Cleanliness is next to Godliness. At least that's how I was taught. I can tell you this -- this place is CLEAN. Just the way I like it. Gone is the day when McDonald's was cheap. Not cheap! I had a 1/4 pounder with cheese, an ice tea, and the smallest fries they had. Almost $9. No tipping, but that's expensive. The greeter, service writer was great. I tried their Kiosk self serve station, and she was with me through all my questions. The Kiosk wasn't 100% customer friendly without questions, but going through the process made me confident that I wouldn't have questions next time. It will be easier. This is one of the most uniquely placed McDonald's I've ever seen. Its like, in the middle of a hill. Theres an entrance from the road above it, and some pretty gardens around it. Next to it is small shopping plaza and I believe storage unit. I wonder how many people drove by, saw the golden arches, and couldn't figure out where the restaurant was.... But I digress. The drive thru moved pretty quickly, and the food prices seem the same as other McDonald's in the area. Incompetent Is too nice of a word. Don't expect to get your food at the second window. they will make you pull into a spot every time and still manage to give you the totally wrong order. I was one of only two cars in line, had to repeat my order when they came to my window and they still screwed up. obviously a common occurrence because they didn't even try to apologize, just asked if i wanted a refund. A friend told me my last review was a fluke and to try it again. I should have known I was in trouble when I had to repeat my very simple order three times. I also asked for ketchup and no jelly. This is the slowest McDonald's ever. They're frequently out of things. Today, they had one person taking orders and filling them herself. The drivethru line was backed up. It took 11 minutes to get my order. It would've been longer, but the patron in front of me left in disgust, as did the patron behind me. The never have shamrock shakes. I've been there several times since the promotion started and haven't gotten the shake once.

I love the Shamrock Shake, OK? Don't judge me. Over the last three years, I've tried at least ten times to order a Shamrock Shake from this McDonald's. You know how many I've gotten? Zero. Every time they tell me their machine is broken. Really? For three years straight? Don't you think you ought to fix it at some point? You've got all the Shamrock Shake ads posted everywhere-- at what point does that become false advertising? Sorry, I had to get that off my chest. Anyway, this is a really terrible McDonald's. The drive thru is painfully slow. At any given moment, the operation appears to be run by teenagers with no real sense of urgency. They may be a typical OK fast food McDonalds during the day, but stay away from this place late night!!! Used their 24 hour drive thru around midnight, and the food ran the gamut from just pathetic to pretty atrocious. I've been to late night drive thrus, and usually the food isn't that much worse than you'd get during the day, but not here. We had a pretty simple order too. All we ordered were 2 grilled onion cheddar burgers, a quarter pounder meal, and one large fries in addition to the one that comes with the meal. Both fries were cold and chewy, like they had been sitting around for hours. Not even any semi-fresh or fresh fries mixed into the old ones to give you the illusion that they weren't old. Just straight up old and cold. I've eaten a fair amount of the grilled onion cheddar burgers, so when i got these and it looked like a bun with nothing in it, I was a little suspect. Upon flipping the top off, I discovered about a teaspoonful of burnt, been sitting around onions on top of each piece of cold, didn't even bother to heat it up and melt it cheese. They more had a slight onion flavor than had any actual onions on them. And the burgers were smaller than usual, like they used some special late night happy meal, tiny burgers. The burgers were about half the size of ones I had bought during the day. And thinner too. Whats up with that? My friend who had bought the quarter pounder meal had the same complaint. It looked like he got a regular sized burger in his quarter pounder bun, with just a hint of toppings, as opposed to any actual ketchup or mustard. Is McDonalds trying to make more money buy making the servings smaller late at night? I think we left hungrier than when we got there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs at night. read more

Food 3 stars, service 1. I gave up on this place around June of this year. The morning staff at that time couldn't process an order correctly if you handed in a check list on paper like a sushi place does. I waited 15 to 20 mins on more than 1 occasion and called corporate and Trefsz corporation in Bridgeport twice. It got to the point that I refused the gratuity coupons they offered me and I told the lady that Chris Trefsz himself should drive up there, incognito at 7 am and try to order breakfast at the drive through. Each time was a "Saga" . Until they fire that manager and rotate out that crew with eager employees who want to work, I won't go there and they've got to be losing money during that golden hour. They wouldn't even honor the 1 minute timer rule they had going for a while earlier this year. read more

I went to this establishment last night with a group of friends. There were a few orders to place and we did so as organized as we could. We thought the lady taking our drive thru order was accurately taking it. When we went to get our food and she read us off our order she had shorted our group at least 3 items. When we tried to correct her she said we could not add to our order and we would need to get back in the drive thru line to reorder our items. We were not trying to add new items, we were merely asking for what we had originally ordered. A couple of us missed out on our meals. We shared the food we did get. It was not a pleasant experience. I now realize this service should have been expected given the 2 star Yelp rating of this McDonald's. read more

It's McDonalds, but this one has their own game plan. Slow to process drive through orders, then, they direct all the cars to the "waiting" parking spaces, no matter how small and basic their order. Even when there is no line behind the customer. Annoying enough, but these people are "special". Their waiting spaces are not beyond the window along the dining room, they're across the driveway and back a few feet. So getting there is an inconvenience and hassle, hoping nobody hits your car as you try to work back to the spaces. Then, when your food is ready, it comes slowly out the door, down the sidewalk, across the driveway, and the runner has to study the receipt and ask drivers who's order he has. Food prep is well enough, but it's not a happy occasion when your order finally finds you. read more

Horrible service was there for over an hour waiting for food and some of my friends didn't even get their food and if they did it was incorrect, one only ordered a coffee, I don't know how coffee takes an hour to make.
