Location close to my house. Cool urban redesign of decor shows off an edgy Los Angeles vibe. Ordered a kids happy meal just for the toy. Yep, I am a fangirl! Wanted to make a comment about the Manager on duty tonight, Sergio. He was so courteous and patient witj our barrage of questions. Thanks Sergio for the excellent customer service. read more

I appreciate the fact that this McDonald s is open 24 hours a day ( the drive thru). I buy a small shake. The drive thru is fine, but understand that really depends on the customers. People get a little hyper, or unpleasant. That is something the employees have no control over. read more

Came this morning and order a deluxe breakfast the manager Adair Was very professional and very polite . I will give him a 10 very good customer service service And this place was very clean read more

This place if you don't have the exact change, they keep your change. They're robbing people claiming that they don't have enough change. Imagine if they do that to 100 people a day five cents here two cents there they're ripping people off. read more

I decided to use the app and do a drive thru pick up. I ordered a Big Mac, Chicken Nuggets and a quarter Pounder burger all combos with drink and fries. When i arrived i provided my code and they directed me to the first window. At the first window i was handed my drinks followed by my food. Making this experience as easy as it sounds. The staff was nice and had a smile on their face making the ambience great . My food was exactly how i ordered it no complaints. will definitely be coming back. read more

McDonald's - Sausage Egg McMuffin - Burgers Near Me - Mission Hills, California

Six months I return and I should of read my previous review. I was starving and when your hungry food is supposed to taste better; right... Sour taste from my Big Mac and heart pain from my uncooked fries. I have some sick time in the books just in case I need to call out of work tomorrow: yuck McDs. 08/08/2025 read more

i ordered some medium fries because the manager with slick back hair said cash only. I don't know why every time I come in the night time. These people always say cash only by during the day the card machine works perfectly fine. I feel like they don't want to work or do there job because I asked specifically a simple request of fresh fries and I go cold stale fries that smelled old. They don't care about there job and it kinda sucks because this the only McDonald's open this late in my area and I am staying at the hospital for my mother who is terminally ill. read more

Horrible service. Got here at 4:15 computers are down waited 10 min to order and then once they were up I waited 15 min for my food it's only 2 cars here this kitchen can't handle two cars. When the computers are rebooting do the fryers go out too. No feedback or care from the workers. Very disappointing from McDonald's. read more

Loved the service Jerrick the manager provided today! He went above and beyond and I couldn't have been more grateful!! I was already having a rough day and seeing his wonderful smile and positive attitude was super refreshing! As someone who's in upper management from Chick-fil-A yall are doing an amazing job having him here! read more

This rating is based on the remodel and the experience I had eating there with my kiddos. They had a wooden themed inside that was clean and the kiddos loved the style and play area. The tables in the kids area has tablets built into the tables very cool feature and this location kept my kids engaged for hours a great place to take your kids to play for free with a meal. The food was the same as any McDonald slapped and smacked together and brought to you. I am not a fan of McDonalds food but it is a Nostalgic place for many and if you find a food you like stick with it. read more

Food was very good everyone was friendly but Sabrina really stood out to me. She connected with me in a very friendly way and was very helpful when it came to product knowledge (i'm very indecisive and she helped me choose the best option). Keep up the good work! I ordered my food thru the app. 2 burgers fries and drink. I waited over 30mins. First round my burgers were soaked in grease. The buns were wet! The fries had no salt at all. And they didnt even fill my drink up all the way! So i complained. Waited another 15mins. The pics ive attached are from round 2. The food got even worse. Covered in grease AND mustard this time. Seriously? The manager, i think, looked exhausted and stressed. They just opened this location after rebuilding it. Food takes forever. The seating inside is horrible. They actually made the place worse. Less seating inside. I cant believe how awful this place is from top to bottom. Mcdonalds u should be ashamed. Dont go here unless u want awful food amd wanna wait over 40mins. Never again. U R GROSS read more

McDonald's - Big Mac Meal, Double Cheeseburger, French Fries, Hi-C Orange, Coke, Sprite, Lemonade - Burgers Near Me - Mission Hills, California

Typical McDonalds and just came in here for coffee while I wait for my car at Hamer Toyota. This review is mostly for a specific employee Jerrick. He is probably the nicest, most respectful, and assertive employee in all of the McDonalds I've been in. He gave me Chick-fil-A vibes as far as service. read more

Service is so humbling here. Front staff attempting to speak Spanish to help with the order (which I could understand O anyone else can I'm sure- the basics), to the kid play area. Music isn't too bad so the whole ambiance of the store is set up perfectly! Food it being McDonald's 10/10, I recommend ordering from the app as it is a faster service for YOURSELF. No need to get upset at the staff if you're in a rush and you know how to use a smartphone. Download the app bud. read more

I always have an issue with this McDonalds. Always a missing item or food comes out extremely late. This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced for fast food. read more

I went in to grab a $5 breakfast deal McGriddle and L Ice Coffee, the kiosk scans my code, let's me select what I want, let's me view my order, but doesn't display button to pay when I'm ready to insert my debit/credit card. The kiosks are unstrategically placed near the entrance which is far from the cashier instead of being conveniently close by the cash register so the cashier can quickly help teach the customer how to make the payment. I go to the cash register, the cashier enters my code and rings me up for something completely different and more expensive than what I originally tried to order on the kiosk. I ended up leaving frustrated and upset since I was rushing in and out, not here to play the waiting game. The architectural design of the kiosks are blatantly stupid, and an employee should be stationed by the kiosks further away from the cash register in order to help customers entering in a rush to order and pay quickly! read more

I don't care what MD you go tooooo, always issue, food missing , food made sloppy, food cold , mgmt always look stressed out , I don't get it , there's plenty of Staff??? But staff not put in places , so it's a crazy house , when you need help , not available?? Help these Corporates ! read more

I stopped by this McDonald's on my way home to take advantage of the free medium French fries through their mobile code. This mcdonald is not in the greatest area and you'll likely encounter some homeless people here. There was a guy setup next to the entrance and another lady set up where you exit. I used the drive thru option here, they have 2 lanes so hopefully that helps during the busy time. I got a large sprite with light ice and used my mobile code for a free medium fries. They don't show your order on the screen here so just a FYI. My Sprite was delicious like always but the fries had no flavor here and tasted cold. They also didn't fill up the fries all the way but it's usually the case at McDonald's. read more

The 5 stars is specifically because of Jerrick he is super kind and helpful didn't mind answering any questions I had. His customer is service SUPERB. Only really reason I will come back here would be because of him. I worked customer service before and one customer can ruin your shift hopefully he only encounters nice customers, as well as the rest of the team there. Food was hot & delish. The ambience is very chill. read more

My son and I had breakfast at this location this morning. The managers name was Jerrick. He is awesome. He was helping other employees as well as attending customers. He always has a smile to offer and a wonderful personality . We prefer this location because of the friendly service and good food. Food is served warm and fresh. Another employee checked on us often and had taken our order. She also did an awesome job. We had a very nice experience. Great decision on choice of manager. read more

I like the old one better. The playplace is smaller and more boring, while the old one had lots if fun slides, things to climb on, and the little swingy thingys. And this new mcdonalds has barely any seating so it took us a few minutes to actually get seating, it needs more seating places. The food is still really good, that didn't change. But Overall, the old mcdonalds was better. read more

I very rarely eat at Mc Donald's, but I was pleasantly surprised with this location. As a child, I used to frequent this location and even had one of my birthday parties there. Last week, we had to go back for a family emergency and were up extremely early. I went there once, and other people in my group went two days in a row. The breakfast food was hot and fresh (as fresh as it can be for frozen food). The coffee was excellent and hot. Shout out to Isaiah! He was very attentive and provided excellent service. He even offered us refills on our coffee. read more

The food was hot and fresh so I give it one star. The parking lot looked like the aftermath of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Next after getting to the window I had to deal with one of the rudest young people I have encountered in a while. She had terrible customer service and no Tact whatsoever in dealing with a customer let alone someone her senior. Please do a better job of training or screening those employees you want greeting the customers and ultimately being the face of your business. read more

Horrible experience dining in after the remodel. Received food without utensils or napkins and there's no station to get anything yourself so you have to flag someone who is already running around busy helping others. Breakfast was cold by the time I got the basic utensils and napkins. Also I forgot to order coffee with my breakfast, and I was told to order it from the electronic kiosk. This new service format DOES NOT improve the customer experience and needs to be reworked if the purpose is customer service. read more
