When you visit McDonald's you pretty much know what to expect. This location has a good and friendly staff. Food here is pretty consistent, that's all I ask. The kids love the Happy Meals so it's a frequent stop. Clean dining room. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Nothing more you can ask for when visiting McDonald's. Constantly mess up! Sent me out with an Egg McMuffin meal through DoorDash. Got the meal, no meat on the egg McMuffin!! Call DoorDash, they will only refund me two dollars of the over eight dollars. We live less than a mile from here. We stopped on our way home from the swimming pool to get dinner and were highly disappointed. They would not read our order back to us and the order was not what we ordered. Next time we are going to have them repeat back to us what we ordered. It was all accurate compared to what was on the receipt so while that was only a little frustrating, It was not that bad. Everything was cold. The quarter pounder's, the chicken sandwiches and definitely the fries. They were slow and I'm guessing they just have old food sitting around they were serving. As you can see in the picture the quarter pounder's ordered with no pickles had pickles on them. My guess is they had some already made. They served those rather than making the one that I wanted that I had to pull the pickles off of. We tried to eat some of the fries on the way home in the car which, as I said is only a couple minutes away and they were not fresh. By the time we got home and sat down to eat, which was about four minutes after we received our food everything was cold. Our kids definitely have no desire to return here. The woman taking our order was very nice and by the time we got to the window all the food was ready. It was too quick. When you spend $30 on dinner you don't want stuff that's been sitting around. We will go to a different restaurant or a different McDonald's next time. read more

Granted it was Christmas day, but I went online and looked to make sure they were open. Everything online said they were open. I drove all the way there and they were closed. I was highly disappointed as were my kids. Take some time and make sure your stuff is updated properly online like every other fast food restaurant. read more

This was my first visit to this location after It was remodeled. It was so nice and cozy in the dining area. All the seats were padded nice. There were big booths which was perfect for us. The employees were really friendly and it was so nice they brought our food to the table. Also great because I was with my grandparents and my 2 kids. I forgot apple juice for my boy so instead of waiting at the counter I ordered on their kiosk which was really easy. Then you can still just take a number and sit and they will bring it to you. We visit this location once a year and I am pleasantly surprised with the remodel and the improvements they made. The runner did forget 2 things so I had to go to the counter but it is a McDonalds and that's what I normally would have to do. read more

I'm convinced that all the McDonald's in the area are trash. Service for the most part is bad. There are some polite workers. But, unfortunately, they are not the majority. This was the better McDonald's in the area. The food, although we know isn't healthy, the temperature, bread, lack of brown fries was better than the one by the mall. Now you can tell that it all depends on management. The managers who really aren't liked is because they make the workers actually work! Sounds backwards. But, it's true. Minimally, the customers expect a thank you AND the grease to be changed! read more

I like the fact this location is open 24 hours and is close to the turnpike. Just getting coffee but it's hard to beat .99 with free refills I actually think it's better than Starbucks and a lot cheaper. The place is clean and I like the decor. I have no complaints read more

Consistently bad. Kitchen doesn't put the correct egg on McMuffins, it's now happened to us twice. Consistently forget to give you coffee cream, today they forgot our syrup, butter and forks for our breakfast. I called to ask for district phone number as any time I've ordered lately from DoorDash or drive through there's an issue. Ignorant manager told me to Google corporate and hung up on me. There is one supervisor there, a woman named Pam, who is respectful and works to solve an issue when possible. The other supervisors are all extremely incompetent in dealing with customers and often just come across as rude or unable to fix problems in this store. I understand things happen and items can get overlooked but this restaurant earns 2 stars for consistently getting it wrong. read more

This is going to be short and sweet because it's about a single drive-through service experience. I am an ice fiend. You just cannot put enough ice in my beverage. Not a bonafied quirk, just my thing. Anyways, early morning start to a road trip: hubs orders my Medium Coke, Extra, Extra Ice. Yes, he actually says exactly that for me. And I'm treated to a LARGE cup filled to the absolute top with ice. And a splash of coke. Someone understood and I got to start a long road trip with so much ice! Went to this McDonald's tonight got a quarter pounder which was pink on the inside. Then they said they had no cup carriers for the kids meals so I had to juggle for drinks and drive. And they never give you straws or napkins. This is the worst McDonald's around Monroeville. read more

If you try ordering over the app forget it. I placed an order over the app and it said it would be ready in 5 min. I pulled in the designated spot and watched about 12 cars go through the drive -thru and am still waiting. I finally got so upset walked out of the car and walked up to the drive- thru window wondering where my order was after about 20 min. Simple order not anything that would take time. Order still not ready. Should have ask for the manager right there but just wanted to get my food and go. I ask for the manager's name and called later and place was not accepting calls. I used curb side pick up and paid on line. The service was fast and my food was hot. Server was friendly and professional and wore his mask properly. Best McDonald in the area on all counts. I will patronize this McDonald's instead of one that is closer to my home, for many reasons.
