The trailer and area are kept clean by the brothers Jaime 'Jimmy' and Leland. This is their retirement project, keeping themselves busy in pursuit of the American Dream. Most of their business is 'To-Go', but they also have a table with a few chairs, and turn on a Mister on a Fan when you eat right there to keep you cool. The super friendly service with a smile is no match for the tasty food they have to offer. All fresh ingredients are nicely presented, as they know that the enjoyment of food starts with it's presentation. I can't praise these brothers enough, but that is just me. They serve Pepsi products so hubs had a big glass of chocolate milk (nice sized!) and I had water & a side of fruit. Golly! The chicken fried steak was perfectly seasoned, inside and out and the thickish gravy had a zest to it which really made the dish extra good. I was pleasantly surprised that the home fries were perfectly crisp. Usually it's the side dishes at many cafes that I find a real let down. Not here.
