I decided to take the grands here, and we were greeted with a warm welcome, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 bacon burger, 1 bacon cheeseburger, and a large fry. The only issue I had was that the top of the bun was wet like it had been sitting and steamed. The fries are my favorite. I like the idea of not having to pay for the extra toppings. They legit charge $7.64 for a plain hot dog!!!!! I can buy a pack of hot dogs for that price. The prices are outrageous and the food isn't that good. Our bill was $54. Never again!!!! This is the first time I have been here. I tried going to Vizzi's but they are closed on Sundays & I wanted a good burger or a roast beef sandwich. So,we ended up at Five Guys for my Birthday Lunch. The food was great,but quite pricey. The place was clean & the employees were nice. The only things I did not care for is that ,even when you're "eating in",they give you you're food in a big paper bag & you have to go through it & find each persons food. Also,nothing is labeled,so you have to unwrap each sandwich and look to see whose it is. Food should've been served on a tray with something marked on the top so we know what it is before opening. Food was good. Got a burger with onions, mushrooms, and A1 sauce. Fries were fresh and the beat I've had in a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed the milk shake. Not really happy with the size and price. But it was a good treat. My major issue was the service. I believe it was the manager as he seemed to be running the floor. He was rude and completely out of control. I asked for pickles on the side. And he said no you can just have them on the sandwich. Umm what? No I get them on the side because I don't want warm pickles. I put them on when I get home. Stopped in for a bacon cheeseburger today, with an Oreo milkshake. The customer service was wonderful! However the food was not up to par, the bacon on the burger was completely burned, and the service was quite slow. However, the milkshake was perfect. Unlike the many many other times I visited five guys I was able to finish my food. I'm coming off of being I'll. My body was rejecting strength. Anywho I was super hungry for the last three days. I've literally been eating everything I can all throughout each day. It's five guys was my first meal if the day. I got a double cheese burger with grilled onions and mushrooms, a1 sauce, BBQ sauce, mustard and lettuce and tomato. It was cooked very well and I scarfed it down. I'm not sure I chewed it thoroughly. My daughter was anxious for the fries. Hnmmmmmm idk what happened but they weren't very good to either of us. I put malted vinegar and ketchup as well salt and pepper on them. It tasted much better. My daughter got a salted caramel milkshake. The cashier said it was a mixing. I was thinking mixing the way cold stone mixed toppings inside but no, it's just a syrup. She said she liked it enough to get it again. I just got water myself. Aside from the fries, the food was very good. The cashier seemed a bit socially awkward and I'm not sure what she hopped to achieve but she rushed us a bit more than I've typically experienced at any five guy locations. Good burgers that almost compete with the big name chain burger joints out west (as long as you get them hot off the griddle). They are also more expensive and not quite as good. Sometimes the fries are crispy, hot and elite. Other times they're sog bombs. And for God's sake, stop putting scoops of greasy fries in the bag on top of everything. It makes a mess. Okay so the burger I had here tasted exactly like Wendy's. What's up with that? Wendy's is like my least fave fast food burger and these ones are supposed to be really good. I've only been once. That was enough. It's on Delaware near Delta Sonic and Target. Easy parking. We went early in the lunchtime hour. So we were able to place orders and be served quickly. I prefer burgers less well done, which is why I probably won't be back. But my burger was fine. My dining companion wasn't thrilled with his but he did eat it. The first Five Guys burger I ever had was in NJ after I completed a Tough Mudder. The perfect reward. I remember it being incredibly delicious, so when I came back here a few times in Buffalo to try to replicate the experience: I was left wondering -- what the heck changed? I thought chain restaurants were supposed to deliver a pretty uniform experience. Was it that I didn't complete a 12-mile Spartan race beforehand to spree up my brain chemicals into euphoria in spite of what I was eating? No --- their policy changed! See, in NJ they happily cooked my burger medium rare. Here -- there is a big fat sign on the counter: "We cook all our burgers well done and juicy!" Unfortunately, juiciness and a well done burger are opposites in my humble opinion and I have to agree with Fox that the taste of their burger's resembles a Wendy's. Their bread/buns are not too tasty (they are the cheapest and most basic of hamburger buns). The cool thing is that they do offer you whatever condiments you want with your burger (mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc). Bacon is extra, but at least the veggies you can load up to your heart's content. The fries are indeed delicious and free and the peanuts + nice employees and service are refreshing in a "fast food environment." I just had my first trip to Five Guys and I'm stuffed! I was very impressed by their topping selection (fried onions, mushrooms, BBQ sauce, etc.) which are all free with the cost of your burger. A word of warning - the "regular" burger is actually two patties while the "little" burger is a single patty. I can only imagine how much meat is on the double bacon cheeseburger! I had a regular bacon cheeseburger, fries and a Coke. They have the fancy soda machine that will let you mix to your heart's content, but I'm a simple guy. I was not expecting everything to be so fresh and tasty like a homemade burger! My husband and I also got the Cajun fries, the Cajun seasoning was good but it was a lot, almost too much. Five Guys always top notch!! Always a welcome as you walk in the door....friendly smiling faces. Friendly menu suggestions/ additions, but never pushy. Usual order for me is Little Cheeseburger (and this was my first time to add bacon). Today I went with lettuce, extra tomato and mayo.....sometimes I get pickles, onions, ketchup....but not today. I also got a Regular size order of Cajun Fries. I totally recommend the Cajun Fries.....I absolutely love them!! Fresh cut fries with Cajun seasoning....fanfriggintastic!!! While I waited I did have a handful of peanuts (they have free peanuts in the shell to snack on while you are waiting). A nice touch. The order came up quick and out the door I went....of course eating some of those Cajun Fries in the car on the way home. Thank goodness they always put a stack of napkins in the bag toooo. It's been about 3 years since I've had Five Guys and my biggest complaint has always been one thing, how "meh" the burgers are (to me at least. So I decided to give it a go once again on Sunday night while being hungry and also not wanting to drive very far to cure that hunger. I came here around 7:30PM and the place was pretty dead. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and split a side of the seasoned fries with my girlfriend. The food didn't take all that long to come out and soon enough I was sinking my teeth into the cheeseburger. The cheeseburger itself was just as I had remembered it, really okay. It was juicy and a decent size but other then that it did nothing for me other then cure my hunger. I wasn't a fan of the seasoned fries, but that's also just a personal disliking of the seasoning mostly. Overall, I'm sure I'll end up back at a Five Guys at some point in my life but it probably won't be on my own call. read more

I don't come here often, even though it is convenient, but was exhausted after doing work around the house all day and needed something quick and efficient. I went online to look up the hours and found that I could place orders on the website, selecting all the toppings that you want. I appreciate that they waited until I got there to drop the fries so they were hot. It's not an out of this world burger, but it is very tasty and I like that you can customize it. I don't like fast food because I feel it's usually too greasy, low quality and junk, but this place is the exception. Five Guys is so much better than a fast food joint! It actually has decent hamburgers and hand cut French fries. The portions are huge! I always order the baby burger. It's truthfully the size of a regular hamburger. You can specify any amount of toppings you want on your hamburger, while ordering. A large fry can easily be split between multiple people. They fill a large paper cup with fresh cut French fries then fill the entire bag with remaining fries. It's basically just an entire brown bag of fries. They're delicious though, make sure you get them! They also have one of the newer drink machines in the restaurant. You can chose over a hundred drink creations, with unlimited refills. Peanuts are offered in the lobby, while you're waiting. The restaurant is always clean and the employees friendly. Recently, we've been ordering online. They wait until you get there to make your fries, to ensure freshness! It's worth the wait and appreciated :) I definitely choose Five Guys over the other fast food options! read more

I am not really sure why people are giving this place such low ratings. Every time I have come here, they get my order correct and on point. The burgers are always nice and juicy and you can add pretty much anything to your burger and ask for extra anything, and you will not get charged! I really love the coke freestyle machine they have here, Limitless styles of soda you want with whatever flavor. You can be there forever pretty much deciding what you want to drink. The pretty cool thing they have here is the peanuts that you can snack on while you are waiting for your food or even snack on before you get your grub on. I love this place. When I was strictly vegetarian, I would get the veggie sandwich. Now that I eat meat again, I thoroughly enjoy the little cheeseburger. Nice thin patties, always consistent, and the buns are the best in the business. However, as I'm trying to watch my caloric intake, I was struggling to order low cal on my last visit, and the woman at the register told me about the bunless option. What a saint! Shaved off a significant amount of calories so I was able to enjoy the burger regardless. It was quite a bit messier, but whatever, I just washed my hands after. Your burger is cooked to order on the flat top grill. The toppings are yours to choose, no secret sauce, no questionable concoctions unless you swing that way. It's a good grade of beef in the burger. The fries are done up in peanut oil, so the allergic may recoil at that, but better to be informed now, if the bags of peanuts that line the place aren't a hint enough already.. Pick your poison from the 100s of combos from the pop machines. Note to Moe's - get a second machine. And they wisely permit refills, needed to wash down those burgers. This place is great when I'm in a hurry and need a quick bite. One "little cheeseburger" is enough for me to eat and feel full. If you've never been here before, a little cheeseburger is a single patty burger. The regular sized cheeseburger is apparently two of these patties. I could probably manage to eat one of those but I'm sure I would immediately regret it. The meat isn't cooked how you want it - it's all cooked well. I'm a rare burger kind of girl so when I eat here it's because I'm starving - not because I love it. They do have a ton of toppings which are all free so that's awesome. This place also has one of those smart soda machines which lets you pick from a bunch of different kinds. The service is friendly and quick. If you have a peanut allergy, this place isn't for you. It seems like a fairly standard Five Guys. Nothing stood out as amazing, but nothing was bad. The store was clean and warm, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was good. As I went at the end of the standard dinner time on a week day, there was no line and not many other diners in the restaurant. That meant walking straight up to the counter to order and having the cashier watch me as I got overwhelmed with topping options! He was very friendly and nice. In my "which of the 100 toppings do I want?!" panic I decided on going pretty simple - a regular burger with lettuce, pickles and ketchup, and a regular fries. In browsing the Yelp reviews as I waited for my order, I realized the mistake in my order - it was going to be enough food for two. And it was. I ended up tossing half of the fries in the trash. Unless you're planning to split your order or pick at it all day, I recommend getting smalls of everything. I didn't get a soda or grab any peanuts, but the burger and fries were very tasty - even after an extended time cooling off in the car (because I had to run a few errands before heading home). What so special about this burger place. The meat quality is good, you can order how it is cooked. It uses peanut oil, oh yes peanut oil. You can choose what you want, instead of ordering a burger with 500 ingredients and having to ask for them to be taken off. The menu is so simple, either you want a double, or a single (little), with cheese and bacon or neither or both. They are all made well done, so you can't tell them what you prefer. Then you just tell them the toppings you'd like and voila. The fries are SO FRIGGEN GOOD, they are hand cut and I love how they tell you where the potatoes are from that you are eating. The orders always seem to be huge, no matter what size you get. They have the coke machine with the 100s of options, which I always love.
