The quality of the food was a plesent surprise, and made it stand out amongst the crowded field of Mexican restaurants in the Mankato area. Most of the time the rice and beans are just there to fill the plate, but these had real flavor and texture. I was blown away by the ground beef in the chimichanga, it was filled with spices that mad me want to ask fro the recipe. Service was good, and drinks were kept full.
