Pulled in the drive through at about 10:30pm. We had our order ready to go. We get to the order section to place our order. After every item we order, the voice on the other side gives me a total and says pull forward... I have to keep telling him we have more to order... over and over again. Most of everything he said was illegible.. finally we are able to finish our order, pull forward, pay, and are given our food. We get to our destination, with friends that are awaiting an order, and realize we've got about a quarter of the food we ordered. Anytime we spoke to the individual at the window, he would say something that we could not understand. It's not that he was speaking in another language, it's that he would mumble everything he said, and we had no idea what he said. This was the most ridiculous nonsense I've ever experienced. It's new to the Marana area (old Marana to be specific) yes by the Circle K and McDonald's! We needed a new restaurant by here because going to the same ones gets old. The employees are always so cheerful and professional! Drive-thru is pretty quick and ordering inside is super fast and convenient as well. They have a new way of ordering which takes place on their touch screens before you get to the counter. My only concern is how often they sanitize the screens. I don't know what everybody's beef is with this Bell. Maybe because we went at 10am. Drive thru was speedy, also provided enough clearance to fit my van. The woman in the box was very friendly and she followed through in person. The dillas were hot and juicy, however they remained unsliced. This is our preferred location food always good! Drive thru usually has nice staff! If you are wanting to get out of the AZ heat I recommend you go inside the AC is so cold I could see my breath! The inside staff are antisocial so there are kiosks you can use to place your order! You may want to check your order, I got home and had to eat my taco with a spoon but overall food was good! read more

I'm not sure what kinda operation they think they have here, but it's the worst around! Not one person will ever greet you when you walk in, they assume you place an order online... they force you to put your own order in on their computers. Place is disgusting, not how Marana should be at all. I placed an order on the app, walked in store and never got my food. Now I'm on hold for 30+mins to figure out what happened. One star because I can't do 0. We were so upset with our meal. For one, they forgot our power bowl. So, we had to go back and get it. I will say they were apologetic but it's like, you wouldn't have to be if you had your stuff together! Then as we checked our burros, we noticed the gross consistency of the beans. They were unbelievably dry, stiff and unappetizing. We also ordered a 5 layer burrito, which also had beans...dry. So gross. So we get our power bowl and she eats it. The rice is super dry as well. What the heck?? You can't preach fresh food and then give out dry day old food. Also, I asked for my 5 layer burrito without sour cream and of course, there was. Also, they were out of mild sauce. When this Bell opened it was awesome, every time we ordered food it was great. The past few months something has changed, I don't know if it's new staff or management but we waited almost 20 mins in the drive through with only one person ahead of us, we have received cold food, crunchy tacos that aren't warmed so they were chewy, and incomplete and wrong orders. How do you leave out 3 orders of cinnamon twists? I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 2, we tried 3 times before changing our minds about this location. I really hope someone in management sees this and figures out what's going wrong. read more

Add me to the zero-star people. After 5 hours on the road from Las Vegas, all I wanted was a crunchy taco (with extra beef, lettuce, add tomatoes.) After 5 minutes of waiting for my order I started looking at the watch frequently. At 10 minutes of waiting I went up to speak to the lady at the counter (nose-ring). She let me know that there were still two orders ahead of mine. There was no distress on her part in offering NO explanation of why this delay nor even a "sorry we're running behind" or anything. I asked for a refund. Her answer: "By the time my manager comes over here to issue that refund your order will be ready." I'm not sure if that means the manager is super-slow, or magically the two orders in front of mine would get out of the way, but I had waited enough. Incompetently mismanaged is the best I can say for this Taco Bell in Marana. Sure, it has touchscreen kiosks, and the lobby was clean. The kitchen, however, was not producing, and the attitude at the front of the house was uninviting. Taco Bell #23 - you owe me the $2.69 your employee would not refund me (nor did she call Mr. Slow-Moving-Manager) plus ten minutes I can never regain. My credit card company can fix the first one if there's not a good response to this review, but those ten minutes... waiting... hungry for a crunchy taco... I'll never have that back. read more

This Taco Bell location just opened up a couple weeks ago. It's just off I-10 in Marana and it's a welcome addition. I live in Red Rock AZ and there is not much in the way of food out here. The closest area with any food is that Marana I-10 exit and the closest Taco Bell was off the Cortaro Rd exit which is even further. I have been here twice since it opened and each time it has been fast, and orders have been correct every time. The staff is also very friendly. The food itself is your typical Taco Bell food. Not much else to say about that but it tasted as good as usual. I hope they stick with the prompt and friendly service they have provided so far and continue to be at that location for a long time! read more

I had asked if they had started working on mine and the lady in front had told me yes but after everyone had gotten their order and new people were coming in and leaving with theirs, I was still waiting on mine. Hands down my best experience at a Taco Bell ever.. my sons first experience.. food was accurate fresh fast and delicious.. my son wanted it the next day but was upset we didn't sit in the restaurant this time. Staff was ultra friendly. Just a very great experience everytime. I literally have to make this apart of my sons routine now because he is just that satisfied. This place always messes up my food, it was good when it first opened but has drastically gone down hill. There was recently a walk out where most of the employees left and they still haven't recovered from it. The dining area is always a mess with barely any clean tables and the floor looks like a quesadilla with how much cheese is littered across it. And the preparation area in the kitchen is also always a mess. I find lettuce in my cheese crisps that aren't melted. It's always bad that's it. read more

Both my husband and I used the restrooms and neither one had soap in them and was covered in shit! Went there and ordered a number 2 (3 soft shell taco supremes), and a burrito supreme no beans. I got 1 hard shell taco and 1 burrito supreme no bean, and 1 burrito supreme only bean.
