If I could give zero stars, I would because that's what we got out of our $39.65 order. We ordered on the app, and my partner went to pick up the order. When he got there, I selected I'm already here on the app, and it allowed me to select spot 5 for the pick up. My partner waited for over 15 mins, and the order was completed on my app. I told him to go in and check with management because something went wrong. The manager told him the app works off of location. He informed them that the money was withdrawn from my account, and the manager advised that the transaction would reverse to just give it a few business days. This is now over a week ago. I called twice since, and the first time was advised to give more time as it can take a few days. I had it until Sunday when I was only going to give it until Friday, and the transaction still did not reverse. When I called back again, I was told I'd have to wait for the store manager because they can not authorize my refund, and the manager will want to see my bank statement. I told them that's fine but then I want my refund because I have plenty of time and have been plenty patient. They then told me they don't know if their store manager will issue the refund because calling 2 weeks later (it was right over a week) is a red flag. So first, they advised us to wait BOTH times we tried addressing the issue and now are told waiting is an issue. I gave the lady my name and number and said I absolutely want a call back. We received NO FOOD WHATSOEVER. They didn't just give us the wrong order. We didn't get anything for the almost $40 they collected from us. read more

I was here today and I got chicken nuggets a cheeseburger, fries and a blue slushy. The slushy was very good but the chicken nuggets had air pockets and didn't look cooked nor it was warm. And the cheese burger didn't taste that good it didn't taste like a normal cheeseburger. They even forgot my fries. The service was yes normal and it seemed more bratty kids than usual (like teens) when they brought out my food it's like they threw it at me and left. When I ordered she forgot my fries ( like I said). So if you ask me no I would not come here again and if I would've it would only be for the slushy. read more

We love Bev in their drive thru... she's precise, accurate, and even though she 'seems' gruff- she's really a marshmallow! We like to surprise her at various holidays with little gifts and such... just because. :-) Nice bunch inside too... but we're usually just using their drive thru as we either leave town or come back. And you CAN eat healthy there too!! read more

Great service and friendly people. Drive through is the only drawback. Order takers are excellent, but I always have to wait for my food in one of the waiting spaces in the parking lot. read more

Always slow and seem to be behind always. I've already had an experience where I waited almost 15 minutes for my food. Fast food this is not. I'm done going here. I'm going to Wendys from now on. I'll be back home and done eating before I would get my food at this McDonalds. read more

The "New" McDonalds in Lebanon that was built after the fire, I am giving 2 stars at this time. We went there last week and the female staff that was working there at the drivethru window didn't greet or thank. Didn't say one word!!!! She didn't look very happy either! Work on attitudes is definitely needed. read more

I just used the drive in to get an egg mcmuffin, the service was quick and the sandwich was good ( no eggshells! ) I would go back again. Whenever I drive by, there are at least two cars at the drive in, so you may not want to admit it, but at least some of you go there. read more

We've been to the Quentin Rd McDonalds tonight many times. However this evening after taking our two kids trick or treating our eldest daughter who's turning 5 tomorrow asked if we could go to McDonalds before heading home. She was so excited to get her happy meal with a toy. After getting home and handing out everyone's food, we discovered in our baby's happy meal something was not right. Instead of getting a four piece nugget meal she received a box full of Big Mack Sauce! I ordered the Big Mack sandwich with fries. I received a Big Mack with two top buns, a bottom bun, one slice of cheese and sauce. The other happy meal was supposed to come with apple slices and it came with yogurt. I called the store and spoke with a manger who was absolutely rude and kept talking over when I explained based on the fact it was late, have two small children and where we live we're not able to bring the food back so we asked for Regional managers name and number. The shift manager said there was nothing he could do. My how low McDonalds had gone from being an industry that has standards not only for the customer but for the food as well. Is this the direction you're headed? One where customers don't matter and the food service is a joke? Or how about the food standards going down the tubes all together? We are not happy with our order and the way that the concern about our food was handled. We will NEVER be going to another McDOnalds again. read more

Was in Lebanon area early this morning 4/10/16 to log some miles on the Lebanon Valley Rail to Trail. Finished up around 9:30 and was hungry so swung by this McDonalds for a quick cup of coffee and an egg mcmuffin. The guy who gave me my food at the drive through window had absolutely filthy fingernails! I almost threw my food away, but rationalized that he (hopefully) was not the person who prepared it. 2 miles down the road I take a sip of my coffee. No cream and no ice as I had asked.... Turn around and go back, park, walk in. Go to counter and get my own cream, ask for a cup of ice, etc. Dirty fingernails and not accurate on filling orders = 0 for 2 on the only reasons I ever stop at McDonald's. It certainly ain't for the food... If you can't get cleanliness right and serve me what I order, no reason to ever come back... read more

I don't usually eat out at fast food but this McDonald's is an exception. Between the fresh food and the wonderful crew and managers it doesn't surprise me that I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. It was clean and stocked The cashier up front Made my experience perfect. The food was fresh hot juicy and the atmosphere was amazing. Not only did she bring me my food fast but she came out and interacted with me and the other guests. She was kind and gentle and always made sure the lobby was stocked and we had everything we needed. The employees make the experience amazing but the managers are amazing because they hired the crew. If I had to say anything about this restaurant it's that the general manger Katelyn should hire more employees like her because she's just one of many. Because all the managers and other crew just make it a fun and wonderful time. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone if they asked. Please visit I promise your experience will be just as amazing as mine. read more
