Came in for lunch and had an amazing experience! I was greeted by Keisha, and she had phenomenal customer service. She was so sweet and served us with a smile while chatting. She did NOT skimp out either. If you see this, you did great! Definitely made my day :) read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Mexican Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I frequent QDOBA and have visited this location many times. Unfortunately, the staff consistently creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. I've witnessed employees being rude and dismissive toward other guests on multiple occasions, but since I was usually in and out quickly, I tried to overlook it. Today, however, I experienced it firsthand. I ordered two bowls and two sides of chips. The chip bags were already lightly filled, but one bag clearly had noticeably fewer chips than the other. I politely asked if they could make it equal to the other bag. The employee simply said no and walked away. When another employee came to the counter, I explained the situation. She also told me no and said it was the standard size. I explained that I wasn't asking for extra chips--I was only asking for the bags I paid for to be filled equally. She then snatched the bag, rolled her eyes, added a few chips, and walked away without saying a word. The entire interaction was rude and unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially with my 8-year-old child standing there with me. After witnessing the way other guests are treated and now experiencing it myself, I can confidently say I won't be returning. Inserted picture below of the crumbs that were thrown in my bag. read more

Like another review I also wish I could give zero stars. Food was solid as always but the service was so bad I had to download the app to make a review. Specifically the people serving the food and working the register gave me terrible service. read more

Bad service overall, rude, not polite. Didn't give me all of what I asked. The food was not the portion they say on apps. He trying charging me double chicken even when I only had half a scoop of chicken. Chips are stale. And no lids they used tinfoil. read more

Superfast service! Restaurant looked clean. Food was good. The only downside is I had it to go order and they no longer have the little packets of Cholula. Bummer. read more

I just placed an online order for a mini bowl and this is what I received. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand the portions will be smaller in a mini bowl but this is absolutely crazy and it has an insane amount of vinaigrette on a tiny amount of food that it isn't even eatable. DO NOT GO HERE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I am so mad read more

My wife had to video call me to show the manager that we had two kids in order to get the kids meal. I'm able to order online without showing my kids but for an in store order they do. Won't be returning read more

Horrible service, guys didn't even know what they were doing. The food portions were extremely small. I guess I ordered a kids meal. Will never return here. The store was not in order and they need new employees. read more

Super clean restaurant and super friendly service! Qdoba's consistency of quality ingredients and fast service shine at this location. This is my favorite Qdoba to visit and while I mostly get my orders to go, I would enjoy sitting in their restaurant with a friend or my family because it's clean and airy and open and a very comfortable place to eat. The restrooms are sparkly clean and so is the beverage counter. My favorite order at Qdoba is a bowl with no rice no beans but grilled veggies and grilled meat. I load up on topping and get guacamole on the side along with a bag of chips and I'm a happy camper! read more

The food doesn't come out the way you order it. The workers have the worst attitudes. The guy told one girl I was with they don't make custom horrifies. I ordered a cheese encrusted quesadilla and it was just a cold quesadilla with some sour cream. The people behind us even asked does it seem like these people don't care about what they are doing? read more

I would love to recommend this place! They were absolutely amazing to us. Thank you for helping out Irving Middle School Softball with food for our tournament this weekend! The girls were so happy and full!! We could have done it without you! read more

I had two Or three Bad experiences with their store On Classen on Norman. We will have a bout 30 minutes away from the Qdoba. I like their food OK But, I think this last time it's the last strike. They have gone through several managers and employees. So today I make an online order, really simple just a small Qdoba bowl. I pay for it online with my credit card I go across the street to do a spray tan and also wait for the 10 minutes to pass so that my order would be ready when I come out. 30 minutes goes by and my order is still not ready. One of the employees says oh we are having trouble with our online system will have to make it... this is happened to me several times and there's always a different excuse!!! So no I would not recommend this Qdoba at all worst qdoba ever!!! read more

I went to this restaurant on May 12 2019 at about 5:25 PM and I saw one of the male workers cough on the food, I told the female cashier she told me he didn't cough on the food. read more

I was so disappointed in my latest experience at one of my favorite places to visit. I ordered tacos to go and told the worker How I wanted them fixed. I was met with total resistance being told "we don't have them anymore." I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

Ordered a burrito and the tortilla was burnt, not to mention that they put 5 tortillas on it to hide the fact how their tortillas are stale and ripping apart. When I asked to get my burrito rewrapped, the manager had no remorse for the terrible job that their team is doing. Please step it up. Never coming to QDoba again. read more

The First Lady who helps you was sticking her hand in her pockets to check her phone and then touching our food. The next girl was picking shredded cheese out from under the container and sticking it back in. The last girl was handing out stale chips. I literally felt like I was in a jail cafeteria line read more

Absolutely fire. Qdoba tweeted at me to come back because they had mango salsa and I have to admit it's gonna be hard to stay away from. I genuinely hope mango salsa never leaves us again. I called their bluff and they delivered. Outstanding customer service, and to top it all off they don't charge for guac. RIP chipotle. read more

The manager here is absolutely amazing! They exceed expectations above and beyond!! Best location I have ever eaten at! Very clean, very friendly, super fast, great food, great employees! I definitely recommend this place if you're ever craving some good food! Thank you Qdoba!!! read more

The food was just ok but the issue I had was the amount of food for the price. Normally I go to a Mexican food place and for about $25 I can fill up two people here I spent almost $40 and it did not fill us up. The amount of the food was about half the amount I can get most any place. If you want good Mexican food with good value for your money go any place else but here. read more

I'm a recent convert to the splendor that is Qdoba, and when they opened this new store by the Research Campus, I knew I had a new go-to. The food is delicious and plentiful, which is always nice. The staff is great, too, with everyone making the rounds to check on everyone's experience and keep the place clean. I know chains can be hit-and-miss, but rest assured that this location is a hit. read more

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!Ordered a mobile order at 7:38pm was told by the app the order would be ready by 7:50pm. Showed up at 7:59pm and waited about 5mins for an employee to even let me know that my order wasn't ready. I waited another 10 mins while every single customer that came in was waited on and had received their food. I was then handed my order without so much as an apology about the wait. This is not the first time I have experienced this with mobile ordering at this location. read more

Gave me and my other friends free queso! It was a very nice surprise! 10/10 would curbside pickup again! The man that brought the food out was very friendly. It was ready right when I pulled up and still hot! read more

So, so good! Excellent customer service by Maddie and Devante and as always the food is awesome. Love that they don't skimp on helpings or charge extra for Guac. read more

Worst Qdoba location ever. I frequent a couple of locations but had never been to this one until today and I will not be back after my experience. The workers were not friendly, they refused to give my friend a kid's meal, something which has never been refused at any other location. Also, they were out of brown rice and black beans, which is the fault of the workers because they weren't even busy at the time. I then asked for a small side of chips and queso and they made me a large side which is $4, and told me that it was going to be basically same price for the large as it would have been for the small, which is not true. Additionally, they do not know how to roll burritos, my friend's burrito fell apart completely after a couple of bites. Last, the women's bathroom does not lock. We left very unsatisfied and will not be back. read more

Ordered food online. Get to restaurant and they had about 8 guests waiting for online orders. Not properly staffed. I waited an extra 30 mins for my food and then I decided to get a refund because it could have been longer. 1 employee wearing mask and the employees were handling food with gloves that touched receipts, phone and cards used by other guests placing orders in restaurant. Very disappointed. Please try harder and work efficiently and follow protocols. :( read more

The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Staff is helpful and gives good portion for prices.

This has been a reoccurring issue. Every time I go to this particular store, the meat is always charred. Is it really that hard to cook steak/chicken. I will not be returning, my business will be taken to chipotle. read more

This qdoba deserves a review. By far the best service of any I have been to. Whoever manages this one is doing a great job. Everything is fresh and no shorting you on meat quac etc. read more
