The person working, who I assume may have been Hugo, was very nice and helpful. They serve tacos, tortas, tamales, burritos, quesadillas, soups and salads. They listed various meats on the menu, but on this day, they only only had Pastor, Lengua (beef tongue) and shredded chicken. I ordered one taco of each and a Passion Fruit Agua Fresca. The tortillas were very good. Each taco came with cilantro, onions and a shredded mild cheese. They also gave me Salsas Rojo and Verde, and a white container that I assume was sour cream. I don't normally order chicken or Lengua, but I thought they were well executed. The pastor didn't seem like pastor. It tasted good, but it seemed more like a pork sausage. It was lacking that trademark pastor marinade flavor. The salsas were both good. Hugo's is definitely a legit taco truck and I would return. 4.5 Stars.

They really didn't taste like potatoes at all. But I think the worst thing was the sea salt they raved about, it tingled on my tongue when I was eating and the taste lasted for an hour or so afterward. Another pitfall that came about coming here came when AJ's moved into its spot on the other side of this plaza. Now, price point here isn't bad, but ever since Aroma Joe's moved in, this is no longer even the cheapest option you can have. So what we have now is a spot I used to stop by sometimes on a trip to Wal-Mart whenever I needed something to eat. Not so much anymore.
