After maybe my whole life, I finally decided to visit this McDonald's for an impromptu breakfast. Just ordered standard hotcakes from the self-checkout machines located by the register. Software was a lil laggy but it was cool to use a computer to order. The user experience design should be tweaked a but but it should suffice for the people that frequent this location. The food came out around 10 minutes later but was not as warm as we would have liked it to be. Overall, it was an okay meal but definitely could use improvement on bringing out orders faster and while the food is fresh. read more

Here I sit for 15 minutes at curbside with zero movement from inside. Had to go inside to get order. There was nobody working the front register so I had to wait an additional couple of minutes to hunt down an employee. My coffee order was cold &clearly had been sitting for a long period of time. I worked at an office very nearby this location before the shopping center was built. We were very happy to see a McDonald's being built so close by as it gave us more options on our 1/2 hour lunch breaks. But soon after opening our hopes were dashed, as this location is in fact THE WORLD'S SLOWEST MCDONALD'S. As a walk-in customer, do not be surprised if you have to wait up to 20 minutes after ordering to get your food. This is consistent with this outlet at all times. Food is the same as all mc Donald's and the people have great customer service, just super slow at the drive thru! Not only that I just realized the prices are higher at this location ? Went there to get a simple order, 1 large chocolate shake, 1 large fry, and 2 Spivey chicken sandwiches. The chocolate shake was indeed vanilla and they told us the machine was acting up. The large fry wasn't even close to filled all the way and came very cold considering we opened the bag as soon as we got it. The sandwiches were both changed to regular mcchickens somehow???? Just went to pick up 2- chocolate shakes because Mac shakes are the best . When I got home 8 miles away found the shakes were like chocolate milk from a refrigerator so running . Is was a busy Friday night with one person working the register and the line was very long inside. I decided to use the kiosk. everybody got there food that was waiting in line to pay after I paid at the kiosk and a lot of people that came in after me. The only people still waiting for there food were the people that used the kiosk. We stood around as all the other people got there food and left. The AC is always broken so you can't ever go inside for more than 5 mins, but you can forget getting your food within 5 mins. McDonalds has an annoying, cheap, corporate method of cost cutting involving making you beg like a dog for tiny portions of barbeque sauce, napkins, straws, water, or any other little thing you may want to better enjoy your meal. We have been coming here almost everyday due to having to meet band parents and discuss music related business. It was sad to be sitting in the corner by the restroom waiting for our parent to arrive, listening to your male employees having a conversation and one popping off the "f" word every other chance he could. He had not started work yet but was in uniform which to me, profanity is inappropriate to begin with, and is not a good image to represent McDonald's with. Thankfully, there were no little ears to hear their profanity. Now on the other hand, the ladies who clean up the area does an amazing job. Always friendly and smiling. Restrooms are always clean too, at least the women's restroom are. My husband has had to say something to management about men's room because it was disgusting due to someone having an accident prior to him entering restroom. read more

Just came by to get a couple of hot apple pies, the problem is they weren't HOT. Not even close I asked kindly if we can get 2 HOT Pies as they were not. The crew member gave them to manager who then turned around and put them in the microwave oven. I was shocked to see him do this he even saw me watching him. What a joke, I asked for a refund he shook his head at me and gave me my refund as he clearly didn't care one bit. You've been warned I will never set foot in this place ever again.
