World record speed drive through here, I honestly don't know how they do it! I can't even get my wallet out in time! Five stars for McDonald's! I really cannot believe how quick their drive-through is. They have two ordering stations. After I placed my order I do not have enough time to get my wallet out before I have to pay. And then I do not have enough time to put my credit card away before I take the food and go.! I really believe the whole process takes under two minutes from arriving in the parking lot to driving away. I have to say this is without a mobile order this is ordering at the window. Each time I ordered an egg McMuffin with an extra egg added to it. Which is not your usual breakfast order. It is always exactly that and I swear to you that sandwich is in my hand less than a minute from when I place the order. Super fresh and hot, fresh ingredients, bun toasted perfectly seriously I don't get it! They are right on route 33 W. you pull off the highway get the food and get right back on! Highly recommended you won't get better service or quality for McDonald's fast food! First off, ALL the tables were dirty and disgusting. Luckily there was hand sanitizer so I could clean the table we wanted to sit at. I ordered chicken sandwich combo, which was fine. This place fuckin sucks. Came here around 5:15-5:20 pm on a Thursday night. Ordered two plain hamburgers and a medium fry. Brother orders two plain cheeseburgers, 10 pc nuggets, and a large fry. Dad orders a big mac with no pickles. Dad starts losing patience after realizing it's taking 15-20 minutes to get the food. Once the food is received, my food is the only part that came out correctly. Brother's burgers had pickles, ketchup, and onions on it, and dad's big mac has pickles in it. Had to talk to managers to fix the order. Dad's extremely pissed, so he elects to leave the trash on the table for the employees to clean up. I join in. I stopped there this morning for breakfast as I had a busy day ahead and needed something quick. I ordered an Egg McMuffin, but was extremely disappointed. There were little pieces of eggshell all over the egg. At first, I thought it was just one piece on my first bite, but when I took a second bite, it felt like chewing rocks. Most times we go there for breakfast the food is not heated properly. An egg and cheese on a biscuit, the cheese was not melted. You order hotcakes and sausage, the hot cakes are not even hot. This particular visit was to stop in and try the McRib Sandwich that they recently brought back. I got one, and uh... I don't know.... I don't get the hype. The pork meat was rubberized and synthetic feeling. The commercially produced roll was a half assed attempt at making it feel artisan, but failed. And my god it was just swimming in BBQ sauce, where I would have preferred an ample glazing of sauce... and if there needed to be so much extra just give me a little packed of BBQ on the side. Raw onions seemed like an afterthought... either the sandwich needed more, or they need to blow it up and start all over. Never again. Slow service and bad people skills/interactions. If you are going to order through mobile, do it at least 25 minutes before hand. Either this McDonald's is constantly short staffed or they are just sincerely slow at working. Regardless, whether I order ahead through the drive-through or in person. I used to work somewhere where the general manager would ask us why can't we all answer the phone with a uniform greeting when he can go to any McDonald's anywhere in the USA and the food tastes the same. He never ate at this location that's why. I had just finished some running around I had to do and just had a craving for Burger King but there isn't one in my area, I passed a McDonald's so that would have to do. Couldn't take that drive without nibbling on the fries and they weren't good, not good at all. They weren't hot, they were warm and cooling off rapidly so I'm guessing they sat in the bag while my burger was cooking. Had they been good I probably wouldn't complain about the temperature but they weren't good, they were closer to white than golden brown, they were limp and worse of all they were saltless so pretty much tasteless. McDonald's. It is what it is. Everything is digital. From menu to order kiosk. Wow alot has changed since I've been here. This location is quite new and shiny. Same set up and feel. Oh and the same smell of oil and grease. BUT every once awhile this girl gets a craving for those chicken nuggets. Everytime I go there they get my order wrong. I ask for no cheese and they put 2 slices of cheese. I will go back like an idiot and ask for a quarter pounder with no cheese and they give me cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. I been going here for a few years. Recently the customer service and food quality has went to straight garbage. One time I ordered on the app and went through the drive though. The cashier said my payment was good and go to the next window to pick up the food. I was then met by a rude worker who claimed my payment didn't go through. I wasn't rude or angry I was confused because I have mobile banking and I had seen my money was taken. I then proceed to show my bank transactions to where they were still in disbelief. They brought a manager, a young man. He then asked to see my bank transactions to where I showed them. The manager was being very rude to me saying my payment didn't go through even though I was SHOWING MY BANK ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS TO HIS FACE! I was met with rude comments and when they realized I was correct and my payment went through, they repeatedly said well it didn't go through but whatever take it. They knew they were wrong and never apologized, as they were accusing me of stealing their food. Absolutely unacceptable of them. I was met with my order and rude comments. read more

I have to say I am so surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I come here at least twice a week as it's in my way home and I have always had a great experience. Particularly the drive thru, it's fast, friendly and efficient. Now matter how long the line of cars is I am in and out of there in 5 minutes! My order is always correct and I get extra pickles, no salt on fries etc, it always right! IF I had to make any complaint at all, which is no big deal because I just ask for more. They are little stingy with salt and pepper packets and sometimes ketchup. I think they are doing a great job! read more

I have never had a decent experience here which stinks considering it's not even two miles from my house. It's always backed up and takes forever to get through the drive-thru and if it's a reasonable time, they always seem to forget or mess something up with the order. Well I'm going to stop going here ...we don't go often but I'm sick of paying for food and not getting it...my wife stopped and went through the drive through...she order 3 meals and a happy meal...they had her pull up and wait for a double quarter pounder ...she did and they brought it out and she said thank you and drove off get home to find out they never put the double quarter pounder in the bag...now we have a family member without a meal...I never right reviews but this is just terrible...I'd say 50% of the time they mess up our meal...if I messed up 50% of the time at my job people would get hurt or killed...this is hamburgers and French fries not to difficult to read an order and place those item in a bag...but we will never go here again read more

This location is relatively new. It's updated with the latest kiosks to order from. It's convenient bc this McDonald's is right by an apartment complex and a gas station. As for the food, it was delicious. It's anything you'd expect from a McDonald's. I think there should of been more seating inside but otherwise it's a good McDonald's. read more

One of the best McDonald's around. The inside seating area is very nice and there is plenty of space between tables to sit and not have random people sitting close to you. Food comes out perfect fresh every time. All the employees are very nice and asking if everything is good. Recommend this McDonald's over any other one around. read more
