Awesome location so close to the highway exit. I ordered from the app when we were 5 minutes away and our drinks were ready as soon as I walked in the door! The interior was not as inviting as other stores as the primary seating area is long and narrow without much natural light. Glad I was just picking up today and not staying for a while. The coffee was great, per the usual. I just wished that the drive through ordering area was t so close to the front door. It was awkward and almost dangerously close. read more

Sadly this is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever visited. We stopped here on our way into the Twin Cities for a baby shower primarily because we needed a quick bite to eat and also because we were hoping to find a clean restroom to change in for the party since we were on a tight schedule. We chose this Starbucks because it was right along our path, close to the highway, and most Starbucks are pretty clean and easy places to grab a quick bite. The first thing you'll notice at this location is how terrible the layout is, it's like a long hallway with random tables placed about - the flow is very odd. There were also tons of random boxes with supplies lined up against the wall - it just felt very haphazard and not up to the usual Starbucks standards. We ordered and our drinks and food were fine, thus the two stars - everything to me tasted right which was the saving grace. The other issues we encountered were overflowing trash, and a really loud buzzing sound that kept going on and off. Overall the vibes were way off. If you are around this Starbucks I'd stick to the drive thru. read more

This is the most disgusting food service establishment I have ever stepped foot in. I just can't go there anymore. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in about 5 years. The fly poop and dead flies are everywhere. The glass behind the work station looks like it has splatter that has been there for a year. The entire staff should be fired. They all have eyes. Very rude and unfriendly. Will not be going to this Starbucks again, especially since there is one a mile away at Hy-Vee.

Very convenient location with an excellent staff! My sister and I came in with 3 young kids, ages 5, 3, and 1! They were very patient at the cashier station. To top it off, the youngest wanted milk after we ordered and the 3 year old just went up and got her one to drink. They were very kind when I went up to pay for another beverage. We also appreciated that both bathrooms were for female/male/handicapped people. Both very clean and well kept. read more

Typical Starbucks fare; kind enough staff... but WTF, why are there so many flies? There are flies by the cash register, the dining cafe, even in the bathroom. They're buzzing around customers like we're cattle on a farm. If it's that bad right here, it makes me question the cleanliness of the food itself... Do something about this, please! Great new Starbucks right off the interstate! I have always wanted a good stop for coffee on the way to Minneapolis from Iowa! I was very happy that the changing station was clean and easy to use cause my baby son had a little accident in his diaper in the car! The bathroom was clean and spacious and a big help to me! The coffee was amazing and totally consistent with other bucks! The staff was nice and we enjoyed a little snack while all the college kids worked on homework! Wow its july 5th.. 4:23pm. 6 people working and 2 standing around. Guy with blonde hair w blue hilites. Been waiting 20min and only 3 customers and none in the drive thru. This is rediculous!!!!. 2 guys in back hangin out on their phones. Black long hair in pony tail. They need to learn how to multi task! One more thing. Its really intimidsting to go into starbucks when u have 10 somali ten surrounding each side of door and sitting in all the chairs outside right in front of the doors. My refresher tasted great but I asked for light ice but it was not light ice whatsoever.. I asked for a small strawberry aca lem with light ice and no berrys, there were no berrys but way to much ice and I'm not upset at all just wanted to help others. read more

Lady taking orders was not customer service friendly! One guy walked out because she never acknowledged him--he sat there for 10 minutes. When he left, she shrugged her shoulders and said " I guess you can't please them all". Any time I asked her a question or I wanted to customize my drink, she acted like I was making her do more work. The lady that made my drink was very friendly and made my drink perfect. She earns my stars. I was there at 4 pm --it was not busy! read more

The drive through line waits right in the middle of the parking lot. It is very difficult for customers to park their vehicles when there is a line of waiting customers. Very dangerous, inconsiderate, annoying and inconvenient read more

Get ready to wait at this location. I live in Minneapolis and every time I swing through this location, it takes 15 minutes or longer to just get a basic coffee. Today, it looks nearly 30 minutes to get 3 basic drinks, one of which was just coffee. Ridiculously slow, I would definitely recommend ordering ahead if you can. read more

This location has poor customer service. Not a one time deal and today was the worst I have experienced. This morning I forego the drive thru as many cars in line. 3 people in front of me at the register and it took 25 min to get my drink. There were 6 or 7 employees. Only 1 on the register taking orders and then leaving customers just standing at the register while he prepared breakfast sandwiches. Complete lack of flow with the employees to smoothly and efficiently serve the customers. read more

Amazing service! The woman who took my order was professional, efficient, and polite. The baristas were friendly and made sure to get my order right, confirming things about my drinks I forgot to mention in the first place. I didn't remember to ask for one of the drinks without whipped cream but it had almond milk in it and the barista who was making the drink made sure to check with me first in case there was any chance of an issue with allergies. 10 out of 10 would recommend! read more
