Manager was nice but hid behind a paper bag while we discussed how rude her employee was. Almost as if she didn't want the employee to know we were discussing her. The whole issue was a young girl refused to wait on us while she stood in corner and gossiped. When I called her out on it (after ample time had passed) she reacted very rude and unprofessional. Can you not expect even McDonald employees to have some level of professionalism?? Thank goodness we were only passing through and will never have to visit this location again. I never really comment on here but I felt like I had to especially after reading the other comments something really needs to be done about this I have never been to McDonald's that was this horrible. The woman who handed me my food is the manager I believe. She made me go back around for fries and order them separately because they didn't ring it up as a meal. I told her to have a wonderful day and she just looked at me ugly. I was probably in line for about 20 minutes total and by the time I got my fries the food was cold. read more

Horribly slow and awful customer service. I've gone here a few times now and this McDonald's is just poor. Wait times are 20-30 minutes. Often the second drive thru is completely ignored, forcing customers out of line and leaving. This happened 5 times where I would sit there and never get a response. I constantly see other customers running into this as well and they just leave or lose their spot in line. And after all that, the food you get is barely fresh or warm. Please take your business to Jucy's right across the street or Whataburger. read more

I asked the person on the speaker (the manager) what flavor soda's they have because my son didn't want coke, "Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, etc...", He actually said "etcetera". I need help with the menu and that's what I get? At the window after I pay he hands me back my CC, no "thank you", no "enjoy your meal", this is the manager in a customer service industry...not a minimum wage teenager, the manager! One of the worst McDonalds I've visited. While standing in line with another customer, the employees acted like we weren't even present. I advise you not to stop here. Wait until Longview or Shreveport. I have never witnessed such incompetence. A five minute stop turned into an hour stop. I would've left after the first few minutes had my husband not dropped me off while he and the rest of the family traveled on to the Whataburger. It took 30 minutes to place my order and another 30 minutes to receive my order. I witnessed a woman leave the drive-through window without even getting her food or pay. Someone install of the iced coffee bag without the spout, so when they went to use it, it's just began spraying all over the floor and no one can get it to stop. They couldn't get the registers to work. They had plenty of workers, but nobody knew what to do, so nobody was doing anything. The timer on the fries went off for about 15 minutes. Everyone completely ignored it until I mentioned it. When they finally pulled them out, they were completely over cooked. But they served them anyway. The bathrooms were disgusting. My husband said there was a pair of blue jeans with poop in them that were simply left on the bathroom floor. Seriously. I'm not making this up. read more

Visited 8/11/17 @ 8:05 -8:20 PM- Worst McDonalds ever! Service is ridiculous including the manager!!! Waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes, no one ever acknowledged us. So we pulled forward, clearly gave our order & repeated it, & it was still incorrect! Accidents/mistakes happen no big deal, but when you have to explain what is incorrect 4 times to 3 different people & get rude attitudes in response it is beyond ridiculous! Grossest McD's ever! Bathrooms were filthy, no tp, no paper towels, no napkins, pee & flies everywhere. This place was not busy but nobody would clean the bathroom, the floors in the dining area were sticky, and had to beg for napkins (a customer told me they had some I the bathroom, yuck! I stopped here at 7:00PM one night with my wife and two young children after being on the road for 10 hours. We ordered two kids happy meals (with milk and yogurt) and my wife and I ordered the #3 (quarter pounders meals). My daughter became ill before finishing her meal and ended up vomiting in bathroom and before leaving my son also became nauseated. So either the milk or yogurt was likely bad, we reported these issues to the manager. Just like many others have noted this McDonalds was absolutely filthy, half the soda fountain was out of drinks as was the catsup dispenser. Thrash bins were all overflowing bathrooms were disgusting and the staff acted as though they could have cared less. So you've been warned, stay away from this McDonalds! This experience was enough to make my family and I swear off McDonalds for good. read more

As noted in other reviews, this McDonalds was dirty. Had started reading reviews and husband went in to use the restroom. Came right back to the car because it was so bad. He smelled like smoke because employees were smoking. Ended up going down the street a little farther and ate at Whataburger. Did not go there first because we were in a hurry and wanted easy on easy off. Should have. Much better. read more

If I could give O stars I would. Employees appeared disinterested in helping customers, and when they finally decided to take our order, it took 10 minutes to get our happy meal (note: fast food??). While our 2 year old was eating, we decided to place another order for a drink, fries, and bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit. As I was waiting, I did note that several other customers were returning with incorrect items, and were met with the same level of (lack of) interest. Needless to say, 15 minutes later, we left with no meal and our money back. Rather than an apology for taking so long on a relatively simple order, we were told "we should be patient", and that "it could be worse, we could be starving in the desert." Really? I feel like patience for a 25 minute fast food experience is an oxymoron. On a more positive note, the bathrooms were not as bad as noted in previous reviews. I would recommend driving past this exit and finding the nearest Whataburger! read more
