Perhaps I got lucky but the food, customer service and cleanliness impressed me. I had a coupon that was printed on the back of a previous receipt. They had some trouble figuring out how to input the coupon and thus, overcharged me slightly. However, the manager fixed it and the food was hot when it came out. My sister used the kiosk to order and that was a smooth process. It was not crowded when we arrived around 2pm on a Saturday. I hate using public restrooms but this one was actually clean. read more

I don't know if they can't read or something but they ALWAYS be missing food items like I don't understand how you miss 3 whole meals and only send in the drinks. The delivery service is terrible our food was damaged and the worse part is this was food for the kids and if you're a parent you already know how that goes down. I've lived in Linthicum for 50 years and I know this MacDdonalds from day 1. This store was built in 81', if memory serves. It was completely remodeled (most recently) about two years ago. Lots of non-English speaking and/or understanding employees who are apparently new and don't know anything.

We went threw the drive threw and the young lady at the window was very rude she kept shutting the window in my husband face when he ask her a question rolling her eyes. And I ask to speak to the manager and a Spanish women came to the window and I was telling her what. had just happen. And she just stared at me like she didn't understand anything I was saying. Sometimes you just want to dash into a McDonald's to grab something quick and easy that you can eat on your drive to work. And sometimes you get in line behind the foreign national who's phoning her friend to find out what she wants and needs all of the menu options explained to them. Oh, well, luck of the draw. This McD's has been refurbished in the modern style, so it looks pretty nice inside. They are located in restaurant row on Nursery Road just off I95, so there is quite the competition for patrons. I noticed there was barely any traffic at the restaurant (save the other patron above) at 7:15 AM on a weekday morning, so maybe they aren't winning this battle, or maybe Americans are making healthier breakfast choices, or maybe it was just a slow morning. Nursery Road gets a lot of road traffic, so making a left turn out of their parking lot back towards the highway can be dicey. read more

I generally have pretty low expectations for McDonald's, but this place was especially bad. Burger was sitting in a litteral pool of grease and was inedible, the individual taking the order was rude and unprofessional. When I got to the window he didn't say a word just took my card and slid the window closed. Would not recommend even if there is nothing else available. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonalds in their system, CONSISTENTLY. Don't go their late night because their service is slow. Understaffed every evening. The staff has to waddle to front counter to swipe credit card, why doesn't management put a card reader in 2nd window or better yet use 2 windows. Stop being cheap invest in labor. Their drive-thru takes forever to get your food. Really defeats the purpose of a "drive-thru" when things are moving so slowly, you put your car in park. They almost forgot two of my drinks, but I checked my meals before leaving and caught that. Unforunately, I didn't check well enough. They forgot an entire meal I had ordered, and of course, I didn't realize it until I was too far away to go back. I should've listened to Leo in Lethal Weapon. Every time I come to this McDonald's is always a wait in the drive through line I sit and wait from when I pull up to when I get my food at least 20min. This isn't the only one that this happens at in this area. Guess it's no longer fast food with a wait like that. read more

Teach your staff how to count -- I understand drive thru is a very busy place to be at lunchtime (it really wasn't busy today) & grabbing condiments can be a task - but when the requested condiments are listed on the order - and after have forgotten to add them to the bag, you'd think asking for 4 of something that you wouldn't be handed 3. It's the little things...And don't turn your back to the window hoping someone will go away, that's just bad business. read more

I was at the window paying for my food when they jumped in front of me, and for some unknown reason, they were served instead of being told they needed to wait. Needless to say, I requested and received a refund of my money. I predict if this food delivery stuff continues with people cutting in front of peoples vehicles, there will be Drive thru rage. This McDonald's on Nursery road has caused me so much frustration many times. In the past, no milkshakes after midnight because the machine is cleaning. This week, the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all, one night cash only payments because the credit machine was down, and this morning arriving at the drive through just before 10:30 for McGriddles only to finally reach the speaker at 10:31 to be told no more breakfast. Seriously guys, look at your camera, pay attention to arrivals before the breakfast time, and flip it then. Or come out and ask those waiting if they wanted something before you stop. Chic-fil-a has seemed to have mastered excellent customer service at its locations without a problem so we know this isn't impossible! read more
