Mostly the customer arguing that he was just in here last week and the price wasn't that high. The staff attempted to redirect him and tell him the promotion changed. Customer still wasn't hearing him. Then the staff said, with a twang to his voice, "Don't raise your voice to me, I can read." He then physically pointed on the menu board what the promotion was.
