So the line is not to order but there is a line to get the foods. The table is so dirty. No one clean the table. Worse place ever.

The service was horrible and then one of the workers yelled at a customer and being disrespectful. Most of your lobby was dirty and no clean tables And the food took over 15 mins get and that is with paying as well. Then made a comment saying then ask to work like we don't have jobs to go to already. read more

We stooped for lunch today about 1pm and waited about 50 minutes for food. The manager/staff seemed to be prioritizing drive through service completely ignoring lobby/ online orders. Many upset customers just asking for their food so they could be on their way. I am also why the manager elected to send two staff on break at such a busy time. Have been to this location three times in the last four weeks. One time I had satisfactory service, last week I ended up with somebody else's order and today 17 minutes for two burritos and a Coke, not busy inside. Hell Naw!!! How could it be that I walked into McDonald's at 14::00 ordered a ( QPBB Meal ) that's a Quarter Pounder Bacon Buger! I helped three different customers to use the stand alone kiosk! They should've been paying me for all the work while I was in there! Anyway I walked out of there at 15:10 having just received my bag of food! How about when I got to my vehicle there was no bacon I mean zero bacon on my sandwich! I mean really, you guys made me wait for an hour and change, had me up in there working part time for all the assistance I was providing customers! Before any foodie yelper looks down from their high pedestal and poo-poos eating at a McD's, may I remind you that if you're travelling through the metropolis that is Mill Hall, PA you only have so many options. Three truck stops, a McD's, a local diner type establishment and a bar which looks like the movie Road House was filmed there and when the nearest town is ten miles away, McD's ain't looking too bad. Salads, nuggets, apples, apple pies and some chocolate milk and we were on our way. Only two other cars in the drive thru line so that part was a snap. Stopped by chance traveling along I-80. Cold coffee and a longer wait with only one order in front of me is reason for lower rating. Covid has the dining room shut down, no condiments, 6 ft spacing in a bathroom that is not large enough to "socially distance". It's overkill. read more

They were very busy to be honest, but even after asking and showing our receipt, stood there another 10 minutes until my husband asked again. Added an hour onto our trip. I will start by saying that this restaurant was fairly busy which may have affected the service. The food was fresh and good. However, after ordering I asked for my cup to fill my drink while I waited for food and the cashier acted like I was bothering her. I did not realize they handed them out when they gave the food at the end. McDonald's in my area did it differently. I got my food pretty fast. However, my friend who ordered before me waited 15 minutes after me. She even ordered a regular meal and I special ordered my sandwich. She watched her chocolate shake being given to the wrong person and the guy tasted it and threw it away telling them it wasn't his and it was a mistake. Her boyfriend had to approach the counter because he suspected they gave the whole order to the wrong person. read more

Stopped at McDonalds on way back from New Jersey with my boyfriend and best friend. Not a lot of people here, but service was a little slow. Cashier seemed annoyed that I asked for drink cup so I could fill my cup while waiting for meal. We ordered 2 Big Mac meals, and my friend ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers and small fry after us. Her food came right out. After 10 minutes of waiting for our food, and 5 others had received meals, we asked if there was a problem. They gave our milkshake to someone else, and had to remake it. We sat down and waited for a very long time to find out that someone else took our order. They complained when we said we didn't get our food and they had to remake it. During a 6 hour drive through PA with my husband, nature called -- loudly. I asked my love to pull off the interstate and he gave me the choice of a gas station or McDonald's. I chose the Golden Arches. I ran straight to the back of the restaurant and was surprised at the cleanliness of the women's room. Hubby asked if I wanted anything, and I said yes - only a jerk would use a company's restroom and not buy something. We went to the counter and I told the cashier that I wanted some fries. I hesitated for a moment when she asked what size. I decided to go for a large. Best decision I have made all day! These fries were cooked perfectly - crispy, salty and hot!
