Just recently went back to this McDonald's and I give it one more star. Basically it's only because they added the new kiosk ordering. They still did not get my order right. I paid for double patties on my Big Mac and double chicken on my chicken sandwich. Didn't receive either. Always messing up simple orders, even if you try to simplify your order for the staff and get the same thing every time they will mess that up too. Impolite staff, they will argue with you about your order and conclude by saying "its not their problem because the kitchen must've messed up not them." The management needs to stepup and help or punish the employees at the drive through pos position, especially in the afternoon. If the order on the receipt and screen are the same why does something else end up in the bag? And to pin the blame on the customer is the ultimate disrespect to the business and people going out of their way to support the business. The manager said he would talk to his crew in order to avoid mistakes in the future and apologized for the amount of inconvenience his store has caused me over every occasion in which they complicated my order but how does that make up for the time, gas, energy, arguments, disappointment and distrust with the company because of one subpar and underperforming location? Whatever the calling, this spot serves its purpose, with the 24 hour window and is one of the few drive-up spots for food that I've discovered in southern Marin, so far. Bonus on that. Poor customer service. I ordered 2 sandwiches on a buy one get one for a dollar. The girl up front said that I didn't say that and then the other girl who helped her wouldn't admit to it either. This is the slowest and dirtiest McDonald's I've been to. Stopped on our way home from San Francisco to feed some hungry kids and use the restroom. Stood in line for 10 minutes. I had my nephews with me and they were so hungry, or I would've walked out of here. I got a double cheeseburger and a water, it was gross. They were completely out of napkins. The manager had NO CLUE what to do or what the heck was going on. I used the restroom while I was there, but I really should've waited till I got to Starbucks... But when nature calls, ugh, and there was NO toilet paper in any of the dispensers. The handicapped stall had a big puddle of water and toilet paper on the floor. Well it happened and I am shocked myself, McDonald's has managed to WOW me! I had a very busy day traveling to and from a meeting in Mill Valley at Mollie Stone's and from there needed to get to Santa Rosa for a haircut and doctor's appointment. Since I was going to be on the road most of the day I needed a quick lunch. I ordered one of the new Signature Sandwiches from the menu. I opted for the Sweet BBQ Bacon with Crispy Buttermilk Chicken. It is a mouthful to say and yes, it is a mouthful to eat. It was a true chicken breast that was, yes crispy just like the name says. And it has crisy bacon, not the usual limp microwaved bacon you get a fast food joints. The cheese was an upgrade from the cheese they use on the regular burgers, this was a white cheddar. Two kinds of onions both caramelized and crispy strips, both delicious. The BBQ sauce was sweet and had a good smoke flavor. Somewhere there was a spicy kick to and I wasn't sure where is was coming from. I didn't ordered the sriracha mac sauce but there could have been some on there any way. Which I liked, it wasn't the OMG my mouth is on fire but more like a hey it's got a little bit of a kick type of spicy. So it was a sweet, spicy, cheesey, crispy taste sensation. It truly is an upgrade from any burger I have ever experienced at McDonald's and I was very pleasantly surprised. read more

Quick and covenant. What can I say it's fast food great for a quick meal on the go. I usually get and mcgriddle every blue moon and maybe a burger here and there. The sweet tea is off and on some time it taste like cigarette water lol. Not that I know what that taste like but I've smelled a cup full of cigarette butts and ash and you can get a taste from a smell if that makes any sense. So kinda inconsistent. I am so pissed . I had a big order and was taking my time so the cashier wouldn't make it wrong . It ended up being wrong anyway . I asked for 2 small frappes with my burger meals and another with another meal so it was 3 in total . She said she couldn't make them small that they had to be medium so I said that was fine . When I check my receipt there's only 1 frappe so I go and ask her why . She then proceeded to tell me that I had only ordered 1 ! She literally repeated to me that I had those 2 frappes in my meals but somehow I only ordered one ! I would probably consider myself as a regular at this McDonald's. I have tried using the McDonald's APP there a couple of times and there are definitely some kinks that need to worked out. My order was placed at 7:03 this morning. I got my food curbside at 7:14. Meanwhile, 6 cars came and went through the drive-thru. I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow so (stupid me) I thought I'd enjoy a McDouble before my day of fasting and prepping for this dreadful but important procedure. For those of you who don't know, you have to clean out your insides from stomach to colon for the procedure. Well, McDonalds should market the McDouble as an "all natural" colonic assist food because within 90 minutes of eating it, it came right back up! Regurgitated, due to some bacteria that disagreed with my stomach. Food poisoning!!! I guess I owe McDonalds a big assist getting a head start on my colonoscopy prep! Thanks!!! I agree with the previous poster!!! (i could do a 100 exclamation points and still not have said that with enough emphasis!) This is one of those rare times i really wish Yelp! would create a zero star button (or a minus stars button??? yes yes!!). Everything the previous poster said was right on it. I NEVER get the right order through the drive through that is ONCE i feel i have correctly conveyed my desires and believe me this takes shouting slowly so that they MIGHT have a chance of understanding what i am saying. Even then the last time instead of chicken salad i got chicken sandwich, instead of two double cheeseburgers and one double cheeseburger add bacon - i got just two plain double cheeseburgers. AND then i got the wimpiest fillet-o-fish i have ever had in my life. To make matters worse i even wrote to McDonald's themselves and their response was pitiful to say the least - enough to make me want to boycott McDonald's all together. AND again ditto i am not prejudiced in anyway heck my last name is Spanish - but please please for Pete's sake DO NOT put someone in the drive through that does NOT speak English!! Please retrain your employees and follow in the footsteps of your Novato Hamilton McDonald's. Need friendlier drive-thru crew. They were talking to each other more than to the customer. They just handed my food without asking if I needed ketchup. The food is typical McDonald's quality. The only reason this particular restaurant stays open is because of it's prime location. Other than that, I'd recommend driving a little further for another Mickey D's. Or just enjoy better quality burgers up the street at In and Out. read more

We were in the neighborhood and my kid wanted chicken nuggets... what is a nugget anyway. We got the happy meal, opened up the toy and it was some kinds of killer robot. At the time my daughter was two, I asked for another toy, the guy behind the counter said we opened that one so he could not take it back, and I should have asked for the toddler toy at the counter when I ordered. I was holding my toddler, they never asked me what toy I wanted! Yes, I could BUY the toy for $1.50... but the meal was around $2.49, so that didn't make much sense to me. NOTE TO RONALD, if the customer is holding an infant or toddler, and they order a happy meal, ASK IF THEY WANT A TODDLER TOY! not to mention the food is crap, we were treated very poorly, the place was dirty, and my daughter did not want a killer robot toy! read more

My experience with them through UberEats was great and so fast, and they're also nice at the window, they always warn you if something is too hot, and even though I barely wait five minutes, they keep telling me the food is coming.
