Paul.... That's all I got to say. This place was absolutely over ran inside and out. I had a huge order and the guy behind me had a one person order. They got my order out just as fast and perfect as the guy behind me with the small order. But Paul... the guy up front behind the counter. He was waiting on people hand and foot. More importantly he was making people's morning by handing out laughs and conversations. Paul, if you read this just know that if you woke up tis morning and your goal was to make people have a better day. You succeeded my man. Slowest service inside with zero customers. Drive thru was busy but not crazy. I waited and watched as three people stood around not doing anything, waiting to be handed orders so they could hand them out. This McDs is in a nice little town but the workers are lazy AF and slow as snails. They need some better leadership. read more

I wanted to take the kids out for a fun Mcflurry lunch. We walked through the door and there was no line. My little one was talking about having to go "potty" so we ordered and when into the bathroom. The bathroom was one of the worst things I have seen. I could SEE bacteria gathering on the doorknob. I would not let my kid go potty in there due to the lack of cleanliness. We went to attempt to pick up our order and I saw they forgot HALF our order. I politely asked for them to look at our receipt and in front of my 3 year old two coworkers were talking about how someone didn't pick up their order and the one girl turned around and said "I fucking hate this place. My kid started repeating her words and now will not stop. They did end up giving us our food but only after at LEAST 20 minutes of waiting while my kid repeated "I fucking hate this place." read more

They just spend money , to put up new wall paper and new cash registers. Other than that... they took away condiment packages, drink machine, napkins and more. This will cause slower service and upset customers , as they are already low staffed. This also affects disabled people , that can't stand for long periods of time or pregnant women to wait forever. read more

I read the reviews for this mcdonald's Donald's and they were very negative but it was the only one around and we were hungry on our road trip. The reviews are all kind of strange one was about how long it would take to get the food and the other one was about how they couldn't replace the fries with a salad. They have been going down a lot lately. We understand. Overworked snd underpaid. But today. Well RBI's was a new one. Check the buns. Today my husband got a McRib from there. The hun had mold on it. What's worse is that he had already taken a bite of it and swallowed the mold. When I spoke to the manager. I wasn't mean I just asked she check all the buns. When she found out he had eaten part of the mold she said "ewe gross". Like we didn't already know it. DO BETTER L! You used to do better. read more

They will leave you standing at the cash. Register 15 minutes or more. And are very unprofessional in allowed to cuss at their customers.

I don't recommend. My order had 2 ten piece chicken nuggets on them and 2 other meals, and they only gave me one ten piece nugget and the rest of the meals. I told them I only had one, and they said they only brought us up for one. But I ordered ranch for one and sweet and sour for the other, and they were both in the bag. They proceeded to tell me I have to go through the drive through again and pay for something I already payed for, or come back in. So I pulled my receipt out and there were 2 ten piece nuggets ordered, and I showed them. They gave me my other ten piece and didn't bother to rush me out. There was a long black hair on my fry. It was disgusting. It was coiled around my fry like a snake on a tree. The fry's were colder than my ex-wife's mom. It made me very sad, sadder then my divorce. I needed a quick fix to get me through a long night ahead. When I arrived there were four cars in the drive thru. I was shocked how long (25 minutes) I sat in line waiting for a buttermilk chicken four piece. The place is out-of-date and dirty. I had a hard time believing it was McDonald's. read more

Drove from Battle Creek to Marshall last night for one of my grandchildren to play in their play area. Placed an order, almost $20 and waited forever to get it. Then when I got it most of the french fries were not hot and my sandwich was totally not what I ordered. I brought it to their attention as soon as I was able to get the attention of a worker by her saying "what's wrong" in a snide tone. She took my food back and then about 5 minutes later brought me hot fries. I stood and ate them still waiting for my sandwich - crazy it took so long. I finally got my sandwich and went and sat down to eat it. Looks like they had put the top of the bun on upside-down first as it had guacamole all over the top of it. Was talking to a couple other very unhappy customers too. Was not impressed with the manager at all when I was in line waiting the second time and asked her how low my burger was going to be. She responded "can't you see we are understaffed?". Not my place to determine how many should or shouldn't be working but I would of thought 7 employees should of been able to handle, particularly no busier than they were. One sweet gal at the cash register but others all had attitudes that were not good. When another man with wrong order came to return they ignored him for sometime. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? I did ask tot speak to the manager again and she came back to the play area. I am sad to say that she isn't management material in my book. Never one time asked what could she do to make our experience better. I sat in drive thru and watched 8 cars in the other lane have their order taken and not once was acknowledged! I even was saying Hello!!! I backed up and went in other lane and still waited a minute for someone to take my order. I know other lane was working because a car pulled up and immediately was waited on after I has switched lanes. I will now give my business to another location!! I am new to the Marshall area and work very close to this McDonalds. Its convenient to go to before or after work however due to a very rude worker, I believe her name is Jeanie - foreign accent - shoulder length blonde hair/glasses, that is always rude I will no longer be giving my money to this location. I always purchase food and drinks and then order a large cup of only ice, she always snaps at me about how I should be charged for the cup of ice. I've tried telling her I have no issue with paying for it, however she needs to take it up with the person taking the order. Last week I ordered my usual and she hands me a cup of water, I explained that it was supposed to be a large cup of heavy ice and she gave me an attitude about not being paid for it and that she just can't provide free services to me. I, multiple times, tried to show her my receipt and explain I WAS charged for the ice and she kept saying "no you weren't", finally as she was handing me my cup I pushed the receipt at her and told her yes I was charged for it. She slammed the window shut on me. Today, 5/22/18, I went through the drive through and ordered my normal, I once again was not charged for the cup of ice and asked if they could please charge me so that I didn't get yelled at by this lady when she handed me my food, I heard her in the background a lady state "that's me", when I got to her window I tried to explain that I asked them to charge me for the cup, but they had not and I would pay her the .27 cents if she would like, she told me "don't be stupid", I said excuse me, I am trying to pay for this becuse you always want me to and are rude to me, she said "I'm not the one taking the order". I asked her why she is always rude to me and she told me she never is and slammed the window shut and walked away. I waited there while another girl, who is very, very nice, provided my food for me. Her and I discussed the lady and the issue and she stated she had just gotten snapped at for not charging me and that numerous people have issues with this lady and nothing is ever done to remedy it. The owners need to do something about her attitude, it's costing them business. read more
