If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This is hands down the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to, and against my better judgement I've given this place several chances and they continue to disappoint. The only positive thing I have to say is the renovation that took forever makes the inside look more modern. The people that work here are rude. The food is consistently god awful. And the wait time is ridiculous even when you're the only person there. There are so many other McDonald's or other places that are way more deserving of people's business. I haven't seen this place well-ran ever in the last 5 years. If you do the drive through you're going to wait up to 20 minutes regardless if there's a line or not. I was just there waiting in line for about 20 minutes and there was nobody answering the drive thru despite there being workers inside. The quality of food from there has never been good, it's always stale-tasting. Went inside for a meal and a bathroom break from a long drive. Bathroom was disgusting with shit half way down the toilet in the first stall. Then went to order food and no one would help you at the front desk, they kept walking by to make yo the kiosk which you can't customize your meal at all. So I walked out! RIDICULOUS. We say in the drive-thru for 5 minutes and said "Hello" 3 times. No response. Maybe the speaker wasn't working. So we drive up to the window after another 10 min. The worker asked what we ordered and we explained to her what happened. She said, "Well, you have to drive around." We said no way! There was a line of cars waiting. All we wanted was one coffee! My husband now really angry said, "No, we are ordering here. I want my coffee." The worker said "No you're not" and shut the window and walked away. I wanted to go in to speak to the manager but my husband wanted to leave. It was a long day. I have NEVER seen this kind of service. This worker needs to be fired. And from other recent reviews, clearly this is a common occurrence. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs. Especially at 10:30 on a Fri UPDATE : Corporate McDonalds called me first thing Monday morning. They took my complaint and were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault directly. I was also informed they are doing a huge restaffing including the worker who yelled at us. I was very disappointed in my visit there today. Although I appreciated the fact that they were the only restaurant open on Christmas Day, the service and quality of food was very poor. After repeating myself several times to the drive-thru speaker, and having to go back for the two 10 piece nuggets they forgot to give us; I thought my troubles were over. This location is probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. They always accommodate my friends and I when we come in to eat and hang out and never get annoyed that we somehow find the ability to stay in there for hours, sometimes we come late at night and hang out until close, and still they don't let us know how annoying we are. The food is fresh for a McDonald's location, and they always fry me new fish for my filet-o-fish. It's a relatively clean place too, complete with a fireplace and a (recently disposed of) couch. The staff handles post-high-school-football game rushes well, as well as any large rush of students coming from the nearby high school. For a fast food location, food quality isn't expected so much as good service and a fun place to hang out. They provide that, plus better than average McDonald's food. Update: new staff....less fun. Waited over half hour for a mcflurry the other night, friend waited 20 minutes for a small fry. Lately, servers have been rude and belligerent and they didn't used to be. Good quality is still ok for McDonald's but I've been very unhappy and unwelcome at this location lately. read more

I went here for lunch. Been to this McDonald's on several occasions because it is close to work. Each time is getting consistently worse. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order. They were too busy laughing and fooling around in the back. Everyone has their phone out and on their phones swearing. When someone finally came to take our order, they made us feel like we were interrupting them. While our food was being prepared, we went to get our sodas. There was no ice in the ice machine, the caps and straws were soaked in soda, and the napkins were empty. Bathrooms were disgusting, tables were sticky and littered with old food and garbage. At this McDonald's they give you a number and bring the food to your table. We were never given a number despite telling them we were dining in. It took 20 minutes for two burgers and fries which came out cold and in a to go bag. The couple behind us ended up leaving because no one cared to take their order.
