I eat here for lunch when I have to work in Manor. After several visits and noticing the powerade is very weak, I mentioned it to staff. The employee stated there was nothing she could do about it. Due to COVID-19 the dinning room is closed the drive through is the only way to order. When I was at the 1st window they went over my order. When requesting to see the receipt the cashier was very rude about it. I then said a coffee was missing and the cashier answered VERY RUDE. WARNING: AVOID THIS TRAGEDY OF A RESTAURANT This place is an utter tragedy. The management have run it into the ground with poor service and an extreme lack of effort. As a customer, it is extremely upsetting to see management bicker with the employees. They are children, and the employee staff is more helpful than any single manager on the team. The managers give nothing but blank stares, and have zero social skills. My food is almost always wrong. The kitchen staff can be visibly seen lounging around and letting food burn, turn stale, and roll around on their dirty counters. The restrooms are dirty and unusable. The trays are filthy. The lines are slow and the drive-thru is abysmal. The staff tries to keep up but the management pulls them down. I would love to give this place no stars. Their "all day breakfast" is a huge scam. They need to call it "all day very limited breakfast". It's the new McDonald's thing to get people to start coming again cause they suck so bad. I came home to eat my sausage and egg sandwich to have gotten a large French fry. This is even after they repeated the order to me. I called and was unable to get a refund for the food I didn't order and didn't eat. I'll never be returning. The employees at this McDonald's lack integrity. I went through their drive-thru last night, and I ordered about $30 worth of food, which included three of their six-piece chicken strips and a ten-piece nuggets entree. Now, previously, I ordered strips and nuggets and didn't receive any BBQ sauce. This time, I decided to ask the cashier how many containers I was entitled to have, and to make an extra effort to ensure that I received them. The cashier told me that the six chicken strip entree comes with three BBQ containers and a ten-piece chicken nugget comes with two for a total of eleven BBQ sauce containers for my particular order. At the next window, because there was such a long line and/or I had a large order, the employee asked me to pull up to the waiting area. I told the employee that if he could please ensure that I receive the 11 BBQ sauce containers that come with my order. He said that he would. A person dressed like a manger handed me my order. I asked her if I had 11 BBQ sauce containers, and she made eye-contact when she replied that there were, in addition to ranch sauce containers. The comment about the ranch raised a red flag, because I felt that she was just placating me. I, nevertheless, simply went through my order quickly to ensure all of the food items were present. I checked to see that I did have BBQ sauce containers. I didn't count them because of the long line, and I didn't want to be inconsiderate of the other customers that I would have been holding up by taking the extra time to count. Further, I was in a hurry, and if the person, who I thought was the manager, told me that I did receive the requisite amount of containers, I was satisfied. Well, needless to say, that once I arrived home and opened one of the bags, I noticed that there were only four containers of BBQ sauce. So, guess what? Every teenage kid only had one BBQ sauce to eat with their six-piece order of chicken strips and ten-piece order of nuggets. I thought, well, looks like they are eating ranch. I opened the other bag and didn't find any ranch sauce. I would like to apologize to every one of their customers because I am going to be the one driver that is going to unfortunately hold everyone up because I have been screwed over more than once and lied to in the past by this store. All I want is what I pay for; I don't think that I am being unreasonable. Again, sorry for holding you up. I just want to make sure I get what I pay for, and I don't want to be angry by being lied to. As Joe Pesci said in Lethal Weapon rings true, "They f*@# you at the drive-thru." This is a horrible McDonalds. Just skip it. I agree with the other reviewers who said that they get really mad if there is a problem with the food. I used to meet with a group there once a week and they insisted on mopping the floor when the place was full every single time. I had to suggest to the management that they wait until after the lunch rush. I would blame their problems on the fact that it's hard to get good help, but I think the management should take a lot of the blame too. Go to Cafe 290, you might spend 3 or 4 times as much, but the service and food will be good. read more

Got the for drinks got the happy meal and then the bag as usual I always check my bag it's missing the 10 piece chicken mcnuggets I got 3 people up to the window asking me to search my Bag when I show them I was missing the 10 . This is the worst place ever to order food from drive-through or in side they are never courteous and it's never their mistake even though they didn't put the 10 piece chicken mcnuggets in my bag it's my mistake for asking for my can piece chicken mcnuggets. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service, they don't understand their own menu (a $3 bundle should not be $2.17) or have a good grasp of the English language. When I called to complain, they said their menu had changed and the bundle is not available, even though it's still on the menu. Letti, the supposed manager, said the "supervisor would come change the menu today", but when I asked for a call back from the supervisor, she all the sudden won't be in until tomorrow. REALLY?!?!! There has been times that they have delays. They also are McDonalds. I rarely eat here but when i do its something small. There has been times where my order was mixed or messed up. Usually towards the afternoon. I dont really expect great service from them but they do lack in service. Hopefully there are some changes soon. Have a good day. read more

Can't give it zero stars so one it is. This place must be ran by (un)trained monkeys. I went there last night at 3:15am to get a burger. They told me they were only serving breakfast. The menu clearly says breakfast starts at 4am. I think to myself. Yup I still remember how to tell time. So ok breakfast it is. Only problem, no breakfast items at all on the menu. None. They also told me thy were not accepting cash. First business I've ever been to that doesn't want my cash. I try to reason with the person in the drive through that it's very difficult to order something from a menu that doesn't exist. He couldn't even give me a few ideas or suggest anything. From the way this guy was talking I'm sure if he was looking at me it would be with a deer in the headlights blank stair of a 5 year old child looking at an alien. Finally I give up and drive off. I then call the place to get the owners name so I can enlighten them as to how much their place of business sucks. They won't give me the owners name. Now, I've been around quite a few fast food joints in my life and the owners name and number are usually plastered quite proudly on the drive through window. So why can't you give it to me over the phone? It gets better. I then ask to have the general managers name and number. Oh they can't give that to me either. That is, until 8am when she comes in. You know. Because, reasons. I've never had a good experience here and ordering at night has always been likened to trying to heard 100 cats using laser pointers with loudspeakers blaring death metal. As far as McDonald's go, I think this is one of the best. The food is always what I expect, it's usually put together well and I always get my whole order done correctly, but the thing that sets this location apart from others is the customer service. The people in the drive thru windows are almost always super nice, especially Isaac (I think is his name). He is always all smiles, asks how my day is going, etc. He has about 45 seconds to make an impression and it's always a great one. read more

Went in the other day on the way to work and ordered 2 Big Macs. Was the only car in the drive through wait time was way longer than usual. The 7 times we have asked to have our fries well done/ extra crunchy seems to always fall upon deaf ears. I have sent them back each time, and the staff just interpret this as a sign that we just want fries to be hot, but not crispy, as ordered. We also only seem to get Luke- warm food unless we add extra ingredients such as onions or the BigMac special sauce. Oh well, just hope that the McRib stays longer this season. We live in Manor and will never give this McDonald's our business again. Asked for sauce with our 20 piece nuggets and the young lady at the drive thru window said she couldn't give it to us because she knows for sure it was put in the bag. My husband looked in the bag and then told her there was no sauce in there. So she gives him two sauces and tells him that's all I can give you because I know there's already two sauces in the bag. The young lady was very unprofessional and rude. Her actions basically called us liars. She should not be working customer service at all. We will take our hard earned money elsewhere where the customer service is exceptional, unlike what we experienced. I honestly was so upset that I wanted to give our food back and get our money back. But unlike the young lady at the drive thru window we have exceptional customer skills and just let it be. But we will never go back there. If I could rate it no stars I would!! The staff at this location is so slow and rude! I ordered my food in the inside lane on Drive-Thru, when I pulled up to order the guy taking the order kept cutting me off with "ok will that complete your order" all while I'm still ordering-- mind you I only ordered 2 large fries and 2 McChicken, nothing complicated. I waited about 20 minutes JUST to pay!! When I get to the first window he's rushing me to pull up while there's a car clearly in front of me with no room for me to pull up! I pay and get to the second window to receive my order- he hands me the bag and closes the window as soon as I get it. I quickly glance at the bag and everything looked ok. As I'm driving out of the restaurant I decide to look again and turns out I'm missing one fry and one burger.. I drive around to go inside and let them know. When I get in I hand my receipt over to the worker and she goes around to tell some older woman that I didn't receive my order completely, who then looks over at me and rolls her eyes --I'm guessing she was the manager. So the worker goes over and gets my food and as she's putting the food in my bag she claims she is certain she put the food in here and I'm wrong. How can you tell me the food was in the bag when I'm telling you it wasn't??? I told them to check the cameras they have back there to see that she didn't give me the food. She then rolls her eyes at me and I storm off with the food THAT I PAID FOR because I didn't want to spend another minute in that place without causing a scene. It's five fifteen in the morning and there is no one else in line but me. I ordered an egg mc muffin meal with a large orange juice. Piled up to the Windows and paid for my food. Pulled up to the next window to get my food. Lady read my order back to me, I confirmed. Before I pulled off, I checked for a straw to go with my orange juice.....there wasn't one. When I asked for a straw, the lady goes back in to grab one, comes back to the window, hands me my straw and then proceeds to say, "My Bad." I'm not to concerned about this but what really got me was the failure to put my friggin hash-brown in my bag. Just like fries to a burger, a hash-brown is an essential part of McDonald's breakfast. Needless to say, this is my third time being here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe because it was new that they would get their stuff together. Apparently not. Staff is rude, on many occasions. You'll wait forever for food. Food has had hair in it and returned it, getting ugly looks in return. How do you get hair in a ice cream cone? also I ordered a large fry that was not in my order when I got home and called and to leave a message again... and still to this day never received a call back. They handed me the wrong order in the drive thru. I went in to ask for my correct order. I was directed to "Erica the manager". Erica, who is standing at the counter talking to a co-worker, tells me to "wait a minute". She then starts flipping through an envelopes looking for her co-workers paycheck. After she hands it to the coworker, she starts looking for the check of another individual who has approached her. I stepped over to her to tell her I was given the wrong order - she just stares at me with her mouth open like "what do you want me to do about it? And why didn't you listen to me when i told you to wait?" An other woman expediting the orders saw what was going, step forward to offer to help. Terrible service. Saturday night, 7:30ish They have two drive in lines going, and I pull into the inside line. For every 3 outside people, they had an inside line person go. I finally gave up and went inside. One person taking orders and a line of 4 or 5 people, and it is NOT running quickly. 10 more minutes and I gave up and when across the street to sonic. They don't have a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, but they sure as hell beat Mac Dees when it comes to service I won't say the worst service I have had at a Mcdonalds but I will say that it was terrible. Always seem to do a good job. Been happy with my visits here. It is a fast food restaurant and does get busy during rush times, but I haven't noticed anything particularly poor with the service or food and the employees have always been kind and courteous. You wait forever. The second to last time I went the cashier and half the staff tried to hide the fact that they were sick. I requested a new cup when the cashier coughed and spit all over my first one. I also requested a new chicken burger when I got a cold one with no mayo. Real dirty looks both times. The very last time I went everyone was rude and sick. Again. When the chicken nuggets I got caused both my roommate and I horrible food poisoning for almost a complete week straight, I decided to never go back. With everyone being constantly sick, the place being a breeding ground for germs, no employee (that I saw while in the restroom. You go into a McDonald's early in the morning expecting to get you order, to start the day with a smile, "NOT", instead you end up leaving with a frown when the automated system in ordering in the lobby did not give you a receipt, and asking the attendant for a receipt and they can barely speak English. Then later after you get to work finding that what you were given is not what you ordered. You then call and you have to explain your self two or three times because they have a hard time speaking English. If that is not enough she say's that she cannot find your order then later comes back to the phone and said that she can only see one part of your order. What is going on with this establishment. I have been going to McDonald's all around the country and around the world since I am retired military and this is the only place that seems to get things wrong. This is not the first time this has happened. So in summery, I will not longer go to this particular McDonalds, because the owner only looks for low wage workers when the owner should know that "Customer Service" is what keeps a business successful. Makes me think this person only thinks of the $$$ and not creating a place where people can come and enjoy a meal. read more
