So many flavors to choose from, there's a ton here, and I asked some of the locals and they all have their favorites. The great thing is they will let you sample whatever your heart desires. So I tried almost all of the scooped ice cream, and then they had ice cream from the machine. Well in the end my dad wanted a strawberry milkshake, she wanted Butter Pecan - which they did not have - so we got her some Caramel Fudge thing and it was really good. Meanwhile I got 3 small scoops of ice cream - all different flavors. But the winner was the Strawberry Milkshake! Wow - I took a sip of my dad's and was like darn I should have gotten that instead of my 3 scoops. So why the hell not? I'm on vacay and won't be back here for a long time, in fact they are closing soon for the season, so I got myself a small strawberry milkshake - and it was awesome! Probably the best damn strawberry milkshake I've ever had! I mean - the last one I recall having was McDonald's I think, and this beats the heck out of that. Awesome ice cream and awesome friendly high energy peppy service here by all the girls who work here very well as a team. It's like a cheer squad in action - they yell out orders and directions and the person goes executes and brings your order. I'd be here every week in the spring and summer if I was around! The two most wonderful features of this book store is the Berenstain Bears Museum, which was gifted by a local collector and certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest in the world, and the wonderful staff here.

On Tuesdays, it stays open until 8 pm because of the car shows in Henderson. This place is so friendly and cozy, with the best atmosphere ever! It is definitely the highlight of Henderson. It used to be a drug store, making it a cherished memory for locals. People who work there are so nice and welcoming. There are many ice cream flavors to choose from, and the portions are huge!
