The green tea was immaculate and if I could I would get 10 green teas . Their service was amazing , the workers are kind and very helpful . They don't judge or anything , I was not understanding well and they help me . I love it at natural kitchen . It's very well maintained and kept very clean . Price range is $10-$20 but it's worth it . I love their poke bowls , they are supposed to be served cooler and if u ask them to heat up ur bowl they might look at you crazy . Poke bowls are meant to be cooled . Amazing poke bowls by the way , the sushi / white rice is spot on and their vegetarian chicken is amazing , I love their food . 10/10 food 10/10 service 10/10 ambiance Would highly recommend .

This has to be one of my favorite spots in Waterbury. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that…read moreI've visited this restaurant more than two dozen times. The staff here is always incredibly kind and they give amazing portions. They recently redesigned the seating area and have new chairs and tables, very stylish. I love getting the Chicken Gone Wild or Land and Sea. Although the sauce goes well with it, I tend to replace it with the Poke Sauce. Ever since trying it, it's one of my favorite sauces there. My usual is the Chicken Gone Wild bowl with white rice, mixed greens, without the seaweed and tend to add different vegetables in there. I've tried most of the boba there as well, one of my favorites is the Taro Bubble Tea, it reminds me of cereal milk if I had to compare it to something. Others I like are the Strawberry and Mango Bubble Tea, either boba or fruit jelly tastes good with it. This will always be a place I'll catch myself getting addicted to stopping by every now and then. I love feeling great after my meal because it contains both greens and protein. Love this place and is a great addition to Waterbury!

No Scrubway pre separated portions. I got Turkey no cheese. Peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, light mayo, oil and onions. This reminds me of the good ol' days in west philly living with unemployed punks. We'd walk across the street, get packed hoagies and hurricanes for $4. Well $12 is the new $4. Bananas are only 78 cents.

The store is family owned, clean, and well stocked. And now they also have a great deli at the back of the store. They obviously did their homework and invested in the best equipment and products to make delicious sandwiches, wraps, and salads. They're using very fresh produce, Napoli Import deli meats and cheeses, and fresh grinder rolls from Neri's Bakery in Port Chester, NY. I've been going in Grand News for a few years and the family that owns it are friendly honest people. They're putting a lot of care into every sandwich and salad that they make for each customer. Jay made an awesome Italian Combo grinder for me. It was one of the best I've ever had. And Diana made a crisp beautiful salad for me to take home to my wife. Their menu continues to grow and includes breakfast sandwiches, soups, and specials such as authentic Indian cuisine. Best wishes and much success to Neil, Carol, and Jay.

The new space is bright, welcoming, and much more accessible to people who may have never discovered this hidden gem before. While I wondered if something would be lost leaving that small neighborhood setting behind, it didn't take long to realize the opposite. The owners, the staff, and the loyal customers have all brought the same warmth and sense of family with them. It still feels like home. I'll admit, though, I was crushed when I learned that Taylor Ham didn't make the move to the new menu. If you read my older reviews, that's actually what brought me through their doors in the first place. It genuinely broke my heart. But loyalty goes both ways. I love this place, so instead of dwelling on what isn't there, I'm making my way through the menu looking for a new favorite. Today I tried the Jalapeño Whopper--bacon, grilled jalapeños, and cream cheese on an everything bagel. It was really good. I discovered that warm cream cheese just isn't my thing, but that's 100% on me, not the sandwich. I also ordered the Gootz: sausage, egg, provolone, sautéed mushrooms, and cherry peppers on a garlic bagel. Outstanding. I'd order that again without hesitation. I'm going to keep working my way through the menu in hopes of finding something that fills the Taylor Ham-sized hole in my heart. And even if I never do, I'll happily keep coming back for their outstanding bagels, incredible spreads, great food, and the feeling you get every time you walk through the door. And while their coffee service is a little different with the pots behind the counter, it's still fantastic. Some places serve breakfast. DeRocco's feels like home.
