I'll go somewhere else if you can't exchange these. 20 minutes later watching her take 10 other people's orders. Someone finally came out from the back to acknowledge me. He said they can't do refunds on the spot. He'll take my name and phone number and get back to me. It'll probably take three or four days. I looked at my hungry kids and I said let's go. The real kicker was she made some rude comment about me to the next customer in line.
