We purposely went to this location as soon as lunch started trying to get fresh food. $30 later for 2 people! We wasted our hard earned money. We ordered a chicken big mac and got a beef one. Was not fresh plus super messy. Filet o fish, cold, 3 lbs of tarter sauce, the cheese was a strange color like orange red! The bun was good. Cheeseburger, old, cold and gross. Chicken nuggets, dry and cold. The fries were soggy and we live 5 mins away. The coke was good but it comes out of a machine. What are people getting paid for, it's simple. Give people what they pay for and take pride in your job. How would you like it if you paid for this type of food? Will never return or recommend. This establishment needs help. Service at this McDonald's is amazing. It's super quick and the employees are usually kind. Sometimes I feel as if I'm at Chick Fil A. They almost never get your order wrong and the food is pretty good. The inside play area is ocean themed for those who didn't know and it's quite impressive. I just wanna know why they turned off their business phone so that people cannot call and speak to the manager or make complaints when something is going on or something is incorrect. If I could give zero stars, I would. Management was rude, unprofessional, lacked any amount of customer service, & was extremely unintelligent. Not only was management unprofessional, but so were staff. Staff would aggressively present food & ensure food was stale. The cashiers did not know how to properly distribute money as well as know to properly place order within machine. Workers would continue chatting inside sitting on counters, even while customers were present and employees who were on obvious off time would come and chat with currently working employees while customers present, leaving orders, especially our own 20+ minutes waiting, with our food presented cold. I do not recommend this location, & urge management be fired as well as staff to be trained better, or laid off. read more

Fix your online hours. If you close at 1am don't ignore your customers at 12:30 and hide when you see them. If you're close earlier than online posted hours then tell the people when they come up or turn off your menus at the drive thru. Okay. I get it. The burger chain that started it all has finally realized that we really don't want clowns, cartoon figures, fake decor, etc. A good burger would be nice. Quarter-pounder, fries, coke. Classic American fast food. Alas how far we've fallen. The burger was hot. Points for that. Annnnnd, it was moist, however the moistness was provided by a surplus of grease. Grease that permeated each and every bite. The only 'flavour' the burger carried was provided by the greasy confluence of gooey condiments, a sole ring of onion, and a forlorn pickle slice, tossed haphazardly on the glistening brown patty. This burger should come with a 'side order' of TUMS! The fries accompanying my order ranked among the top three of worst prepared ever encountered. Limp, tasteless (except for an excess of salt), and grossly undercooked. Why is it a rarity these days to find well-prepared fries? The coke was surprisingly good, however! Effervescent, just sweet and strong enough to cut the residual film of grease from the palette, with every sip! The store was clean; employees were friendly, and the air was cool! Welcome to the new completely remodeled McDonalds courtesy of the Costas Enterprise. Let me start by simply stating...WOW!!! This is how you do a remodel...well, it is nice but still with some quibbles. First, the remodel stands out from the crowd from the exterior because instead of one of the standard boxes, whether retro throw back, psuedo modern traditional or chic McCafe, this one is themed to the location and in Florida that means beaches and salt water fun! From the street this standard playland rectangular exterior is decorated with ocean themed aquascape covering all the windows. On the rest of the exterior is a tastefully modern reminiscent of the McCafe. Wait til you go inside...the McCafe and Aquatic theme is blended with an absolute profusion of tech. In the common area you have 2 ordering kiosks for CC patrons, new two station soda dispenser and a minimalistic McCafe counter service with the standard LED TV menus. McCafe area is standard McCafe with 3 or 4 Toshiba LED TVs and ocean themed glass partition. Floor is brown speckled tile complementing the ceramic wood tile walls. For additional entertainment you have 3 gaming stations at the sitting bar in the McCafe area. The bathrooms are remodeled at the far north end of the McCafe dining area. Playplace what makes this McDonalds special. Enter the main doors to be welcomed into the undersea themed play area featuring 2 age appropriate play structures surrounded by a sitting bar area featuring 3 large display gaming stations on the north to south oriented bar and an additional 5 smaller stations in the east to west oriented bar. 2 Hitachi projection TVs play the undersea theme in the playland's upper north wall with two additional large screen LED TVs playing children programs. The tables all have integrated lighting into the tabletop that appear to be interactive. Walls are painted or covered in the undersea theme. 2 pairs of divers and a submersible are suspended to the ceiling to reinforce the undersea theme. Service is more personal with traditional ordering but a minimal waitstaff that delivers your food. Great idea to minimize crowding by those waith for their order at the counter, unfortunately, at times, the line for drinks extended beyond the counter service area. For such a busy day, the staff performed admirably but it was evident they were far beyond the buildings maximum capacity at times. Food is standard feel good McDonalds fare which means the fries are the not as good but not as bad for you McD fries. This is not my parent's McDs by a long shot. In fact, this is not my McDs at all but it is definitely a hit with the kids. Unfortunately for all the great updates there are a few misses...at least that is my opinion. 1. Exterior could have departed from the basic box construction utilizing flowing curves to accentuate the feel of the ocean as viewed from the street. 2. Bathrooms should have been enlarged as it seems small for the number of patrons the dining area can potentially seat. 3. Hygiene would be enhanced by adding paper dispensers to the air hand driers to prevent cross contamination because you have to grab the doors and open them inward to the bathroom area to exit. Another optio. Would be to have hand sanitizers at the outside alcove for customers to disinfect their hands. 4. Not enough trash cans. 5. High tech dispenses are neat but increase time needed to get your drink. Needs at least an additional dispenser to minimize the lines and crowding. 6. Restocking was inadequate. 7. Insufficient access to outlets or USB ports to charge devices. Fairly minor negatives except maybe the sanitary items that most eateries have in common. If you happen to be in Navarre, put away the seemingly trendy snobbish foodie attitude that seems to prevail in yuppish crowd and stop in and see how this McDonalds is reinvesting in the franchise by reinventing itself to add more than the standard box eatery into Navarre's fastfood landscape. My only interest in this place is we eat here on occasion. Beyond that I have no ties to McDonalds or this particular franchise nor have I been compensated in anyway for this review. Now come on and come by if your hungry, curious or curiously hungry. If you run a business in Navarre, take note and lets beautify Navarre's business landscape. read more

Pretty disappointed in this particular McDonald's. Of course the mass majority of employees are teenagers which brings the point to this review. Multiple times I have been given the wrong order, food that has been in the trays probably since the morning time, and misplaced items. Get it together. These kids need to be trained on professionalism when it comes to the workplace. Or are they not teaching kids how to read anymore in schools? Fantastic service! I have visited multiple times in both the early morning hours (with very large orders) and late at night and this location never fails me. Having called ahead orders, placed in drive thru, and ordered for curbside delivery via the app, my food was freshly and quickly made each time (just make sure your payment goes thru all the way with the app!).
