Every damn time this place always forgets things from what you order they need to get better and start checking off the orders.

I just placed an order for delivery from this McDonalds (2 sausage cheese biscuits and 2 sausage cheese McMuffins) and when the food arrived I found 2 sausage cheese biscuits and 2 sausage biscuits. And the last time I ordered from them (about a 2 weeks ago) I placed the same order (2 sausage cheese biscuits and 2 sausage cheese McMuffins) and that time they sent me 2 sausage biscuits with double sausage and no cheese and 2 sausage McMuffins with egg and no cheese. So, I tried to contact this store and the phone number listed for them is not in service. I guess I won't be ordering delivery from them again since they can't get my order correct. I had such a nice visit to the McDonald's in Leonardtown. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and polite, and my food came out hot and fresh without much wait. It really felt like a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. Claudia, the general manager, is doing an amazing job running this location you can tell she truly cares about both the customers and the employees. If you go inside to order don't be hungry! I didn't see the usual manager the last few times but the new one was standing with 4 other staffers shooting the the breeze. I could hear them an she was using fowl language. So it took 7 minutes to get one fountain drink. One fella asked me again what I had ordered . Really? It seemed everybody flunked burger school. I now go to Arby's and they are so friendly and helpful I have written nice Yelp reviews and compliment them face-to-face. This location is in a high class area but it is severally deficient. Always long lines, slow, and dirty. Always check your bag before leaving they regularly forget items. If they do you have to go back and it takes another 20 minutes to get the items you already paid for and get an eye roll. read more

I am not gonna comment on the quality or taste of the food. McDonald's is what it is; most know what to expect of fast food. HOWEVER the customer service at this particular location is the absolute worst I have witnessed. Here are some of the things I've experienced. I went pretty late one night and went through the drive-through, no other customers were there. Eventually, there was a line of 2 cars behind me and my order hadn't been taken yet, not even acknowledged. I drive up to the window and see the girl talking on her cellphone, not concerned with the people waiting for her. I honk to get her attention, I am acknowledged and then return to the line, now confident I'll get my order taken. She proceeds to continue her conversation on the phone and eventually the entire all 3 cars leave the location. Unacceptable. Also, don't use the external drive-through lane which is "always open". Unless you are there during peak hours you won't get answered. Multiple times I've gone to the window without my order ever taken. The person then has the audacity to tell me to get back in line. read more

How many bad reviews can a place get before something is done! I stopped by at 3:30 to get my 93 year old mother a milkshake and ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. I was so frustrated that I said to the person at the window that the wait time was not acceptable and she was not rude at all and stated there were only two people working and they were doing the best they could, (I'm assuming the drive thru not the whole restaurant but who knows). Ordered curbside on the app at 9 and an employee banged on our car yelling at us about how curbside " closes at 8 " and how they were trying to get our attention, our car was facing the opposite way how can we see that? Went there 11:50 PM after work to get something to eat. Was told they were closed. We said no you're not it's 10 till 12. They argued and then said they didn't have any chicken. We didn't want chicken so it was fine. We got three big Macs and a fry. The picture posted on the site is my big Mac which looks better than the other two people's sandwiches. It was almost impressed.... so every time I've come here; weather it be drive through or dine in, it is an extremely long wait time and the food is very disappointing to say the least. Today, I arrived at 9:15. The cashier saw me and walked right past me without a word. Not a "hello and welcome, I'll be right with you..." Nothing... so I thought it was all down hill from that point but I was pleased when I received my food. It was hot!! Really hot!! And fresh. It wasn't slapped together with the meat and cheese sliding off the egg and muffin! My orange juice was sweet and not watered down. I was pleased. I finished my meal and dumped my tray. As I was walking back to my seat, an argument from the kitchen employees ensued. They were screaming at the top of their lungs and the professionalism went right out the door!! The floor manager said: "com'on guys? Can I just get a cinnamon milk please??" The arguing went on for 12 more minutes as everyone just stood there like frozen statues. It was so ghetto. I was shocked to see that no one did anything to stop the incident. I'm pretty sure that no one will have consequences for their actions either. If I owned the store I'd be embarrassed and do some major house cleaning of my staff. The environment ruined the experience. So that is why I gave 1 star. read more

After ordering waited another 15 min for my food, while listening to a woman shout explicatives into her phone with zero response from staff. Got a burnt piece of charcoal that was supposed to be a chicken biscuit and a stale bagle. Got a coffee that was just hot water and an iced coffee that was 75% milk. Had no napkins available in the eating area. Was not given cream cheese with the bagel. Then when we asked for a knife, the staff responded "why?"
