Standard fare. Good location in Marana. Newer, but needs bathroom and exterior monitoring for cleaning. Recently, this and other MCD have been extremely slow on curbside service. Either taking over 10 minutes or me having to go in after 12 to 15 minutes. Really annoying. Also the standard MCD practice of no Ketchup and lots of napkins is also annoying. I stopped by for a Filet o F for my spouse, pulled up the app, ordered with the code for an extra item, they said it wasn't being honored at this location, which, hey, it's the holidays and, like, not a biggie, I get it. But because I had already pressed Use Offer it wouldn't let me change, also, not a problem. I place my order and say with good cheer to them, 'okay, no problem'. Ho, Ho, However~ still in a good mood, (me and my carols and seat buddy, Max and my furry grinch gloves) decide between ordering and pickup window to ask if I could add something (I wanted to order fries for my guy and nab a few on the drive home! My guilty pleasure). I looked in rear view mirror, not a single car behind me, not a who in Whoville in sight - a Christmas miracle! And then... the guy said, 'No, you can't. DISCRIMINATION AGAINST DISABLED CUSTOMER My family and I came in and stood a long time and no one waited on us. An older lady came up and asked if we had ordered, and pointed at the self serve station. I just recently started losing my site and can't read things on screens. I am very self conscious about it as I am just learning to adapt to my new life. I told her I don't see very well. She laughed in a mocking way and said, "you aren't going to see better at the counter and you can't order at the counter anymore, I can help you." Missing the point about preferring to order from a person (last I checked there is a federal law for Americans with disabilities to prevent this kind of discrimination). I was already embarrassed and didn't need her condescension and lack of sensitivity. I did comment if this is the way McDonald's is going I guess I won't be coming back. I picked up our order and she smiled again in a mocking way and said "have a nice day" in a tone that was meant as an insult and not sincere. I rather people be straight up rude and not use a "have a nice day" as an insult. I get to our car and the coffee is week, no biggie, I go back in and a nice man asked if he could help me. I explained the coffee was week and asked if I could get the coffee plain with no cream, that I probably asked for too many creams. He wasn't even finished speaking to me when the old lady in a loud voice so everyone could hear said, that cup has exactly what she ordered, large coffee with 8 creams. At no point did I blame anyone or state the order was wrong. We weren't talking to her and after how she treated me I didn't need the extra bullying. I was trying to avoid any further contact with her and just get out as fast as I could. I do not enjoy confrontation or being publicly humiliated. The attitude was I am doing you a favor of taking $7.80 for your 3 coffees instead of, I am grateful you chose to come in to our establishment instead of the other 4 fast food/service stations around us, thus giving me job security when most people don't hire a woman my age. The friendly man took very good care of me and I quietly asked him what the old lady's name was, he said her name was Janine. Apparently she overheard and jumped from behind me and physically grabbed the receipt out of my hand and said in a very aggressive tone "I will write it down for you!" This kind of physical behavior is not appropriate in a business, it is unprofessional to say the least and borderline criminal. As if that wasn't confrontational enough she YELLS in front of all the customers and employees "I can call my manager if you want", again in a mocking way as if she knew the manager would not do a thing. I politely told her that wasn't necessary, I just wanted to de escalate the very uncomfortable situation. She then YELED out calling the manager ANYWAY, and said I needed to speak to her. A teenage girl came over and I told her I didn't need to speak to her. Since she did come over I just told her Janine needs to bring it down a notch. She very curtly and mockingly said "she is the sweetest employee I have" smiled sarcastically and turned in one heel and left me standing not understanding what just happened! I asked what her name was and it is Faith. I guess that is what happens when you put children in a managerial position with no clue what customer service stands for. As I left the store I could hear Faith BRAGGING to Janine "she said you needed to bring it down and I told her you were the sweetest employee I have" and both of them laughing at how "she showed me". I felt I was in high school being bullied. Who behaves this way with a customer that had done nothing to them except making the mistake of choosing to spend my money at your store? What they don't realize is automatization is going to do away with their jobs and your inflated prices for low quality food is going to make people chose restaurants over fast food. You need to train you employees on how to deal with disabled customers as someone else is going to go after your fat pockets if discriminated this way. read more

We just got off the phone with the manager at this location who identified himself as Michael. Funny thing... We called to request a refund for the raw burger meat in my 1/4 Pounder, Michael said he would give us a replacement meal, we said no, just a refund, Michael then acted like he couldn't or wouldn't refund the meal, Michael saying that all the meat is "tested" before it goes out. Last time I came the only good part was the employee who brought out my food, order was wrong and went through drive thru twice to get the rest of it. Sam, Janine and Sinia went out of their way to welcome us to the restaurant and helped us with our order at the Kiosk. Additionally, Janine helped us understand the McDonalds App. They recommended the Deals being offered and saved us a bit of money on our order. :-) The breakfast sausage sandwich was good too.
