Easily one of the better places in the area for American-Chinese takeout. Your typical deep fried, sweet sauced chicken dishes aren't the way to go here. It's the other stuff they do best here, like stir fries, noodle entrees and soups. Moo Goo Gai Pan is lovely here, fresh and lightly sauced, just the way I like it, with very good flavor and lots of tender chicken (ask for extra snow peas). I was raised on the typical, very simple and brothy Won Ton Soup back in Lima. Done simply here just the way I like it, but packed extra full of won tons. Portion sizes are large. Great value with very fair prices, especially at lunch. Food prep pretty fast. So be there, or be square. read more

It's funny that my husband has found a favorite stop for Chinese food. He is NEVER picky on preference with this type of cuisine. Ever since he ordered their egg drop soup, pork egg rolls and pepper steak he has never let me order from anywhere else. They normally stay open late and they will treat you the same and friendly at whatever time you pop in. He pushed it one night showing up 15 minutes before closing and i was shocked when they were more than obliged to serve him. We order the shrimp Lima one and chicken fried rice a lot. The kids love the sweet and sour chicken. I love the general tso chicken personally. Try them out if you want Chinese while you are out because everything we have had is tasty and fresh and flavorful! read more

Is this the best Chinese food I've ever had? No. Is it in the top 10? No. Nor is it in the top 20. But, as far as standard delivery to the suburbs of Americanized Chinese food, it is above average. I've ordered from Asian Cuisine probably 5 times now, and one hallmark is speed. It's always arrived in a time frame shorter than I was quoted. The fried rice is of better quality than typical Chinese delivery. I've not found randomly raw or overly crunchy rice mixed in with the cooked, and there are plenty of veggies, not just rice and soy sauce. The onions are probably the best, they are cooked well and add noticeable flavor. The meals are all generously proportioned, you will likely have leftovers. My typical order is sesame chicken, but I ask them to make it spicy. I've learned that they are reluctant with the spice, so you have to REALLY ask them to make it spicy if you want heat. But, there is plenty of chicken, and the sauce is sweet and flavorful. It could use more broccoli, the last time I ordered this dish I think I only had about half a dozen pieces. Regarding the appetizers, the egg rolls are fairly standard. I like the fried dumplings, they are crispy and packed with flavorful pork and veggies. The shrimp is a miss for me. For some reason, it's smashed flatter than any other fried shrimp I can recall seeing. As you bite it, you're only about 50/50 to get some actual shrimp rather than just a mouthful of breading. I tried it once and won't get it again. Asian Cuisine has all of the usual favorites, and you can get them with the typical sides. Like I said, it's not groundbreaking Chinese delivery, but in my experience, it's better than average. The price is reasonable, they're quick with delivery, and the food is always fresh and piping hot. When it comes to suburban delivery, that's about all you can ask for. read more

Usually I would give this place 4 stars. However tonight was horrible. The girl working the front hung up on me three times before I could place the order. She blamed the idea that they have three phone lines, that's funny I've never been hung up on before. Plus she didn't even hit the hold button. Went to pick up the order and they lost my order, staff was yelling at each other, and it took another 20 minutes to get my food. The girl working the front had no problem telling everyone it was her second day. Got the food home, two of my dishes were sent with white rice, the combo always comes with fried rice. But since she didn't ring it up correctly as a combo the rice was wrong and we didn't get any of our egg rolls. The last several visits we have noticed the restaurant is going down hill. I haven't had Chinese food in a while, so being a dummy, I thought it still came in cartons, not all crammed in one container. I do Not eat rice, and my Hawaiian chicken was crammed with rice!! My Low Mein came in a carton, I wish my chicken would've been in a carton without the sauce on it, I thought you dip the breaded piece of chicken in the Hawaiian sauce. I could cry, I can't find any chicken without rice on it! Not everybody likes it crammed in one container, soaked in sauce. read more

Asian Cuisine is the perfect place for fantastic Chinese take out on the north side of Norman. They are fast and everything is always delicious. The crab rangoons are my favorite. The lunch special is also very good. $5.50 gets you an entree with fried rice and a choice or soup or egg roll. I'd recommend this place to any one! read more

My husband and I always try out the cheap Asian places around the city mainly for quality of food for the price. I have to say this place by far beats any I have tried in Norman. The same girl on the phone who took my order was never really polite in the first place, answers and says "Oh yea, I know, she just left so she's going to be 20 minutes late. She will be there about 9:50" Some girl who I never would have thought even worked for this place doesn't have a uniform on, shows up with a short tank top exposing more skin than what's even considered professional, short cut off shorts that barely fit her, knocks on my door at 10:05pm. I liked the offering of this restaurant and the place was really clean. The food could have been salted a little more as the flavoring was not as strong as we were accustomed to eating. They didn't have descriptions of all the items on the menu and this is important when you have digestion issues and are trying to avoid certain items. We asked for lots of clarifications and played it safe when we ordered. The food was palatable, fresh and was still hot when we got home.
