Came in here with my girlfriend. I didn't order anything because the place is disgusting. Ketchup dispensers are always broken. Floor is filthy. Areas around the beverage dispenser are disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE WARNING. Not the first but the second in 2 weeks we found hair in the food. Now if it happened to us 2 times in 2 weeks think how many more times it happens every day. Today went back in and brought food with hair and they only credited the egg white delight with the hair, we said we are disgusted and you can keep the rest and they said no only this had the hair. Call and ask to speak to mgr. on duty she won't give her name after I ask cause I didn't address the problem first. The State St. McDonald's was extremely accommodating when I requested 200+ cheeseburgers and 100+ nuggets for a late night snack for our wedding. The restaurant managers were very friendly and even offered to deliver the food to the wedding reception. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived - THANK YOU! read more

Umm i have NEVER had such terrible service in a drive thru, or eating in. I went to get a simple mcchicken i was given a burger thankfully still at the window i gave it back and they handed me another burger!!!! Probably the worst McDonald's. Talk to the manger, she won't be able to help you because one day they won't have a POS system, next day ether won't have a fryer, next day they won't have a legitimate person who can punch an order in and cook it for 35 seconds and do math available. This place changes hours left and right- yet nothing is ever available to order. Tonight they let us know at the drive-Thru "only fries and desserts are available" ok that sucks, but we will take 3 orders of fries. "Ok that will be 50 minutes" are you serious?!?!" Just take the menu board down or shut the lights off. Instead you pay idiots to sit there and do nothing! Every time!!!! Here's my story. My daughter and I stopped in your store after a long day. we went threw the drive thru and ordered a McChicken lg fries and a egg McMuffin. When i got to the second window our food was not ready the lady told me something but I could not really understand her she was pointing so I assumed she meant to pull up and wait. I seen a girl come out with a bag and gave it to someone in a car after waiting so long I actually asked the guy if it was his food and it was so I went in and not one person even as much as looked at me so I went back to my car and gave it more time. Now after seeing about 10 cars leave the drive threw I finally went in and asked some girl who was not in a uniform if she would check on my order she took my receipt and laid it down without looking at it and said am I the one who had a egg McMuffin I said yes so she gave me the bay when I got to the car my daughter checked to see if we had everything ( because at this McDonald's you never get your full order) in the bag was the muffin and fries so I went back in again 3rd time I had to shout really loud will someone please help me I asked where the McChicken sandwich was so some young kid gave it to me and when I got back in the car my daughter checked it it was a McChicken with a big glob of cheese and jalapeno peppers I went back in again four times now and by this time I was aggravated and I had to yell again to get someone attention and I did throw it on the counter and asked what it was the girl the same girl with no uniform now I am even more aggravated she grabbed the sandwich and threw it away like she didn't want anyone to see it I told her to just give me a refund Not to nicely either, she actually had to ask me what my order was I told her if she would of looked at the ticket this would never of happened and she kept repeating sorry mam over and over again which was pissing me off more. I told her everyone says they are sorry but nobody ever fixes it. I don't think I have ever gotten my full order ever. I would say 9 out 10 times my order is missing something .So I wasted about 30 minutes of my life just trying to get something to eat!! read more

We went there on a Saturday, had lunch, and my kids played in the playland for hours. I've never seen such a clean playland (there were even fresh flowers on the table) and the entire restaurant was immaculate. There was a man (I think) who's only job was to clean up, and he did a fantastic job. read more

Just got done trying to eat an Angus Mushroom Swiss Cheese wrap and fries. Didn't finish either they were so bad. I don't know what kind of cheese they used but it sure didn't taste like Swiss and the fries were cold. I told my husband next time I suggest Mickey D's to remind me that we'd be better off with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. read more

I was unpleasantly surprised with the workers they seem to hire from anywhere. They need to hire experienced, happy workers, who actually enjoy working here. Instead, they hire the ones whose voices ALWAYS sound bored and expressionless. Also, they repeatedly asked for my order, as they always have to multitask since they have few (and lazy) workers there. When my food from the drive-thru was FINALLY ready, I opened up my cheeseburger, and there was everything on it. I had specifically asked for ketchup only on my burger, but no. They just had to go and mess it up. My food was cold, as well as having the wrong toppings. Apparently, they did not think I was going to go in and complain. I brought my food in, and they replaced it and gave me a free burger for whenever I wanted to use it, which made my experience a little better, but not much. read more
