When I tried to continue ordering, she stopped responding and made it difficult to complete my order. When I reached the window, my order was incomplete. I had to repeatedly ask about the missing items. I requested to speak with a manager, hoping the situation would be resolved, but the manager was also rude and argumentative. Because of the hostility, I no longer felt comfortable accepting food from the restaurant and asked that my order be canceled. As I was driving away, the drive through window was forcefully slammed shut in my face. I left without any food and was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I hope KFC reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training for the employees at this location.

Let me start by the customer service was horrible and they are very rude. It was just this one lady that was taken order that had locks in her hair and she said her name was D, but they didn't wanna give out her name. She was extremely rude. She was on the line meaning she made the food and she really needs to go back into training to have a better attitude because she told me only income that she don't have time for this when in actuality she clocked in to make time for this so I don't know what was going on with her today, but the attitude is not good for a pain customers. Nobody wants to eat anywhere where they're getting cursed out or they're getting mistreated and we spend our earned money at the same time the manager in training tried to apologize for her, but she kept on going being very rude talking loud yelling at things from behind the counter and I was very calm. I was very confused because I did not expect this from KFC I haven't ever been in the KFC and the people acted like this and I live in Atlanta where they're supposed to be the worst customer service and I haven't ever been treated like this at any KFC in Atlanta. You don't know who's coming in to eat and they could get that restaurant shut down. The lobby was a little dirty. The floor look like it need to be mopped. I'm very unorganized.

Orders take forever to come out, even if nobody is in the shop. I LOVE the original story of this business, and hot chicken is my favorite food...so it pains me to leave a mediocre review. Here's what I will say- fries, ranch, and pickles are great. I was immediately hesitant at only getting two tenders in a meal, but the tenders are MASSIVE. The flavor profile of both the hot and the extra hot is just ok to me. If you're someone who prefers a sweeter heat, go with it... but to me, it lacked savory flavor. Again, if sweet + spicy with not a ton of depth of flavor is your thing, go for it. I guess I'd say this- if you're a casual enjoyer of spicy food and are going to get a mild or medium, give it a go. But if you're a pepperhead like myself, I'd go elsewhere. I did enjoy the mozz stick.

Purchased food from here (Butler, GA location) yesterday around 3 pm. My teen son (who is tall for his age) was waiting on our order with me when my mom (who placed the order) walked out to take the rest of the kids to the car. Next thing I know, once the food is ready, there is confusion between the cook (a female) and a coworker (also female) about who's order it was and then the cook POINTS to my son and and says it belongs to that "stud" right there. I looked in disbelief and confusion and my son quickly responds that he's not a "stud", which is a male presenting female for those who are not familiar with the term. Imagine calling a 14 yr old BOY a woman who clearly looks like a BOY! Needless to say, we get in the car and this interaction completely breaks him down as he's telling my mother about the incident and is now in TEARS! All because some random, unprofessional ADULT called a CHILD a name out of nowhere, unprovoked! If I had of been thinking and wasn't in complete shock, I would have asked for a refund and a manager! I will say the coworker told the cook that he was a boy and that the order belonged to us but by then, the damage had been done. This was supposed to be a fun quick trip for our family to spend some time together and visit Peach Lane. I would never spend my money here again and wouldnt encourage others too, either, especially with children present! They might get pointed at and misgenered to their face, too!
