This McDonald's has gone downhill over the years. I only occasionally go back because my daughter loves the nuggies, but I think tonight was the final time. Between a very dirty dining room with overflowing garbages, and extremely sticky unclean tables to staff that completely ignores people (of typically older generations) who cannot use the ordering machines trying to order at the register and end up standing there for 5-10 minutes (if they last that long) Today I was in the order line the car in front of me made her order then the other lane, I moved up and there was silence. I'm surprised the ratings are so low for this location. I prefer this location to others because they are quick, my orders are accurate(even with multiple customizations),and my food is hot. I use the drive thru. I've only been inside a couple of times.The staff is pleasant as well. One thing I've done recently, I order a side of their breakfast sauce(it's their version of hollandaise sauce, and it's thicker) and put it on my hash browns and other sandwiches. The sauce is usually on their breakfast bagels, but I like a McMuffin or a sausage McMuffin better. read more

Drive-thru is always quick. I've only ever had issues trying to place an order inside. The food is usually fresh besides a few times I've gotten some old fries. The inside and outside is usually clean. read more

Every single time we break down and go here they mess up the order. I went against my better judgement just now to go again bc I'm starving and short on time. We came to this McDonald's because of the app. We received a free big Mac if we spent $2 . We bought an ice cream cone. All good but what stood out was the service. After waiting in a line with 15 cars in front of us the young clerk noticed our dog at the window and offered us a pup cup for our dog. Also they were very generous with the ice cream cone. This visit was a lot better then the last. The staff was friendly and service was really quick. They took my order. I had to use the register because I had a coupon. Normally would have used the touch screen and order myself. I waited at the table and they brought my food to me in like two minutes. I visited right after the remodel. Things did not go well. The restaurant was very busy, with a long line of people at the single cash register. Drive through had a long line. As I entered, I saw one of the new touch-screen order taking panels. I tried everything I could think of to get it to show me burgers, but all it would show is drinks. My friend stood in line as I placed our order on a different touch-screen. It took more than 15 minutes for them to prepare our order. When the order was ready, the number appeared on the screen that shows the ready orders. But the order was not completed and the staffer had to go around and find the order's components. The layout is bad. There is a space conflict between people waiting for the cashier and people ordering on touch-screens. The workflow path of the workers is crazy, with staff members literally bumping into each other and spilling things. I'll visit again someday and see if things have improved. read more

I ordered a medium iced coffee with one cream. The coffee I was given was almost completely white. It looked like they had dumped a whole cup of cream in there. It was absolutely disgusting. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt. Of course, McDonald's isn't a premiere coffee destination. However, they've done quite a bit of marketing over the years amping up their "McCafe beverages." I didn't even want anything fancy, just a simple iced coffee. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to if you have any sort of special requests like no Mayo or anything they'll screw it up 9.9/10 times. I know not to expect much from fast food but I've never had so many issues with anywhere else. I worked at a McDonald's I know how it is when it gets busy but it's really not that hard to get a sandwich correct. Always dirty, majority of the managers and staff in general are rude, takes forever; mine as well go to a sit down restaurant with how long it takes sometimes, I've had issues to do with payment on the app there too. I always go to the one in Wrights corner now even though it's further and more expensive. read more

There's a great need in the Lockport McDonald's for improvement! Friendly your help. They need to pay more attention to what they're doing instead of rushing around with their hands in the air looking like they don't know what they're doing! They don't know how to put a sandwich together properly they just slap things together and so have your sandwiches got stuff on it the other half doesn't! DO NOT EVER go to this McDonald's it is by far the worst one in western New York. I ordered online and was given a code which I gave to my husband to go pick up. After making him stand there for 20 minutes they refused to give him the order because he 'didn't have the phone it was ordered on'. We have done this at MANY other locations and got our food fine. I called and talked to a manager and he was very rude to me for no reason when I was asking for a reason why other locations would do that but they wouldn't and I never got an answer. The employees were rude and yelled at both of us, and they want more than minimum wage? Hahaha read more

What can I say, it's your typical McDonalds. They've renovated the interior to reflect the McCafè theme they've been working on in recent years. My only issue thus far has been the recent change from regular music to orchestral covers. But aside from that there's no real complaints. read more

if I could i would give this location 0 stars. my friends and I came to mcdonald's and ordered a chocolate and a vanilla shake (separate shakes), and the employee working the drive thru kept misunderstanding our order and only made 1 shake with chocolate and vanilla in it. when we went to the window we explained that we asked for 2 milkshakes the employee explained that we only were charged for one and that if we wanted another one we needed to go back around to the end of the line again or come inside and at that point it was a dub and we left with the milkshake. when I came home I was looking at the receipt and I was charged with 2 milkshakes. -rude employees -crunchy reheated fries read more

I'm giving this McDonald's a zero rating. I've never had such a bad experience at a McDonald's before coming to this McDonald's in Lockport. My daughter, her father and I came here. We went through the drive through, ordering only a mchicken sandwich with only lettuce on it a med fries two bbq sauces and a large sweet tea...we got told to pull up, we were only waiting on the fries. Her father and I both have worked at McDonald's and know it only takes at the most three mins for fries. We waited over ten mins then one of mangers came out and asked if we were waiting, we said yes and he just walked away. the guy had no clue we were waiting on everything....they only thing they gave us through the drive through was the damn sweet tea. After all that waiting over 15mins on two food items they still managed to screw it up. The sandwich had mayo on it and no lettuce...I mean seriously I get fast food places can get busy but come on guys, they weren't even busy when we were there so it really was just people careless mistakes and not giving two flying fingers about their job.
