A lot of people like to hate on McDonalds, but it works for me. This location is close to my house and I usually go thru the drive thru and they are very efficient, especially on a Sunday morning. The people are always nice and this restaurant seems to be run very well. The food is always up to par and I've never had any problems here. It's a good place for kids, too, because they have the playroom here. Hats off to the staff at this McDonalds. read more

What's wrong with us? Why do we keep patronizing McDonald's. Have you ever seen a McDonald's with a four plus start review? I haven't. Have you watch how your food is made? I did today. The ingredients are in a warmer tray pulled out and placed on a bun, English muffin or some other carb. I ordered the big breakfast for my son and two egg McMuffin no cheese and I added bacon. $7.98 for sandwiches and $3.98 for the bacon. They bring my order I open my sandwich it's made wrong. Just bacon and egg no ham. I walked to the counter to ask for them to remake the sandwich. When someone finally noticed me I said what the problem was. No apology more like frustration that I would ask for my food to be made right. I explained and showed what was wrong. He went to the register and re rang the order up threw the old sandwich's in the garbage. I had to wait another five minutes the young lady brought my sandwiches out remade. Again they were made wrong just bacon and egg no ham again. I asked her to get the manager for me. She left I waited no manager I go to the counter ask for the manager. I was told the manager was to busy to come out. I explained to her what happened she was rude o said I wanted the manager again no I asked for refund she was only going to refund the sandwich price and not the additional $3.98 I was owed $11.98 she gave me 11 in cash and was rude. A lady who was waiting to order noticed her rudeness and commented to me. The woman behind the counter was again rude to the other customer. Look we all know that McDonald's food is mediocre at best yet we all line up and pay the exorbitant prices for the crappy food and so so service. I say no more for me I am done with McDonald's no more mediocre food that is not worth the price, no more rude staff that expect me to line and pay. I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru line. Not only that, but they didin't execute my order correctly! I repeated it back to them twice! Once they had it, repeated back correctly, I felt it was correct. NOT! I am not sure why they are so slow, and f-ing up orders! Staff was very friendly just not able to execute a correct order. So my visit was good. Wanted a Mac W/fries. Haven't had a #1 meal in a long time. The quality of the way the Mac was getting done was crappy. So I've figured it out. The best time to get a Big Mac is around 11am.. lunch hours. The bun should be freshly toasted, meat patties not dry, lettuce, onions, pickles crunchy and Mac Sauce tasting like Mac Sauce. The fries were golden and fresh (crispy). The place looked clean. There was a cleaning person maintaining the place clean. The best way to put it is - the workers were like ants. Everyone had a role and they executed. Drive thru was busy and at no time were there delays. Saw a car drive by the window about every minute but less than two minutes. Which I wish I was that lucky when I go through the drive thru. My assessment overall of every McDonald's is that the best workers are in the morning to afternoon time. At night you get all the young kids with no work history or ethnic. Now there's a few young gems out there that are great workers. But unfortunately they dont last because of how they work their rear ends off and not being paid what they are worth. Just like jobs out there the lazy workers work less and hide and manage to get by. While the hard workers work harder and are expected to continue to work harder because management are unable to to manage and be good leaders. That's why the quality goes down from 4pm to close or through overnight until the 4am or 5am crew comes in. That's a lot of time with low quality. Recipe for disaster and why McDonald's averages a 1 1/2 to 2 star rating. I guess as long as people come to McDonald's they as a whole dont care. I've yet to see a McDonald's establishment respond to a yelp post. Like I said they as a whole dont care. As long as the company is profitable they wont see thr issues. Improve the quality in all aspects of your company. Starting with highest level employee to the lowest worker at store level. Test them and spot check them. It'll fix a lot of the issues. Service is slightly slower then expected for fast food. This will place is way better then most of the places with drive thru on elderado , exception being the Chick-fil-A down the road which is amazing. If you want drive thru and it's Sunday or late at night this is the only spot for fast food. read more

This spot is not bad, this is the McDonald's I'm a regular at and I gotta Say, they move quick. Food is hot and fresh and the ice cream machine has been working when I've needed some ice cream. The restrooms aren't all that great here if that matters to you. The drive thru line moves as quick as a chic fil a line so you know it's fast and efficient. So, I'm not the guy who feels like McDonald's can't earn a five star review cuz "It's just a McDonald's." Good service, clean dining room and bathrooms, fresh fast food served quickly, that's what McDonald's promises and is the best it can be. Such would earn a five star review from me. McDonald's dude scooped another bunch from the same batch and they were, wait for it...exactly the same! So, we said, we'll just wait for the next batch, which were hot and crispy as ordered. Then I wanted a lemon for my Diet Coke. None available at the drink station, so I went back to the counter where every employee had their back to the counter. I flagged the check out girl and asked for a lemon. She flagged, and I'm not making this up, guy-with-box-on-head-and-pink-headphones-in. He came over to her, she pointed to me and I said "can I get a lemon?" THEN he took...both headphones out? No, ONE headphone out and said "butter?" At this point I felt I was talking with Spicoli. "LEM-MON." Then box-on-head-earphone-guy does a goofy shuffle walk to the drive thru and retrieves a cup of lemons and a fork, after which I'm treated to the "how can this be that hard?" version of extricating two lemon slices from a cup using a plastic fork. I contributed body English to this failed balancing act, and at one point literally said "you've got this bro." He walked past us several times always with headphones in. stopped by this location due to their website, google maps, Apple Maps, an as well as the big sign on the side of their building saying they're 24 hours. I pulled up and the lobby lights were off, which is to be expected, so I went further into their parking lot to find the kitchen lights on as well as over the cash register, plus I seen at least 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot and 15 people inside. I pulled up to the speaker and you could hear an employee screaming from the driver through window, so I pulled around, I pulled up to the window only for the employee to walk away from the window with the head set on his ear only to not say anything to me. I set there for 2 minutes and finally an employee walked over and said they were closed, and that they are only open 2 days out the week. I let em know I had an DoorDash order and he said " we've been closed for 30 minutes now" at this point it's only 2am, so I proceeded to ask him why the signage says "drive through open 24hours" he had no explanation. I'm very disappointed with this location, I come here very often around or after midnight to get breakfast because they have all day breakfast... I went tonight about 5 minutes ago and tried to order a single sausage McMuffin and was turned downed because they apparently don't serve breakfast until 4 am.. They have this sign on the window where you pay that clearly says those are the breakfast items they serve all day after 11am when lunch starts. The lady taking my order for one was very rude and told me they aren't serving breakfast and she doesn't know why that sign was there. I was not a fan of the McDonalds in the Walmart (Which I think is now closed permanently) , but this one has been great and tasty. On the occasion they got something wrong with my order, it was fixed quickly and politely. Always a clean store as well. And in all cases, the food was hot and tasted exactly how I expected.
