Liked all the different toppings for the salads but didn't really like the prepared salads. Croutons were just as good as I remembered. Service was amazing but the beef were dry and pitiful there was absolutely no meat on the top of the rib bone! That's not a beef rib won't be eating there anytime soon also very clean and great atmosphere and the wait staff is on point!!! My wife and I stopped in here. Never again.... The bartender did not say one word to us. She did not even ask how everything was or if she could refill our drink, completely nothing. She took our order and brought it to us and that's it. Our appetizer and meal sat underneath the heat lamp as we stared at it. We were waiting for her to do whatever mysterious thing she was doing in the back for close to 10 minutes No words were said when she did bring it to us. We were the only people in the restaurant, mind you. We sat at the bar just so we could watch a little bit of the football game on Monday night. She wore a #50 Steelers shirt, but I cannot remember her name. All the employees except the hostess were on their phones at the bar, except the cooks obviously. Whoever was stocking the salad bar at night had complete disregard for my wife who was trying to decide if she wanted to order that. It was extremely evident that every single person that I ran into, except the hostess, just really wanted to get out of there. I will never go here again and I highly suggest you avoid it. I was the only customer waiting to be seated, but still had to wait too long to be addressed. As I was walking to my table, the first thing that caught my eye was the number of tables (lunch crowd) that still had dirty dishes. The salad bar was very nice in regard to the variety of selections, but was only accessible from one side. This resulted in having to literally stretch as far as I could to reach the items in the back...and I wear 34" sleeved shirts. Can't imagine how someone with shorter arms could reach one-third of the selections. Felt like I was on "Candid Camera" trying to find a way to reach the rear items. Poor design as far as I was concerned. Could be so much nicer if both sides were accessible to customers. I thought the prices were a little on the high side considering the lack of quality I observed this day. read more

Stopped in on a road trip. Ordered ribs which were very good. The coleslaw was soggggy and old. The salad was yesterdays too. The ribeye while cooked to order had a lot of fat. The fried shrimp while crispy were the tiniest shrimp I've seen. Our server was great, personable and came round as needed. The cocktails were on point. read more

I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesdays in 20 years and it wasn't what I remembered though I was surprised to see they still offer a salad bar in 2025 - something you rarely see. I had trouble finding something to order but finally settled on a chicken sandwich which was ok. My son liked his burger a lot but it was small. Rubys can be a hit or miss. This one was a hit. It was clean. The server was respectable and well mannered. I ordered the French onion chicken but did not taste any French onion, so I fell into the seasonal marketing ploy for a couple extra dollars. The food was good though and I would go back. read more

Excellent salad bar! Loved that as an option, loved the croutons as well. I had been craving a salad bar, and there's not many around where we live. This was the first time trying a Ruby Tuesdays. Service was okay. Tuesdays special was 6.49 for a burger or chicken sandwich including fries, which I thought was a great deal but we had to ask about it. read more

Very clean, great service and best run restaurant that I have been to in a very long time. Both the Manager and Staff were very proactive in working together as a Team to ensure that everyone in the restaurant were very well tended to. Salad bar area was pristine! My husband and I eat at Somerset Ruby Tuesday when we want ribs, they are the best. Full of flavor and fall off the bone tender. The sides are very good as well. We always ask for Zoie to be our server, in my opinion she is the best too! She is professional, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. My friends and I came to somerset for the night and had no idea where we wanted to eat dinner. Then we saw the giant Ruby Tuesday sign and got pretty excited- there aren't any Ruby Tuesdays in Pittsburgh and none of us have had it for a while. We were sat at a table with extremely comfortable chairs but they were too close to the other tables.. We felt super squished and had to move our table. Our server came to the table and without a greeting or an introduction said "what can I get you to drink" with an uninviting look on her face... That through us off right away. Of course I had to get the salad bar- one of the things Ruby Tuesday is famous for. It was a pretty average salad bar, although I was surprised to see zucchini and edamame offered. My salad was fresh and yummy. I also tried their broccoli salad, pasta salad, potato salad and Waldorf salad and found them all to lack in flavor. My boyfriend and I ordered Thai spring rolls for an appetizer and our two friends split an order of cheese fries. I enjoyed the spring rolls although I do not feel like the small order was worth $8. The sauce was awesome- sweet and spicy. Our friends were disappointed to find their cheese fries to be cold. I then had the avocado grilled chicken sandwich. My boyfriend had a burger. My chicken sandwich was pretty tasteless . My boyfriend found his chicken sandwich to be greasy and bland. Although our server's attitude seemed to improve throughout our meal, she never was friendly to us and butchered our checks. I understand that splitting checks is a pain (believe me) but any server should be able to split a party of 4 without a problem. If you are thinking about coming here, don't.. There are other places to eat off the turnpike that would be a much better experience (summit diner for example). read more

The servers and bartenders are always friendly. The kitchen works their tails off. Overall decent experiences every visit but something outta the control of the staff is price that's why 4 stars. I know costs are rising, but I also know a lot of products there could be cost controlled by not pre packaging products instead all fresh to table. I have 17 plus years in the restaurant and bar business, and buying from local farmers direct was always less expensive than buying from a food service provider plus spurred local economy. read more

We're from Pittsburgh & were in the area so decided to stop for dinner. I had been to a Ruby Tuesday many times years ago but when I went to one in Baltimore a couple years ago with my husband (his first time), he wondered why I spoke so highly of the restaurant because that one was horrendous. We decided to check this location out just because why not? We were VERY satisfied. The service was impeccable. I got the garden bar & by the time I returned to my seat, my husband's entree had already arrived! Fast, delicious food & the prices don't break the bank. Understaffed and you can tell. The staff was nice and the food was good. The staff wore masks, some under the nose, but still better than many other places. One of our meals didn't get their side of mashed potatoes until we were leaving. The waiter put it in a to go box which was nice but a little frustrating that it wasn't served with the meal. She was so patient when we asked for her to basically make a plain soft taco with chicken lettuce and tomato (not on the menu) for our daughter.
