Just standing there awkwardly, watching us take in the disappointment. It was clear the outside was not cleaned or even looked at in quite some time, and that would not change, so we left. We went to Lil Abners instead. As soon as we got there, we realized our terrible experience at Growlers was a blessing in disguise. The drink deals are better and cheaper at Lil Abners anyway. Plus, despite a staff of mostly high school and college age kids, they actually do a good job of making sure you have a good experience. And of course, the food is a million times better.
