Date of visit: January 22, 2026 My husband had to fast for a medical appointment and his one request for post-procedure was nuggets. McNuggets, to be precise! Thankfully there was a McDonald's on the way home and it was relatively easy to get in and out of the location. There was no line when I placed my order and it was ready pretty quickly. I was asked what I wanted to drink but then was given a cup to get it myself, so that was weird, but not a huge deal. The terrible McDonalds app will not let you make changes to an order after submitted. I would have made the order for the drive thru but FML I had to go to the counter. My food was spilled all over the floor by the worker who carelessly threw it on the pick up counter. I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I said I would need that remade since the burgers and fries and nuggets left the wrappers and were on the floor. There were 5 people already waiting in the restaurant and 3 cars in the drive thru. The food took another 10 minutes. I went behind the counter and took my cups because no one was helping at the front. When I got home I found items were missing from the bag. I was in too much of a hurry and had not checked before I had left. Why would I ever think the order could match the app? My food was all smashed and looked terrible. Cheese-It I stopped here to get a Diet Coke and a fish sandwich to share with my pups. It took over 20 min for my order, as the drive thru ordering was broken so you had to go to the window. I haven't had a fish sandwich in forever, but was quite surprised to see how terrible it looked. There was so much bun and so little cheese. Why even put the 1/4 slice on it!? I only eat McD's a handful of times per year. Had not been in really really long time,.....needed something quick as I was dashing from one place to another. At drive-thru, I order Chicken Nuggets. Voice asked "What type of sauce?" I chose sweet-n-sour. I ordered fries and a cheeseburger as well. Paid, got bag of food from Window #2. Pulled around corner, found a shady spot to eat outside. 1) No sauce in bag. Had to WALK back up to drive-thru window to get my sauce. There was no one at the window for a good 20 seconds, as I stood there waiting. 2) the fries weren't even in a container. They had just been dumped into the bottom of the bag. 100% - I will never go to THAT McD's again. read more

This McDonald's is horrible don't go here. They intentionally messed up my order. I ordered a triple cheeseburger no onions since I am allergic and can't eat them or I could get sick. I usually check my order after pickup but assumed this location would know what they are doing with service and the screen and receipt and wrapper was tagged with Ketchup and Mustard only. Nope One of their employees added onions to the bottom and both middles of the triple cheeseburger. Fortunately I smelled the onions since they were everywhere and didn't eat any of this burger. I Will be going back for a refund and won't give them my business again. I also will bring this up with Heath services of the city and county due to the fact of having a severe Allergy. I hope someone gets reprimanded or fired for their unethical practice of intentionally messing up my order. Obviously the manager(s) and owner(s) of this location do not train their employees on proper safety protocols and procedures or provide proper care & service to their customers. Or they allow their staff to play pranks on customers. Very Bad for business. Do not have two drive thru windows if you don't know how to use both. I just sat in line forever while they kept taking orders from only on lane. It was all backed up because of this. This place has gotten so bad. I stopped today and the drive through staff was rude. I waited at the second window to get my food after a paid (no thank you) while the staff were yelling and goofing around. Eventually there were quite a few cars piling up behind me. When someone finally came he practically threw my bag at me and started walking away. I had to stop him to get my drink. He gave it to me without saying anything. stopped by yesterday for a happy meal since granddaughter was over. ordered one six piece with toy specified and choc shake no whipped cream in the drive thru.easy peasy right? well ------------------ waited 8 minutes in line at a vacant window. shake needed to be redone since it had whipped creame so we had to pull up to stall #2 because of that and the rest of the order not being ready. as we waited stall 1 and 3 became occupied. we waited, and waited, and waited some more(25 min to be exact). finally, an employee came out with the order for stall #1. my wife attempted to communicate with her, asking how much longer or can we get a refund? One time I waited at the drive through for 15 minutes (no one else was there), I called, no response. So I drove up to the window to place my order and she screamed at me that no one was at the drive through. When I left, without food, she took my number from the voicemail and called me to bitch me out on her own phone. Terrible! Fast food was anything but fast. With all tables were empty and 3 cars in the drive through still took 15mins to get 4 cheese burgers and two fries. No one mans the order counter. Food finally came out and it was cold and the coffee had cream in it which I didn't order. A very cold, Very very very hard chicken sandwich with orange fanta... I also asked for no tomato's and they left tomato's but no lettuce... my wife ordered a Mcchicken a McDouble and a 4 piece nugget.. she got a nasty McChicken that was cold and tasted old A McDouble with pickles even though she asked for no Pickles and they didn't put any onion or ketchup on the McDouble.. the fries from my spicy chicken meal are old and soggy... and she also ordered a HI-C and got orange fanta that tastes like what we with barely any carbonation.. my tooth literally hurts from biting into my chicken sandwich.. I cannot stand this McDonald's and when I tried calling they answered and left the phone off the hook so it sounds busy.... Idiot people work here the service SUCKS read more

After a couple changes in ownership, this location has really gone downhill. I frequently have to call the 800 number to complain about this place because of all the things that go wrong during my visits. An extensive renovation that took months to finish, is now finally done. The place looks nice and more modern, but a giant wall now prevents customers from seeing the employees who are in the preparation area making food. The employees are frequently rude and very loud. It is not an enjoyable experience to eat inside. A new kiosk has been added to allow customers to order their food without having to speak to a cashier. read more

If you like gambling, try the drive thru. Put your chips on an order. If you dare, try multiple orders. Next, drive up to the window and pay. Did you get a receipt? Unlikely. That never happens. But, maybe you're lucky. Then, drive to the next window for your order. YOU SHOULD CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE because it's likely wrong. But you are most likely in a hurry, that's why you did drive thru. Now, you are ready to eat. Is your order "on the money?" Maybe you took meals home to the kids. Oh no, the hamburger you ordered is missing. Maybe they forgot your iced coffee. Or are the fries missing? Something is likely missing. Do you try to call and speak to an employee? If you like torture, go ahead. What's your reward? It's a free value meal card, if they actually send it to you. If you get it, it has an expiration date.
