I just saw customer clean her own table!! They don't clean off the tables and they definitely don't clean the messes on the floor. Food is all over the floor this store is completely disgusting!!! Easy on and off from the highway and plenty of parking. The store offers counter or kiosk ordering and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered coffee and Sausage Egg McMuffins and the my were tasty and piping hot. When we finished our sandwiches we ordered sandwiches for the dogs and the dogs loved them. The store looks like it was recently remodeled and the decor was fun. read more

Stopped with a school bus full of 40 students right around 6pm. The staff was friendly. They were quick with the orders and got everything right. Impressive and appreciated! Kudos to the manager(s) and employees here. Handling an unexpected challenge well is a sign of good training. read more

I waited 20 minutes to get a large Dr. Pepper. 4 drinks waited so long in the conveyer drink machine that the ice had melted out of them. Finally they were taken out, set aside to wait longer and mine was finally filled. Apparently drive through is priority over the people dining inside. read more

I love this McDonald's location and that's a lot for me to say since I'm not a fan of McDonald's at all. But this location has always blown me away, i come here twice a week on my way from school to home and vice versa. This location is always clean including their bathrooms, the staff is super friendly and always great you with a smile. It's as if you were in a commercial for McDonald's. Maybe it seems simple but when you ask for extra pickle and are forced to pay $.25 per sandwich for extra pickles, even when you REMOVE the onions, you should get the extra pickles you pay for! In addition because I've had this happen numerous times, I took the extra step to ask the cashier to please make sure they add the extra pickle and THEY STILL DON'T they are just scammers! Lettuce was fresh fries were crispy tomatoes were fresh yes two half n half tomatoes split in middle so it don't run off on you. Stopped by there tonight on my way through town around 8:15. Not exactly dinner time. Super slow service! Lots of workers. Lots of standing around talking. Seemed to prioritize drive through. Went to there around 5 minutes before they closed tonight, I will never go back to this location. I ordered literally 2 things and had one specific request - fresh fries. Was told by the guy at the back window that that shouldn't be a problem considering there had been no customers for quite awhile so I went and paid at the window and he said to me it's 3 minutes to close so I shouldn't be to worried about freshness. Went to the next window where I was met with a locked window - the store was not even closed yet.. The guy struggled with the window and when he finally got it he gave me my food and it had only been like 2 minutes since i placed my order and I know the fries take about 3 and a half minutes to cook because I just recently had a job at a McDonald's and had worked there for four years. I waited at the window because he had walked away, when someone came over, it was some girl, I had told her my fries were gross and she said sorry about that and I'm not kidding, walked over to the same damn fry station and scooped the shit fries that had probaby been sitting there since the last customers, and if that is true, then the guy at the back window that told me it had been quite awhile since the last customers came, so probably about 20+ minutes ago. read more

In the drive-through, food orders are completely incorrect more often than they are approximately correct. One extra tiny pickle slice costs a quarter. Ouch! Most employees are reasonably friendly, although a couple are positively grumpy and rude, every time. After my latest experience at this store, I will never visit another Mankato McDonald's. (They are all owned by the same group.) It was a snow day, so I brought my son to the drive-through to see which random breakfast we would end up with. As we were driving to the nearest order lane, a large pickup truck that was plowing the lot came rocketing toward us in reverse. I quickly managed to advance my SUV out of the driver's way, to avoid my son being killed. The plow driver just sat in his truck, exactly where I was ten seconds prior, glaring at me. He rolled down his window, shouting at me, but I couldn't hear him, so I got out, went to his window, and angrily asked, "What the h*** are you doing? You almost took us out!" He said, "You couldn't see my reverse lights, a**h***?" Then he punched me hard in my left shoulder. It is purple, sore, and swollen today. I was thrown back from the truck. I said, "You just assaulted me. You need to call the cops." He laughed, claimed that I had reached in his cab (Nope.), and called his boss instead. There was no company name on the truck, so I got in my car and went home. I called the owner/manager of the store right when I got home. She returned my call eight hours later. She was belligerent and nasty right off the bat, basically saying that I was lying about everything. (Why on earth would I?) I told her to simply view the surveillance footage. She told me that that would not happen. At one point, I mentioned that the driver had punched me on the shoulder, and she said, "Now it's your shoulder. Before you said it was your arm." I had to inform her that my shoulder was a part of my arm, although I could not speak for her anatomy. Apparently, the plow driver was advised by his boss to call the police. I never witnessed the call and had no way of knowing that the police were summoned. I left right after the assault, wishing to protect my son and myself from this violent person. The owner accused me of intentionally avoiding the cops. This is nonsense. I called the police immediately after the conversation with the hostile McDonalds owner/manager, but the officer was gone for the day. He has not called me back in the last 24 hours, so he must not be too concerned. It is astonishing to me that the operators of this McDonald's seem wholly unconcerned by the outrageous and violent behavior displayed by their contractor, for whom they are ultimately legally responsible. Oh yeah, the food here is poor to edible at best, but it is convenient. read more

The diminutive young lady behind the counter was cute as a button. Unfortunately, that's about all that I can find positive to say about her. She got our order wrong, but we caught it at the register. Next, she subtracted our $8 tab from $20 and gave us $10 change. When we received our order it was wrong again-- and not even in the way she had it wrong at the register-- it didn't match our receipt and she acted as if it was such a bother to actually make it correct, even though it was rather late and we were the only ones there. read more
