Once your food is ready, they call out your name and you can grab ketchup, napkins, etc on the way back to your seat. We ordered fries- they are pretty thin but tasty! I was a little worried the beef tallow they cook the fries in would be strong, but thankfully it wasn't. We also got the kitkat shake, which was delicious.
