Stop by here on the way back to Sacramento based all the reviews and I was very impressed

Came here after hiking Mt Tamalpias and came here based on the reviews and I was very impressed. The service, food and very clean especially how busy they are. Definitely will come back here again.

When did the burgers here cost so much? My hubby and I shared a super burger for $10.50 add cheddar for $1 and add bacon for $1.50. Then an order of garlic fries and an IPA for about $30 total. We ordered at the kiosk while our other friends ordered from the counter. They got their food before us even though they ordered after us from a live person. Go figure. I have to admit the burger wasn't very big but it was juicy and the garlic fries were yummy. I'm glad we ate in as the burger and fries would have been soggy if we took it to go. I also ordered water but had to go get it myself. Why even put it on the menu? Also, the pickles had some heat which is good in my book.

I went in for a late lunch after a hike around the summit of Mount Tam. It was the first time I've ever been up there, and I felt like I'd just climbed down a rope ladder from heaven into this Burger place. So. I may be biased. This is easily the best lunch I've had in a long time. All I ordered were Garlic Fries & a Veggie Burger, but they were both perfectly prepared and placed into a paper bag like they were made of gold. I paid about $20 including a soda, and enjoyed a comfortable seat that I could journal from. Fun interactions from kids but otherwise nothing too crazy in terms of the social scene. Definitely worth a stop. Tablet-based ordering is a bit impersonal compared to human interaction, but it was a quick & easy convenience that reminded me to add cheese & free stuff. Happy to come back any time.

As someone new to the area I feel im forever looking for the best local chicken sandwich or burger. Today I tried Super Duper Burgers in Mill Valley. I would rate my experience somewhere between OK and Good. The place was clean and the people were all very helpful. I went to order using the kiosk ordering system they had, and noticed the bird sando (spicy chicken sandwich) was offered. I ordered the chicken sandwich instead. Also got a strawberry shake, fries and a burger. Chicken sandwich was good, I liked the way the chicken was thin and had multiple pieces on it, the sauce they used was good as well. The Tomatoes were pretty bad, not sure if they were the best tomatoes they had but they weren't ripe. The Burger was good, tomatoes weren't ripe on this one either. I liked the bun on the burger as it was strong enough to hold everything together even with the burger being juicy. Fries and milkshake were good, overall reasonable prices, a solid place I would go back to.

FYI - This was a DoorDash order; With that in mind I have to say WOW the burgers are damn good! This is a place I would stop to order food to go or eat there. I of course can't speak to the in-person restaurant experience. But I definitely plan to. Pro's: - Burger patties; are juicy and they are nice large patties, great tasting seasoned meat. - loved the burger & fries sleeves they arrived in. - I also loved you could order your onions, lettuce , and tomato to come on the side when you are ordering for delivery. - Garlic Parmesan fries ; we thought they were very good! A bit oily but come on what do you expect from garlic & cheese fries lol definitely tasty . - Cookies and cream Shake; I loved the amazing and sturdy straw and fully sealed cup they come with! If you have little ones, this is a game changer! Cons: - I personally feel like their buns look so good online. But in person it fell short for me. This burger really needs a soft LARGE brioche bun option, It would change the game completely! - I also believe have a white onion option would be a good. - adding ketchup & mustard options are so important, we ordered burgers and fries and no ketchup options and no ketchup sides were available to request or buy. - The cookies & cream shake; It was just okay. It needs some tweaking. Maybe using oreo's more vanilla ice cream I don't know. But it's lacking in flavor and thickness. Pro & Con Tie ‍‍; Last but not least, why the $0 .25 cent cup fee? Don't get me wrong I love the premium cups and maybe I'm just not used to seeing this fee but something rubs me the wrong way seeing it , however I do understand it being there at the same time lol . It boils down to a personal choice to invest in your shake holder if you in fact want to purchase a shake and premium cup, anyway movinggggg on . I apologize for not adding pictures of the food, you know I LOVE & LIVE for photos. It was very late after a long drive. Everyone was starving and hannnngrrryyyy . All and all I believe this is a solid burger spot. I can't wait to try more things and different burger options.

On my approach, I thought to myself okay it's got a drive thru so it's your typical burger joint. FALSE. This place goes above and beyond with quality, portions and taste, and you'll also note the difference on your check. Worth every penny. I actually don't think there was one thing I could complain about. They offer both a digital ordering counter and an actual clerk which is nice. Take a number and find a seat. A really clean environment as well. You can ask for a well done burger and get a well done burger. There are also vegan options. Options for desserts, spiked or not, options for cheeses and seasonings, all customizable.

Super duper burger with everything add bacon and cheese
    Jennifer S.

I recently stopped by this location and ordered the super duper burger with everything, add bacon and blue cheese. The shop was very clean, and the staff all seemed friendly. The wait time was not long at all, considering it was cooked fresh to order. I guess the cashier didn't hear the "blue," because I got cheddar. Bacon and cheddar is such an inferior combo to bacon and blue. Oh well. Not a huge deal. The burger itself gave me flashbacks to Red Robin in the early 2000s. It was definitely hot, fresh, juicy, and tasty. It tasted like a burger you might find at your local neighborhood barbecue. Very classic American flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the sauce was alright. I liked the homemade pickles, and ate my fair share of them. Culturally speaking, I like what this restaurant is doing. I like that their workers are well compensated, and that there are signs in the drive through saying that real burgers don't cost $3 and aren't made in 3 minutes. The prices are very much on the high side (my burger was $14), but the quality is almost decent enough to justify those prices. There was a lot of beef on my burger. Still, I feel like a lot of the 5 star reviews are probably based more on their fair wage policies than on the flavor of the burger, which was decent, but not amazing. It really just tasted like lunch anyone's American dad could have made. Not really my style, but I would recommend it if your food taste is more classic and basic.

Something about this Super Duper that makes it better than the city is their location! They knew what they were doing here. Every burger I've had here after a hike has always tasted like heaven. Typically I'm fine with the mini burger in the city, but here? I can surely finish a Super Duper with extra toppings and several pickles. The pickles are extra special here. Also gotta pair up with garlic fries! 5

Why don't we have this in Southern California ? Omg the best burgers ever. The ingredients are amazing, the flavors and the freshness. I had a double cheeseburger and believe it or not ate it all. I'm not a big burger person but I absolutely loved this place. Their homemade pickles are must try. Will come back if in the area again. I highly recommend Super Duper ... yummmm. Great customer service as well.

Trying this burger chain for the first time! The atmosphere was great, and the patio seating was really comfortable. The burger was absolutely delicious! Since ordering was done via tablet, I couldn't really evaluate the service.

Garlic Fries~ OMG 6 month aged cheddar over garlic fries is a perfect combo!! Seriously doesn't even need dip, I ate them plain!! That good!

The hostess was really nice and she said no worries we can get you a table. There was only two of us so that's probably why it wasn't a problem. We sat down and right away they brought us water to the table. Our waiter came over shortly afterwards to see if we wanted drinks. We ordered a couple glasses of wine and the smoked wings and wedge salad to start. Our wines came out right away and then our wings and salad. It was pretty quick considering they looked pretty busy. Of course the wines were delicious (Zin, Pinot Noir). The salad was pretty basic wedge but good and they made it for two which was good. The wings were cooked perfect, just enough smoke on them, and a little crispy. For our entree we ordered the Ribeye to split between us. The ribeye came out not to much later, it looked good. They also split that for us so that was really nice. The Ribeye was cooked perfect (med rare), a good grill marks on it, great seasoning on it. It came with a herb butter and some kind if dipping sauce as well. Both were really flavorful but the herb butter was the best. Also, the mini baked potato was delicious as well. The steak didn't even need any sauces because the seasoning flavor was already there. For dessert we ordered sticky toffee pudding. It was the best Sticky Toffee pudding I've ever had. I wanted to lick the plate dry. Kiudos. The service was pretty good throughtout the dinner which was nice. I thought they wouldve comped the dessert since it was my girlfriends birthday but they didn't but that's ok.

Because we were such a large group, we ordered a couple of vegetable platters and pizzas to share. This also allowed us to try several of the pizzas, which helped mitigate the angst of missing out because all of the varieties sounded delicious. We started off with the vegetable platter, which featured roasted vegetables and squash served over a bed of lentils and seasoned yogurt sauce with toasted pita on the side. I love almost any roasted vegetable, and the yogurt sauce made everything taste elevated; I could have easily finished off the vegetable platter on my own, but I restrained myself to save room for the pizza. My favorite pizza had to be the Calabrian chile and ricotta pizza, which stood out with its sweet, creamy ricotta and the slow burn from the chile oil that lingered long after the last bite. The other pizzas were solid, although they were your more typical pizza combos (cheese, mushroom, meat combo). We spotted buffalo milk gelato on the dessert menu, so we ordered a round of scoops to finish off our lunch. The buffalo milk resulted in a creamier, silkier texture than regular cow's milk gelato (I think?), and it was very tasty!

Maybe we didn't look like we belonged in such an upscale place. Undeterred, we explored each showroom before making our way up the grand staircase to the restaurant. Wow, wow, wow! Crystal chandeliers sparkled overhead, and a majestic fountain with a Roman centerpiece stood in the middle of the dining room. Lush plants and trees hung everywhere, giving the space an atmosphere that matched the showrooms--stylish, elegant, and sophisticated. We received both the all-day and brunch menus. Since my partner loves oysters (and it was his birthday celebration), we started with a dozen. They were plump, smooth, and silky--like a kiss from the ocean. Craving something different, I also ordered the Hamachi Caviar Carpaccio. It was delicate, fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I was slightly bummed that my partner's daughter loved it so much, while my own daughter wasn't interested after trying a small piece. I almost ordered another, but remembered we still had breakfast coming. At least I got the tiniest final bite of carpaccio. If our appetizers set the bar this high, I couldn't wait for the next dishes. My partner had the RH Scramble, and I chose the American Breakfast. We were both blown away by the scrambled eggs--so fluffy and creamy, almost magical. I always add milk to my eggs, but they never turn out like this. My partner's daughter enjoyed two enormous slices of avocado toast, while my daughter opted for the Swedish Pancakes, which were rich and buttery. The sweet potato fries struck the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The girls sipped hot chocolate adorned with cute designs; my partner's cortado featured a stylish RH motif, and my chai latte was dusted with cinnamon. Stuffed as I was, I still wanted us to sing happy birthday, so I ordered a crème brûlée for the occasion (they put the candle on the side). Breaking through the thin, glassy top was satisfying, and the silky, ultra-creamy custard beneath was absolutely divine. I also spotted chocolate cookies on the menu and eagerly ordered them for the road trip--they remained scrumptious even after a quick spin in the microwave. What an exceptional meal! The service was just as memorable--every server was outstanding. Okay, that was an expensive breakfast. Looks like it's Taco Bell for the rest of our trip!

There place was packed but luckily we were able to find a high table for our party of 6. The view of the marina is nice and wish we found seating outside on their back patio for it. But we were a larger group and most of the seating out back were for parties of 2-4. You order your food first at the counter and then find your seat. Your orders will be delivered to your table. The menu is limited but everything we ordered was tasty. It was the weekend so it was busy and our food took awhile. Really liked the fried chicken sandwich and their truffle fries. The rotisserie chicken plate was big enough for two.

While visiting Sausalito on a bike tour, I was looking for some lunch. My bike rental company,…read moreBlazing Saddles, had an offer for a free if I dined here so I said, So What? Why not! It's located right on the waterfront and is easy to find. There is free car and bike parking next to the building, Inside it is a counter service restaurant with a large open air but covered indoor dining area along with an outdoor area near the water too. I ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken plate that came with potatoes and salad for $20.50. After getting my self serve drink, I decided to sit outside in the shade and the food arrived less than 15 minutes later. Not only was it an attractive meal, it tasted pretty good too! Actually, I was surprised it was so good. The 1/2 bird was nice sized and tasty (4). The Yukon gold potatoes and wild arugula were excellent tasting with a lot of flavor! Some salsa verde was added to use for the chicken for dipping purposes. I enjoyed this meal and for California pricing it was a deal. I like the casual vibe of The Joinery and would recommend it to anyone looking for a casual and affordable meal while in town. Getting the free drink for renting a Blazing Saddles bike saved a few dollars too!
