chaos. No one is happy, everyone looks confused, and there looking irritated and absolutely miserable is the employee I dealt with. I waited quite a while and finally another employee helped me. Something is wrong with this location. I never have a bad experience at any other. The employee was not wearing a name tag but was younger with black hair. Very thankful her dollar tree eyelashes didn't fall off into my food. No one likes to work, it's not my fault you hate your job. If the pay or management is so terrible, find something you don't hate. I just wanted to enjoy my overpriced $10 plate of microwaved Americanized Chinese food. Noodles were fresh. 1 star earned for that. read more

BEWARE! The Kung Pao chicken these mugs make is DANGEROUS! This shit had my face tingling, pulsing. I was damn near hyperventilating over this shit. Aside from that it was scrumptious though read more

So I tried this panda again, and was disappointed AGAIN. The beef and honey sesame chicken were actually fresh but didn't have any flavor and then the chow mein noodles were soooo soggy and sticky. Very disappointing and disgusting. I have no idea how this place is still open. I thought "hey, there's a long line here so maybe something has changed" but I should've known to not get food here and should've stuck with something else. Also the guy who was working the drive thru needs better customer service, all he says is "yeah..yeah..yeah". I understand you're young and probably don't like your job but go somewhere else then. I hope this place closes down because it's a total waste of space. read more

If you want Panda Express. Go across town to the one by target. Or you can go to the casino. I would recommend a new manager who knows how to order food to volume. They never have the chicken that I like and are often out of at least 30% of the main dishes. And when I say "never" I mean never. No exaggeration. read more

food is always amazing I'm always greeted with a smile when I come in at 9:30 in the morning love panda

Every single time I come to this location they are missing more than half of the menu which is ridiculous since it is always around 6:00 pm. When you ask if they are making any more all you get is attitude from the workers. No one here is ever friendly and always act like it is a big inconvenience to do their job. When they do tell you they are making more of the missing item they always say 10-15 minutes and usually take 30 minutes to prepare the food and then it is usually cold! I stupidly keep trying this location because it is close to home but from now on I will go to the farther location because they never have these issues. read more

We live very close and have tried this location several times. We have NEVER had a good experience, and I am not exaggerating. Every single employee acts like they hate their lives and at least half the time they are actually very rude. Most of the time, they are out of at least half of the food on their menu, even when ordering on the app. I've had them send me a notification that my order is ready and then still wait an additional 15 minutes (for a total of over 30 minutes after placing my order). They will ask you to pull around and then forget you're out there. This last time, the employee made fun of my husbands name to his face. Don't even bother with this place. read more

Literally made me sit outside with my car parked for 20 minutes because they didn't have any fried rice. It seems pretty basic to have enough ready that you don't make me wait half an hour after I already paid for the food. I'd actually say its unacceptable and downright ridiculous read more

I've gone to this panda express a couple times, Both times it's been terrible. There is always something like a ROCK burnt chicken something.. in my food. ( hard and inediable) You bite down and its rock hard .. I had to spit out my food on the road. This has happend twice since going there. I wont eat here again ever I am throughly done with this panda. The service was fine the girl taking my order was nice. That being said The other pandas I've been to I haven't had any problems like this with. This panda is bad. I got the mushrooms chicken, and super greens There is always something in the mushrooms chicken. I regret eating here. read more

The last two times I've been here within the month was disappointing. 1st time my order was messed up. Ordered beef and gave me shrimp, which I cannot have. Out $12. The 2nd time, about an hour and a half before closing (before I even ordered), I was told the orange chicken would be about a 10 minute wait. I was like, well, luckily I'm getting sweet fire chicken. The lady said, "lol oh well that's going to be longer, like 20 minutes if not more." Laughing like they want business turned away. So that's exactly what I did, as well as the two other cars in front of me lol.. Given the reviews, management doesn't care enough to do anything. Honestly just go to Pei Wei.. No drive thru yes, but at least they're reliable and you'll get what you order. read more

It's been a long time since I've tried Panda Express and unfortunately this place fell a little short. The first time I ever tried Panda Express was in NorCal and I instantly fell in love with the place. Fast food chinese with the options ready to select. If you remember Wong Key (a classic Norman Campus Staple) the function is almost the same. The problem is the quality doesn't even come close to prices! The location is fairly new but they don't offer a curbside or a drive thru option for online ordering. You either have to go through the drive thru to place your order. The food itself was very bland and boring. Even the fried rice wasn't very good. The eggrolls were mushy and soggy on the inside. Maybe if this is the last option for Chinese and you have no other choice, you might consider it. But until they kick up the quality of the food, there really isn't a reason to go out of your way to eat here. read more

They were out of half of the entrées and it was 6 PM at night with very few people in the restaurant. Seems like poor planning to me. When I asked for a spoon, they told me they didn't have spoons... But every other panda does. They tried to blame it on Covid and shortage of plasticware. Then when I asked for just a basic cup to get water out of the fountain them for me, it would be $.99. I told him to keep it! Definitely do not recommend coming to this place! read more

Alyssa great job tonight thank you so much for the great service. 25 minutes to close, you politely let me know about the limited menu and I had no problem ordering all my favorites even sides! Thanks guys! read more

I wish there was a zero star rating. This asshole was trying to tell me she was about to be on break so she can only do 1 order instead of 2 separate like we asked. I guess cause she's going on break the entire restaurant shuts down? This panda is shitty just get real Chinese food and support somewhere local. Fuck panda read more

I have only visited this restaurant a few times. The first time it was 45 minutes prior to close and they had locked the doors to the dining area. The second time was at 8:30 and they said they were no longer making new batches of food and that all they had left was 1 entree item and white rice as a side. There were multiple cars in the line ahead of me and every single one was leaving as they could not order. Finally the third time was today. I arrived at 8:45 and at this point they were once again not taking orders. I can see this is a trend by the previous reviews. The management needs to either fix this issue or officially change the hours. As a food industry worker, it is completely ridiculous to see this happen. read more

I'd really just like to know how you run out of RICE??? The past two times I've been they've been completely out of white rice and then this last time (they had rice) I get my usual for me and my gf and clearly ordered a bowl of chow mein with honey walnut shrimp and 1 egg roll. I get my bag drive off then check it after getting home and I got the bowl with orange chicken and no egg roll. They had the other dish correct but like come on it's not that hard. Everything I ordered was on my receipt so I know they could see it. Truly a lack of customer service and work ethic around this place. If you want panda, I suggest going to the one by target across town. read more

This place says they are open at 1030 hours today. When I attempted to make an order, the staff member States they have no sides. And that the sides would not be cooked for another 15 minutes. I said that's fine and I will wait. As other customers came in staff member stated it would take 30 minutes. I see that the team leader is cooking main dishes but no sides are being cooked. I don't understand how our franchise is not prepared to provide services. I observe more customers coming and walked out because there were no sides. read more

Just got off work ready to emjoy a meal and get a horrible experience throught the drive-through after a very long day. Have visited this location on a number of occasions and they are always out of something. Tonight it was shrimp and super greens. The individual working replied "it's the rush hour"! Panda Express - Literally called 9 times not a single answer literally never answer the phone avoid this panda at all costs - Chinese Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

This place has disappointed me many times with the quality of service. They have overcharged me on multiple occasions such as charging the price of a plate for a bowl or just getting my order wrong when doing drive through. This place more often than not is missing half their menu. Food is good but that's a standard so no brownie points there. There was a few months where they didn't even have chopsticks available.... AT PANDA !!! If you look at the picture below you will see a big cup or (water cup) for 99 cents which obviously will not stop someone from getting soda... and then a small cup for 2.10 which is ridiculous by it self for a fountain drink but to be over a dollar more expensive than this large cup is unacceptable and I feel cheated. This is not the first time I feel cheated and will not be coming back to this establishment again. read more

Not sure how they managed to get more than one star. They. Are. Terrible. Horrible employees and horrible management which is uncommon for a newly built restaurant. We sat in the drive through and was like do you guys know that there was cars around the drive through. Will never go back to this one and will go across the town for Panda Express. read more

If I could rate this a half star that's definitely what they would get! I feel like they're not really worthy of any stars! First off I went into the store to order some food and was asked if I had an online order and it seems like it was the manager who was totally rude and said if you don't have an order only drive thru. Now I have worked in the fast food restaurant for about 4 years if you don't want people coming in your store close the damn door! So I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food. Now as I came through the drive thru I ordered my food and proceeded to tell them to please make sure there is enough rice in there and she cut me off saying something along the lines about 5inches now I have also worked at Panda Express so that was total bullshit! So I cut her off not letting her finishing since she wanted to be rude so could I... so as soon as I got to the window I was welcomed by a friendlier young lady who did help me. So either management need to be replaced or re-taught how to treat customers when they have a complain. read more

It's the worst facility of Panda Express I've ever seen. They are always rude, the food is never cooked right, they always have such big lines because they are slow. They probably need to change management and fix something. It's just this particular Panda Express that always having issues. Even if I order through DoorDash, it's never on time, the dashers have to wait 15-20 minutes in line to just pick it up. Terrible. read more
