This McDonalds has the best morning shift workers but the evening shift workers are straight garbage. Always forget the sauce, straw and napkins. Please hire better employees. read more

The food has gotten better with a lot less mistakes! Still a bit greasy for burgers but breakfast is a lot better. Service has been friendly and quick to get it to the car. I have not go into restaurant to see how the setting is. read more

Your basic McDonald's - fairly quick drive thru though the ordering voice was rapid and poorly enunciated. Food is reliable and representative of the McChain and serves to fill a tummy need on short notice when you're in a hurry. read more

A month later, I return and the service is even worse. The drive through took 15 minutes to get my order, with repeated mistakes, and they didn't even get it right. They got it wrong 3 times. This is ridiculous l. read more

If you're getting breakfast, do not get the hash browns!! They are way too greasy and make your stomach hurt

1 star I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald's. I placed my breakfast order at 10:29 AM, just a minute before breakfast service ends. When I arrived at the window, I was told they had already switched over to lunch and couldn't fulfill my order. I understand there are cutoffs, but I ordered before the deadline and still didn't get what I wanted. If you advertise breakfast until 10:30, you should serve it until 10:30, not cut customers off early. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Won't be coming back. read more

McDonald's - a half eaten sandwich on a wrapper - Coffee & Tea Near Me - McCordsville, Indiana

The only positive thing I can really say I can really say about this location is that they were quick. I came at 9 PM on Thursday. They seem to be annoyed that I was there even even sign after I gave them my order. The girl that took my money just stuck her hand out and did not even say anything so I gave her my card she runs it hands it back just the window.. The girl was 2nd window handed handed me my food and at least I'd have a good night but not very pleasantly. Not to mention the Parking lot is hard to get in-and-out of period read more

TERRIBLE AWFUL MOST HORRIBLE McDonald's EVER. Never ever ever go here. Worst experience of my life. No workers, you cannot talk to anyone. No one knows what they are doing. You will wait an hour if you go inside. If you insist on going, wait in the 30 car line for 45 min-1 hour for your cold food. Poor poor management. Whoever runs this place needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Save yourself a horrible night and never go to this McDonald's location. I wish I could give -5 stars. read more

I've been in the drive thru line for the last 37mins...I still haven't got my food. You would think there's only 3 ppl working on a Monday morning. read more

The location here have very modern chairs in an odd formation. The buttermilk tenders are very crispy and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it taste! I love the new container as well! Perfect to store your sauce and dip on the go without worrying about a mess! The sausage mcgriddle is my go to favorite! Good for anytime of the day! Unfortunately the service was very poor today. We usually go to the drive thru but this time we decided to eat inside this time. The cashier acted like she didn't know what was on the menu. The food took 20 mins to come out and by that time the fries were cold. They were also out of salads for the day. The place was not busy at all and neither was the drive thru. The service at this location was not that great this time. Hopefully it was just a one time thing! I would still recommend going to this location instead of the one on Pendleton. read more

Prices are as expensive as if you would go to a sit down dinner. I've stopped eating there. No salads, yogurt parfaits, ice cream is ALWAYS down. Nope done with it and their menu! And the cups are HORRIBLE, go back to cups that keep the ice. Anyway have no desire to go and pay for drive thru when I can go get a meal. read more

Besides it being a little slow, they got my order right and were very nice! The sweet tea wasn't over bearing and the burgers I got were made well. Fries were fresh and hot. The cashier and the person who gave me my food both confirmed my order before giving it to me. Tonight they were definitely faster than the Taco Bell on Oaklandon and 36! read more

I always order the spicy chicken sandwich, and I'm the past it's been very good. but more recently I've been (consistently) given normal chicken sandwiches. I don't know what's been going on recently but the last 3 times I went my order has been wrong. read more

Is till remember feeling this way towards this location and this scenario in last review. I've since moved but still go sometimes when I visit family. They have made a ton of progress. It's always crowded but lanes move faster and employees actually work and do it without being rude. Was happy to see its growth :) read more

I haven't really been keeping up with this account but I'm logging in solely to give this review at the moment. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. They're incredibly slow. Consistently. Their systems are down more often than any fast food restaurant I've been to- meaning they can't accept credit cards. The franchise owner owns several locations and they're all abysmal. The workers are hit or miss but mostly throwing off a crappy attitude (can't blame them based off the management I've seen in action). And it's been like this for YEARS. The owner is making buck so I'm sure they don't care. This location has 1.5 stars. If I could I'd give it half a star. Find out the problem and actually do something about it. Go through better training. I'd rather have nothing around than this restaurant. read more

The order kiosk is ridiculous. They say that it is safe and "convenient" but it took us 4 times longer to place our order there. The layout is stupid and the buttons need to be pressed 6 times to get them to "take". The screens are filthy so I do not know how they think that is "convenient" or health safe for customers. Everyone feels like McDonald's does not what the public inside anymore so everything is made difficult. The food comes out then we immediately need to get up and go to the counter and wait for help to get napkins which should have been put in the bag in the first place. Forget about drink re-fills, because employees avoid you when you a standing at the counter trying to get someone's attention. read more

ALWAYS BROKEN!!! So after my and my daughter got our nails done we wanted a treat from McDonalds. We asked for a McFlurry they said the machine was broken. So we just asked for a milkshake instead. But that machine was broken too. I recommend just go to Dairy Queen and get a Oreo Blizzard. Dairy Queen does not only have better service but it tasted so much better than McDonalds. read more

I would give this zero stars all day. I've tried to eat in here twice. The first time I was slightly frustrated by lack of any condiments, napkins or even straws out. This time it wasn't jus that but the lack of help I received. I stood at the pos for a while, it was just me and my girls trying to get breakfast before it ended in 15 minutes. After being passed by two employees wordlessly I finally yelled into the back if anyone was working the front register. No words just a lady came out of the side and asked what I wanted very blankly. I named the first item, hotcakes and sausage, and was given my total immediately as if to tell me that's all I would be allowed to ordered. I smiled and said "I would also like a bacon egg and cheese with a coffee". Again I was bluntly told my total and asked to pay. I ordered another meal and again was told my total. Later on I realized I hadn't ordered myself a drink because I felt rushed. Before she could leave from taking my order I asked if I could have some ketchup, napkins, straws, silverware, cream sugars and syrup. She definitely wasn't going to ask of I needed anything. I will note as well that the menu changed from breakfast to lunch while I was ordering, it had taken that long for someone to help me. My order came out missing hotcakes. I ended up having to go half way into the back screaming excuse me four times before someone asked what I needed. Finally with my order I realized I had no sugars or creams. I had to press every one of the help buttons and watched them actually ignore me as I asked excuse me over and over, five times this time. I was actually waiting too giving them time, waiting for someone to just be standing at the expo area. Nothing. If you want drive thru then you're fine but evidently they don't give a crap about you if you're dine in. I had just had a horrible morning and this was suppose to be an easy relaxing family breakfast at McDonald's like when I was a kid. However it became the rudest service I've had almost anywhere. DO NOT DINE IN HERE THEY HATE THEIR DINE IN CUSTOMERS!!! read more

This McDonald's is unbelievable on a regular basis. It's hard to see but that my drink that they're about ready to give me. Can you see how low the drink is from the top! Unbelievable. They when I said can they top it off, they respond by saying "you want more ice!" No, I want more drink, not ice". This isn't the first time, they are always like this and could care less. read more

We frequent this location because of its proximity to our house but I think I'm just going to stop going entirely because of the lack of service and rudeness. The order is usually wrong. The same person who always seems to take my order, never gets it right and always corrects what I'm asking for even though I ask for what it is called on the menu and then he still doesn't get it right. I think their computer system calls things by other names. Even when I only order a drink, it's wrong most of the time. The lady's at the drink and food window are usually always nice though. Today they forgot the hash browns. I don't mind a mistake everyone once in awhile but not almost every visit. read more

Big bald guy who works there constantly tries to scam me out of money and is rude. Most everyone else there is nice but this guy seriously makes me drive 30 minutes to another McDonald's because he's such a prick. Slowest McDonalds in the state. Every single time, no matter what time of day. McDonalds needs to take this franchise store back and give it to someone who cares about their brand. Management is seriously lacking at this location. I now drive by it to go to other McDonalds in the area. read more

Unfortunately this restaurant is the reason I'm making a yelp in the first place. I was living in the area when the spot this McDonald's sits on was only a corn/bean field, and have now tried going back to it over and over again (for over a decade now) due to its proximity. Staff is usually poorly trained or disinterested plus you have an honest 50% chance of your order being wrong on top of it taking 15-20min. When this McDonald's was built and staffed, these problems were acceptable and expected but as someone who has worked in food services, it is boggling how this location's service quality has been so poor for so long. If you need a McDonald's fix, I'd drive several miles north or to the south on Olio to the locations by I69 or I70. read more

I have never been to a slower McDonald's in my life. Drive thru slow, inside is slow. Everything is slow.

Employees are rude, restaurant is always dirty as well as bathrooms. A bunch of booths in the lobby have torn up seats. Food was cold and overall presentation of the build was trash. read more

The inside of this McDonald's is gross! I dropped in at noon on a Saturday. It was not exceptionally busy and none of the tables were cleaned. I live in the area and this location has needed a change in management for a long time! I'm sure it only stays in business because it is the only immediate fast food option in the area. Drive a tad further to the McDonald's at Hamilton Town Center. read more

This place is absolutely pathetic! We ordered several breakfast sandwiches through the drive thru. We get them home & there was literally nothing but two pieces of bread for each one! That's right! No fillings in any of them...just bread wrapped up! We didn't have time to go all the way back to the restaurant. We called the restaurant & spoke to an employee as well as a manager. They didn't care nor offer to do anything about it. Pretty much said oh well. Hate to see anybody waste their time & money here. read more

Rude staff, always under staffed and orders take eternity. Today was the last straw at this location, we waited around 8mins in drive thru, no one answered, then we went inside and stood for like 5mins and no one was taking our order. All the customers were just waiting. They should either close this location, gives Mc Donald's such a bad name and experience read more

I always have a great experience here. I don't know why it says it's closed, it's not! It's always clean, food comes hot and orders correct. The employees are always super friendly. I had great interactions with the manager, Cheyenne. She goes above and beyond to help out. My order must really was taken by Jared, he always has a smile and answers all my questions without being annoyed. Super nice! A+ service read more

Well where do I start? I pull up to the drive through, the manager proceeds to tell me that they are only accepting cash at the moment. That wasn't a problem considering that I intended on paying with cash to begin. Then she tells me after I wait for 5 minutes that the entire system is down and she cannot take my order for 30 minutes at minimum. This is not the only time that this McDonald's has done this to me. This is probably the 3rd time. I expect something better from this large chain of fast food especially because the location is in a good area. read more
