Truly wonder how much sales are you missing out for doing delivery only. Not even allowing consumers to place orders on the app. In addition, rude personal. I normal cut any hospitality worker slack, and more so fast food workers, but I do expect basic respect. That was not provided tonight. I went on to Uber eats, and then decided to cancel my order, I'm sure the workers were thrilled, but as a location, losing this one sale, cost you more than just tonight's, $25. Now We know we have other options. Thank you to the Venezuelan burger guys, Pana burger for killing tonight's burger and fries craving. They'll be getting our weekly business. McDonald's is the perfect stop to when you're hungry af. This McDonald's is always packed and the employees always maintain a positive attitude. Tatiana Was amazing I ordered in the kiosk it was super easy and simple to follow. The ticket didn't print but I asked the employee if she got my order and she verified for me. She also said they were out of yogurt and if I wanted something else instead. I happily said apple slices and i still heard her ask her coworkers if they were sure I got my yogurt. Tatiana Was amazing. Employees were singing as well. Tavia the manager was amazing as well there were no straws and she got someone to put them right away! Food allergy awareness. read more

Close the inside dining if you aren't going to pay attention to your customers. They only seem to be guided by drive-through metrics and the inside is completely disregarded. The workers are cussing each other out inside and the wait time is out of control. read more

I'm impressed with their customer oriented mentality. Placed an order online with many customizations. It was spot on. Manager was very happy to help with toy exchange and stepped to the cashier to help move the line and minimize wait time for customers. Only one reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that Mcdonald's fries are delicious, but we were served warm fries that weren't recently fried and starting to get soggy. Overall, great location. Despite my arrival at 10:30PM (04/02) and the frustration of working late hours at a restaurant (I would know), both the very nice lady who took my order as well as the one who handed me my order (after politely advising me it would take just a few more minutes for fresh nugs), amazing service was provided and nothing short of it. Horrible service. Food was cold and fries were soggy. Ask them to fix mistakes and they handed me the same fries back in a new bag. Original order was short by about half the fries in each container and the staff threatens customers that complain. Embarrassing. Someone should sue them. read more

Came here for the McCafe. Coffee was a little less bitter than Starbucks, cheaper, so overall it was good. Clean and modern interior seem out of place with kids sometimes around. I wouldn't mind returning since it's close by the highways - good meeting point especially with the big table they have. Big negative: It smells like a McDonald's. You don't normally want to smell that if you're ordering coffee. I agree with Michelle - going southbound on US 1 is not easy. But this McDonald's looks better than the one near the Starbucks a little bit farther north of this location on US 1. read more

This is the worst McDonald's in the Miami area and it has been for a long time. I will drive 30 miles to another McDonald's just to avoid this one. Customer service is terrible and the manager is rude. I have gone there a few times hoping it would be a better experience but it just gets worse. Also, they don't know how to enter any deals and rewards codes from the app and won't tell you. I've gone to this location for ice cream a few times and the machine is broke. I've gone for breakfast to wait in line forever to pay, then sit waiting for food and it's bagged up at the pickup area. No idea why they didn't see the number I put on my electronic ticket as well as placed on my table. Poor service seems to be the theme in south Florida!! This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in Miami. I've lived next to it for years and have ordered there and delivery, and it is always an issue. Food is always borderline disgusting, I mean I know it's McDonald's but this one is just another level of cold and soggy food. I never write reviews, I'm not one to do this but this place is so bad that it brought me to download yelp, sign in and write this. Plus if you have an issue with delivery, which I've literally had them just tell my driver multiple times to at they just don't have the order, they're phone isn't connected and goes straight to dial. This McDonald's is horrible. In the lobby area a homeless man was sitting at a table scratching his but and putting whatever he picked out of it, was placed on the table. When I got to the register the cashier did not speak she just asked are you ready to order after i had been standing by there for 3minutes. Not even one star because the owner should be ashamed for not hiring more people. I was a store manager to 4 million company n I was also low staffed but never to this extent. People literally fight and get very angry and leave. I saw a guy cuss the staff one time because he waited almost a hour like us to order. Every time I go at least two people leave out the line. Worst McDonald's experience ever!! It wasn't even midnight yet and they said on the drive through speakerphone that we can order at the window. We did exactly that and tried ordering at the window. So upset with McDonalds... my boyfriend and I had late night munchies and decided to leave the house to get fast food since it was 1AM. Was going to Wendy's but changed my mind last minute and went to McDonald's because it was closer but should've stuck with the original plan because when we pulled up to the drive thru at McDonald's the woman says with an attitude the drive thru is closed and to come inside to order. I mean this is a 24 hour McDonald's with a drive thru. Never have I experienced this before in my life. Usually it's the other way around, inside closes first and drive thru is always open... On a better note, we ended up going to Wendy's right down the block and had a much better experience.....the drive thru was open! :) Never going back to this location. read more

When I had walked in I seen the bathroom was crossed off and this man with a gray shirt and blonde hair y'all had said " bathroom closed " then everyone that had came in had gotten their own before ours a lady had asked him about the cheese burger and he said " no don't do it " then when every else left he gave us our order. I use to work at McDonald's and I know how it goes I found it really rude. Then when he had gave us the order he didn't give us the Postmates bag and when we asked he had said something underneath his breath. For a manager I find that highly unappropriate. I'm only giving it 1 star because I have to write this review! Its 8am Tuesday morning and all I wanted was to go pick up breakfast and some coffee in order to start my day at work. I went to McDonalds 6150 S Dixie Hwy in Miami Florida and I was shocked on how bad and RUDE the customer service was. I walked inside since the line to the drive thru was too long. There was no one before me in the line - I waited 10 mins and never acknowledged- the manager and the person packing orders for the drive thru knew I was there, why because they kept looking at me. I asked politely can someone take my order and I got the rolling of the eyes the sizing me up and down and the walking away! I was shocked - I saw that the drive thru was emptier so I left the line and headed to the drive thru- I didn t have luck theirs either. The lady taking my order was also rude! I said my order in English and she was struggling so I said one more time- Im Hispanic so I know that she might have needed help with her spanish- I went ahead and asked her - would you like for me to say to you in Spanish- she then said well yes! You talk to fast and your not giving me a chance to place the order because your talking to fast! I said ok - I Gave her my order in Spanish. I get to the window to pay and Im greeted with an angry worker yelling at me about the customer behind me - I looked at her with a confused face and she continue to rant. I waited for a mints waiting for her to finish and the she looked at me and said What ? What you Want I replied with my receipt. She then said and you still want your receipt and rolled her eyes. I then moved to the next window where the same lady that wouldnt serve me inside was and she looked at me and gave me my order and before I can check slam the window shut were I couldnt talk to her! I thought this experience was horrible and maybe Im was having an off day.... but now reading the reviews on yelp for this specific location the complaints are spot on to what Ive experienced! It has to be the worst service in Miami - I would understand if the location was always packed but its not - the customer service is horrible- I might never go to another McDonalds because of this experience like I was in shock that this type of service actually existed. The young female (no name tag on) at the drive-thru food distribution window was very unfriendly & uncooperative. Debated with me about an incorrect item. Attitude to fix the issue and her leader (supervisor/manager) ignored me when I tried to get his attention. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. With a leader like that what should I expect from his team.
