Tried calling to see what the hold up was ...no answer for the first calls ..picked up the next one and they hung up without saying anything Finally got through after 45 minutes to hear we may have to close ? Asked what about my paid order...we will see what we can do ..hadn't been started ..no I'm sorry ..nothing ! Told them to cancel order that was a week ago ..money has not been return to my account . One star for the cashier and peanuts. We ordered 2 hotdogs with grilled onions and mushrooms to go. The woman behind us ordered at least one hamburger, maybe 2. Well she was a friend of quite a few of the staff. We watched as the gal on the "build" counter placed hot dog buns on foil and slid them to the wrap and bag guy. Thought the grill gal turned with our dogs but there was so much "excitement" between the customer and the 2 gals behind the counter, thought we were wrong as we watched the pile of goodies loaded onto the buns in time for the burgers to be slid on top. As they were wrapping up her meal in foil, the guy walked over to the pick up counter, mumbled our number, handed me the bag and as I said thank you, just walked away. We got home anticipating our always delicious hotdogs only to be insulted with 4 mushrooms on one, 5 on the other, and barely a few more of onions on each. Our first bite each confirmed that we _had_ seen our hotdogs prepped and ready to go when hot off the grill but left until the friend was taken care of because what we bit into was cold. We used to frequent this place on a regular basis and appreciated how the staff took care of each customer. Over the past year, over all quality has gone down the tubes. I've let slide the mess the burgers have been, the lack of onions, etc, on my burgers and dogs, even some of the characters' attitudes, but I'm done with this location. My lunch today was ruined courtesy of this locations staff. I will not eat there again and I will warn my friends off. read more

I was very pleased with how fast I got my food. And the Cajun fries are the best. The staff was very pleasant. I went to get ketchup and one of them were empty, I made the staff aware. We dine in and take out from this location. The food is always good and the staff is friendly and quick. The only down side is this price. A bit high for me to be a regular and I kick myself for being lazy and not making burgers at home that can compare. The burgers and fries are very good and have voted worlds best burger by many different companies, newspapers, and magazines world wide. I can very much agree. Five Guys has the best burgers and hot dogs in they world and they have almost any type of soft drink you can imagine. Their milk shakes are the perfect milkshake, they are very smooth and thin, but give the feel of thick and creamy. If you sign up on a site called Marketforce, very cool site, you can do shops where they pay for the food and them give you some more money. So, you make money eating there, in exchange, you have to tell them about the restaurant (are the workers cleaning, are the bathrooms clean, does it smell good, did they get your order correct, were the employees nice) every time you sign up to do a shop. The employees eventually start to recognize after a few years of doing it. If you do it for this long, they begin to treat you like a king, you get top of the notch service and get cheap food. This may be why i gave the fifth star, but overall Five guys is tied for my favorite restaurant, I don't think that I have ever had food better than the food I have at Five guys. Additionally, the food is constantly good, some restaurants have off-days where their food is not as good as it usually is. Five guys has no off-days, they are the best and most satisfying restaurant I have ever been to. Ultimately what I'm saying is GO TO FIVE GUYS!!! read more
