They have all the spices I could think of, as well as their own seasoning mixes for chili, spaghetti, and vegetarian chicken broth. They carry dried fruits, ghee, and locally produced butter, honey, and grass fed organic beef. I believe almost everything they have is non-GMO if not organic. They will gladly tell you what is what, and why.
The ladies that run it are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They can help you make choices that won't disagree with your dietary issues. Not knowing much about lentils, I told her I wanted just enough green and brown lentils to make two batches of soup and in 20 seconds she had them for me in two small baggies. I even got to sample some of the dried fruit and vegetarian bacon bits.
They're located on a small street that gets very little traffic. There's plenty of room to park on the street, but you could probably just park right in the street and no one would notice. I believe they are only open Thurs - Sat, but if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed.
