Entered the restaurant and I don't like the kiosk and the workers behind the counter were playing and laughing and did not ask if they could help us. So I have a party of four and that's money going out of the door because we are going somewhere else to eat. This restaurant is not professional and didn't care about the customers. Worst McDonald's there has ever been in Macon every morning. I have tried to go there to get breakfast. They always tell me there is going to be a wait and that they don't know how long it's going to be even though no one is there and it's 45 minutes past opening time. Also have a very rude attitude!!! After a 2 hr drive, I decided to stop for 2 fresh strawberries creme pies. The pies I received tonight were hard as bricks and dried out on the insides. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager on duty about my order. I literally called 5 times because I thought the number online was incorrect. Each time I asked to speak with a manager. On the third call the same employ answered and said "This Is The Health Department" & laughed. I could hear the other employees in the background laughing as well! This behavior is unacceptable and completely unprofessional! I'm really hoping that the manager on duty wasn't the one lead this inappropriate foolishness. Great food they increased staff and theres one young man there hes a manager on night shift hes very caring and u can tell he loves his job . Hes all over the place even when its just him up front . At times he even will go personally and make your food to ensure its done correctly . I hope he gets recognition . This McDonald's restaurant is a nice little place with a friendly staff. In the morning, before a road trip to Atlanta or a visit to the Bass Pro Shop, you can drive thru for a order of coffee, hash brown and a breakfast sandwich and you're on your way. Senior citizens and regulars enjoy the laid back atmosphere during breakfast time. The staff brings refills of coffee to the tables. At lunch time, parents and children can enjoy a happy meal of hamburger, yogurt or fries and milk in a cool and clean separate play area on a warm Georgia day. For a reasonable cup of coffee or a cold drink on hot day, this is the McDonald's. read more

This is the fanciest McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life. No joke. It's got tv screen menus, a Made-to-Order-style touchscreen ordering system, complete with buzzers to notify you when your food is ready. Whaaaa?! They also have a large indoor Play Place and renovated interior that makes this McDonald's look more like a Panera than a Mickey D's. Color me impressed! Food-wise, it's still McDonald's, so you probably know what you're going to get, but decor-wise + technologically, this place has it maaaade. read more

This is our favorite McDonalds to go to. The employees are decently friendly, although nothing special, but it's the play area that keeps us coming back time and time again. The play area is in a separate room, no door, but separated from the main area of the restaurant. It's usually not that busy, especially during the week, and it's always clean, including the bathrooms. They have a small tv that you can put whatever you want on, it's usually tuned into Disney or Nick Jr. The whole restaurant is usually quite clean- sometimes the ketchup machines or ice is out but the employees are helpful if you ask. They also have three of the new automated ordering machines and they offer the gourmet create your own burgers which they put in fancy metal baskets and will bring them to you at your table. read more

My quarter pounder burger was PINK. Not cooked at all!!!! I should've checked it before I drove all the way home. 1) I did not ask to have cheese on my burger and 2) I wanted diced onions on my sandwich and there were none! Poor customer service. Never again. I'm highly disappointed!!!! read more

Slow as molasses. They try to pretend like their food is fresh by making people wait unnecessarily. One time I had had enough and asked for my money back because I didn't have time to wait in a parking spot. The young lady, without hesitation, turned to her right and grabbed my order and gave it to me! I am very disappointed in this location. I've been going into this store for the last 6 years since being assigned on a nearby account. But I'm the last 6 months the quality of the employees and management has declined. One manager has been completely rude with a bad attitude on multiple occasions I've been in there. I stopped here for breakfast on my way to work. The signage on the doors clearly stated the restaurant was to open at 6 am. At 6:10 am, I was in the parking lot watching the employees walk by the glass doors, seeing me waiting, and not opening the restaurant for business.
