We got CSC to go for dinner and let me tell you...it had been too long!! As always, service is great. We usually always get out to go and it's always good! I opted to try something new this go round and a scoop of Kickin' Kay Lynne atop a croissant was my choice with a side of pasta salad. Even though the combo has buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños & Sriracha...the heat was lacking big time - I did taste the flavor of buffalo sauce but outside of that - meh - will I get it again - most definitely. My parents shared a small tub of Classic Carol - & it's just that - a classic!! It comes with crackers for dipping but if you're like us - we make a mini Sammy at home or pull out the Buttery Ritz. To top it all off, we all indulged in grape salad. This was my first time having it and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. On Veterans Day 2023 I took the opportunity to enjoy a Chicken Salad Chick Sandwich at this location. The sandwich (Fancy Nancy) was absolutely great but the soup (Loaded Baked Potato) was the best! I'll first say that I used to live in Auburn, so I've been eating at CSC before it was even a franchise and love the food and story behind this place. Sadly, this is easily one of the worst locations I've ever been to, and I've probably visited close to a dozen. Some recent examples: - Made a large catering order online for pick up. Went to store and they couldn't find the order. They kept asking me if it was under a different name and I said no, since I had ordered it myself. It was almost as if they didn't believe me and they seemed bothered. I showed them my receipt and after waiting around another 5-10 min, they finally appeared with my order. Apparently they had the wrong name on it altogether. No apologies. Again, staff just seemed very apathetic even though I was panicking as I was in charge of a workplace lunch that day. - Went on customer appreciation day (drive thru). Didn't receive the free scoop advertised with all orders after ordering 3 meals. - Last week I ordered my husband and I lunch through door dash - both of our sandwiches were missing lettuce and tomato even though we double checked the order and yep - we asked for it. - In the drive thru a few weeks back, I ordered a small pimiento cheese quick chick - got home and realized they gave me spicy. All in all, I love this place but this location can't pay attention to detail to save their lives. Super frustrating. read more

This place I ordered an fruity Fran sandwich which does not include peanuts. When I received my item through the drive through after two bits my lungs started to swell as I found out I just consumed peanuts. I checked the receipt to make sure I ordered correctly, and I did. When I called the facility to complain she said to come in so she can give me a new one. The lack of sympathy for a mistake on their part was very disturbing. I had to call corporate as they told me just to get a correct resolution plan where they would ensure no one's health would be at risk. After speaking to corporate I was assured to receive a free meal for a week which was kind considering how extreme the matter was. read more

First time trying this fast food establishment 11\18\2020. Love chicken salad, however, when I pulled up to receive my order, the workers were standing around the window talking (not a problem); the problem came in the form of a young man who took his hands and ran them through his hair while standing in the serving area. I told the young lady, who had her back to him, that he needed to leave the area and go and wash his hands, put a hair net on (another male worker had a hair net on). She turned around to him and told him and he denied this action. I told him he needed to wash his hands and not have them around his face or head when dealing with food. He began to become smart-mouthed with me, argumentative and denying that I saw him.....I threw my food away. If this is an example of Bass Rd employees, then what does that say for their food service? Is this sanitary working conditions? What type of continuing education does this franchise provide for the employees when dealing with food services? Rating score from the Department of Health? There is not a rating star for TANKED. read more
