Great place hot food quick service, best McDonald's the workers are nice chicken and fries are good must have.

I placed an order on the app today and pulled through the drive thru told them my code and they said I could pull up to the first window for my receipt. As I'm pulling up and have cars still in front of me blocking me from reaching the first window this troll like creature pops her head out of the window and is flailing the receipt in the air like I'm supposed to rear end the car in front of me so she doesn't have to hold the receipt any longer. Asking us while we still cannot pull forward if we want the receipt and yelling the order name in an unfathomably condescending and borderline threatening tone so loud I can hear her through my rolled up car window. Melissa if that's her real name has worked the morning shift at this location for years now and it's a miracle to me that she has never been fired. Her attitude is among the worst I've encountered in my entire life in any capacity. This location would probably get more sales in the morning hours if customers did not have to interact with Melissa. This occurred at 1:20 pm 4/9/26. read more

Actually surprised to see how many negative reviews there were. If I grab McDonald's this is the closest to me so I'll usually stop here. Food is consistent and the staff on drive thru are friendly. Haven't had any issues with this location. read more

Eh. Its your average McDonalds, it's nothing much. I usually order nuggets and fries bc you can't mess up those two things. That's really all I have to say about the food. The service is fine most of the time. I usually just go through the drive thru, so I can't real talk about the ambiance. That's all lol. read more

Terrible experience as always. My food is always slopped together. But tonight when I pulled up to the window employee was sitting on the floor fixing the coffee lids. Just disgusting, and a huge health violation. Do you know how dirty and disgusting that floor just beyond the drive up window! Mentioned it to other employee and he couldn't care less. Still no apologies from the manager "Gina" for making false allegations to the police about me video taping under age people. Yet, the police checked me out, I was doing nothing but eating my food and watching YouTube. I offered to show the cop my iPad, he declined. after five years of hanging out there to use the WiFi someone decided I was a bad guy!! I have been in security for over thirty years. I am not going to ruin my name and reputatio for AN In today's world a person can make an accusation about you AND YOUR NAME IS RUINED!! I've been going to this McDonald's for a long time and I have to say, I'm happy with the service I have received over the years Food is received quickly and hot. My only complaint would be the consistency of the fries and how likely I am to receive the sauces I ask for. However even then, it's pretty minor as it's usually correct 8/10 times. For years, there are two employees that have worked there that do a phenomenal job. One is an older woman with grayish hair who works mornings; she is absolutely wonderful. Another woman is middle aged with red hair and she too is also kind. If a McDonald's representative sees this review, please acknowledge their hard work because they are always smiling and happy for when I have them assisting me. Other than that, I know I can always rely on this location for good food and great service. Definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area! read more

The employees are extremely rude!! One work at the window was almost mute. She barley talked looked, like she hated her job. Why work there then! This one girl I don't know the name bc they don't wear name tags, she's super chubby a big girl, brown hair with highlights, short, has freckles everywhere, a nose piercing, fake eye lashes and her skin omg, had long nails that looked like cheese underneath, she's the rudest of them all! She looks like she knows what she's doing and she doesn't. Some manager you guys have. I complained about the girl at the window to this chubby manager I described and she had a smirk on her face the whole time as like she was proud. normally they are great but today they missed two items and each time i had to get up to fix it. Micky Ds did NOT include the knife&fork and they also omitted the syrup. I bought the big breakfast w/ hotcakes. I just got home from work, I like to eat my breakfast in the lounge chair watching a recorded tv show, slowly falling asleep for my morning 2 to 4 hour nap. not today, 1st i had to get up for a fork and after i finished my egg/sausage on biscuit sandwich I reached for me hotcakes and DARN!, no syrup.. come on guys you are better than this. This is 2nd time this week that I pulled into their drive thru at 11:40 and was told we are closed. Im a sales manager for an auto dealer and we find our selves stay later then closing to assist customers even if they don't buy anything right then and there. Maybe they should consider making closing time 11:30pn. I understand employees want to walk out and go home the minute the store closes, however that is not the fast food industry. I worked at McDonald's when I was younger and we stayed 45 mins past closing to clean machines and the store. Last week I went to this same McDonald's at 11:30pm and was told I couldn't have a shake bc they already shut the machine down for the night to be cleaned for closing. The general manager should consider finding employees that are interested in working instead of cutting corners and leaving customers to completely disappointed. read more

The girl with the glasses - (of course they don't wear name tags) had the nerve to tell a customer that they were staring at her, and continued being rude, and tossed the customers bagged food across the counter. Ordered Uber eats, instead of a large fry like we paid for, we got a medium. There was no straw in the bag for the shake, so i guess Mcdonalds is going green, cutting out the straws altogether, i'll just suck the side of the cup like a toddler. All the food was stale and cold. Just moved to the area and stopped here for a quick dinner. I only live about 5 minutes away and when I got home I realized they forgot to bag my husbands 6 piece chicken strips. I called and the manager, who was getting ready to leave, said she would drop it by the house for me. When she got here she wasn't sure if we had nuggets or strips so she gave us both, along with 2 free vouchers for a sandwich. I honestly can't imagine anywhere else doing something like that and I'm so happy that nice people still exist and are willing to go the extra mile for fantastic customer service! :-) read more

Outstanding overall experience. Ordered large amount of menu items and it was promptly done. It was a take out order but the speed of service was not up to their standard because the manager gave me a card for a free large sandwich next time because I "waited" too long. What can be said about McDonald's. We'll today the fries were hot which is unusual for any McDonald's and not overly salted.

Came here at 1045 to place a drive thru order since the lunch menu was out and the website said 1030-1045 breakfast ends we placed a lunch order. The staff was rude as if everyone is to know when lunch starts and breakfast ends. If they are going to be nasty at the fact that people are ordering lunch. They did the lunch with an attitude told us to pull over so they can make it which is fine however when they brought the bags they almost walked away without giving the drinks. We asked for sweet and sour and BBQ sauces and we told the guy who brought the food and he comes back and says the manager says they're in the bag. They weren't in the bag. You're putting food in bags you don't need to give paying customers a nasty attitude. Obviously the people who don't go to mcdonalds a lot or who don't work there don't know when the different meals start and end so when it gets close to the time of it ending it should be mentioned what they are serving. read more

I can't even begin to explain my disappointment about this facility. I went up to the drive thru to order food and couldn't even roll down the window enough to order because of the smell of fecal matter from the sewage and cess pool. I immediately rolled my window up and had to pull over because I threw up. I mean if your working the drive thru and smell a vile scent you should probably tell your boss/manager. Lately I've been going to this McDonald's a lot and unfortunately I don't know her name, but the woman who works the drive-through most mornings is awesome and always makes my mornings so much better. She actually cares about making sure each order is correct and is always so sweet. Being a vegetarian I can be a little annoying with my order sometimes, but she doesn't seem to mind and makes me feel comfortable and she ALWAYS finishes with "have a great morning" after I finish paying her.
