You have to literally beg for fresh food here or you won't get it. Doesn't get any worse than this location.

Ordered three hash browns, received soggy, barely edible potato mush. They also didn't provide a single napkin. Terrible experience.

My husband got the mighty mushroom burger with shoestring fries and loved it. I got the mighty three chile burger and let me tell you....... top 5 burger I've ever had in my life. It was so flavorful and the right amount of salt and butter and the bun was toasted to perfection. I'll be dreaming of that burger forever. I paired it with the sweet potato fries and spicy ranch and I'm going to get that combo everytime I come here now. Don't walk, RUNNNNNNN to get this burger.

I mean a post-hike burger loaded with bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and cheddar cheese - what could possibly be better. Nothing, absolutely nothing. ++ There's a variety of ways to further customize your meal, whether it be adding toppings, sauces, or swapping out the grass-fed beef patty for a chicken or veggie patty. ++ Did I mention they offer up some additional specials to add a little something different from time to time? Love that! ++ They needed to whip up more of their chipotle mayo, so I was already planning on foregoing sampling it with my meal when the server brought out a cup for us. YUM! It was just what my sweet potato fries needed. -- The only drawback we experienced was brief uncertainty over whether they were actually going to be open during our visit. Sounds like the hours may fluctuate a bit from day to day. Not what our grumbling bellies were wanting to hear. So glad that ended up not being the case. The Mighty Burger definitely checked my burger-craving boxes. I'll gladly make my way back when in Boulder.

Mostly great things on our first visit here…read more bison burger - proper portion for the price and cooked perfectly med rare pastrami sand - 5 stars : I'm pretty picky with pastrami, it was excellent! the marbled rye was 'real' (aka the good stuff) and the pastrami had a nice smoke on it. chicken and waffles - 3 stars : good portion, pretty much the 'standard' stuff here, over cooked the fried chicken bbq platter - 4 stars : proper portion for the price, nice flavor on the meat. Service - 4.5 stars : table servers were fantastic (Mike is a great guy!). Looses half star since the kitchen is pretty slow, 40 mins to get our meal and they were not busy when we got there. I think they were also understaffed since the servers were crazy all over busy. Ambience - 5 stars : really cool setup overall, visually interesting too.

Not Your Average Pickle - Fried Pickles - nice crispy batter but the pickles still had crunch Onion Rings or French Fries? - I thought these were both well fried, but giving it to the onion rings - these were perfect - couldn't have asked for a better one. Crispy Fish Sandwich - reminiscent of a fillet o' fish but with better ingredients. Comes with Thousand Island dipping sauce. Colorado Bison Burger - cooked nicely to medium, good flavor - wish the patty was salted a little more. Fried Okra - standard fried okra item - solid Worth noting - a dish I didn't try, but one of my friends ordered a Steak Street Mac & Cheese and barely touched it - they said the steak was overcooked and significantly under-seasoned. Our server (Ren?) was extremely attentive and just a fun person. Thanks for the awesome service. I thought Waterloo did a great job with standard pub fare and sprinkled in some fun twists and unique dishes to their menu. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

If you're looking for a spot with a great bar vibe, solid drinks, and good food in Louisville,…read moreRocky Mountain Tap & Burger is a great option. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, the kind of place where anyone can walk in and feel comfortable. It works just as well for a casual hangout as it does for a night out with friends. The drinks are a highlight. Between the self-pour tap wall, infused liquors, and a well-balanced cocktail menu, there's a lot to choose from. Even the homemade Dr Pepper stood out. For food, the wings were a favorite. Crispy, well cooked, and paired with house-made sauces that really made a difference. The chocolate chip cookie sundae was also a standout and a great way to end the meal. One of the most impressive parts is their dedicated gluten free pizza kitchen. The in-house dough is well done and doesn't feel like a compromise, which is great if you're gluten free or dining with someone who is. Overall, it's a well-rounded spot that does a lot of things right.

There are tables and a bar, the place is well lit and clean. There are also tables for groups and an outdoor area which is great. I am not a beer drinker so I ordered wine. I got a pepperoni pizza so that I could take leftovers to my husband. I also was curious about the gluten free crust. The pizza was good - the pepperoni flavorful. It had a lot of cheese and I would have preferred a little less so that I could better taste the pepperoni and the crust. And the crust was also good. This is a great option for a place to gather with a group if there are gluten free eaters you need to accommodate for as there are many choices. The servers were friendly and due to it being a slow time of day, it took a bit for someone to get to us, but we weren't in a hurry so it was all good. I would definitely try this one again.

What's a bit of a drive when you're driving to delicious shepherd's pie?…read more I thought you'd agree - totally worth it! Their scotch eggs are banging too. In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one.
