It's a Jack in The box at its heart it's a fast food Burger joint. He was able to staff were friendly and happy. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. I went through the drive-thru but they have nice indoor seating as well. I had a Jack in the box combo burger. I think if I was going to do it again I would order the whimp size. This Jack in the Box needs major changes. The sidewalk at the front entrance is disgustingly filthy, needs a major power washing. The dining area was dirty as well. There was a total of 4 customers dining. Which meant that we had a large selection of tables to sit at. As we walked around we noticed that none of the tables had been wiped down after being used. Crumbs and cup stains covered the table tops. We finally found one that was in better shape and sat down after wiping it ourselves. The floor under us was slippery from something that must have spilled but never cleaned up. Our order took quite a while to arrive. We had to go ask counter staff the status of our order. Once arrived, the 4 tacos we ordered turned into 8 , don't know how that happened. Tacos were just thrown together with all the garnish spilled inside their container. Overall this location needs a massive cleanup and retraining of staff. Staff is clueless about the condition of the restaurant and lacked insight of how they were serving food, low quality! My family and I have gone in here several times, but the last one was the WORST. I went inside to order for my parents and just stood there waiting. I wish I could give 0 stars. This location is, hands down, the WORST fast food place I have ever ordered from. I have given it at least five tries and every time has been a bad experience. The staff always seem to be inconvenienced by having to take our order and show it with their extreme rudeness. I have never received a correct order from them either. I give up and will just continue to eat from McDonalds across the street from now on. It's a shame because I have really enjoyed other Jack in the Box places. I've included some pics of our most recent order. It was supposed to be a stacked grilled cheese burger and an order of bacon cheddar fries. Worst service ever... line took forever then I pull up and they didn't enter my order.

While waiting for my food tonight in the lobby a guy walks in carrying a rabbit and not wearing a mask. About 20 seconds later his buddy walks in with no mask and no one says anything to them. Right before I get my food a worker comes out and pets the rabbit and asks where is his crate. She pets the rabbit for 20 seconds or so then returns to work and never washed her hands. I don't usually write Yelp reviews of fast food businesses, but when the service is so horrible I feel the need to make an exception. Every time I go to the jack in the box, the service is slow and the food is not fresh. The last time I went the food seemed cold and stale. I got the sides meal and I was told that they didn't have onion rings so I would be given more curly fries. If what they gave me was supposed to be considered extra curly fries, it was a joke. There have also been several occasions where I would order something on the mobile app and then they wouldn't have it. In general, it appears that this location is not properly stocked on their products. This is the ONLY Jack in the Box within miles. Unfortunately the residents of this community do not have much to choose from when it comes to just picking something up real quick. I did a survey and detailed my experience, and when I got a response, the person said they would follow up with management and would like to hear what happened during my visit. Are you kidding me? This is the only Jack in the Box location for several miles and the only one located in Marana, so it is understandably popular right now. Since we are in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, they are only open for drive-thru service at this time. I'm not gonna lie, this JITB might be one of the tallest buildings in all of Marana too, so it is pretty easy to spot. There's nothing really remarkable about this location and the drive-thru itself is pretty slow, but the employees were friendly once we ordered and got to the window. These slimy cooks think they can get away with throwing whatever into a wrapper and praying their customers drive off suspecting nothing. I wasn't going to accept old fries and said I wanted new ones or a refund..she reluctantly threw a few into the fryer. I was wrong to not check my entire order before going inside because the jalapeño poppers were also not fresh. These kids think its okay to throw old food in a bag and hope the customer drives away without realizing the terrible food they'd recieved and clearly didn't know how to handle being asked for what the customer is paying for.
